JeM chief Masood Azhar is dead: Sources
Reports have emerged that Jaish-e-Mohammed chief and terrorist Masood Azhar is dead.
Pakistan’s government is yet to make the official claim but as per the local media reports from Pakistan, Azhar was seriously injured during the air strike carried out by the IAF.
Masood Azhar was the founder and leader of the terrorist organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed which was active mainly in the PoK.
Recently, Pakistan’s foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi during an interview to CNN had admitted that JeM chief Maulana Masood Azhar is in Pakistan but added that is very unwell and is not in a position to even leave his house.
Azhar’s group was responsible for the Pulwama terror attack in which 40 CRPF jawans were martyred.
Anushka Heading to USA !
Anushka moved to Austria last year. She spent many months in Austria for the detox program. She was stationed in Viva Mayr, a famous medical detox centre in the world and lost the weight.
Anushka is now looking ravishing. The 36-year-old actress will now be heading to USA.
Anushka will be working for her first film in the two years in USA. The film will be shot in Seattle.
The love story will have Madhavan in a key role. This is heroine-centric Telugu and Hindi movie. Kona Venkat has written the script while Hemanth Madhukar will be directing.
Anushka has not signed any new film other than this.
YSRCP’s Operation Kammas?
In a new strategy to attract “Kamma” community leaders, YSR Congress party is devising a new strategy to attract these leaders as it will benefit them financially and politically too. The Telugu Desam Party is irked with YSRCP’s new strategy in reaching out to Kamma leaders for the upcoming Assembly elections.
Telugu Desam Party’s dormant leader and industrialist Jai Ramesh has been approached by YSRCP MP Vijay Sai Reddy who is said to have convinced him to join the party. Additionally, Junior NTR’s father-in-law Narne Srinivas, Daggubati family, Tollywood actor Nagarjuna Akkineni as well as prolific writer Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad have met YSRCP President Jaganmohan Reddy recently, while Narne joined the party.
In this direction, YSRCP is now targeting Guntur and Krishna district constituencies and looking for potential Kamma leaders to be fielded against TDP’s strong candidates. Looks like YSRCP is going all out to woo TDP’s strong people in order to get the most for its party and win the upcoming assembly elections in the state.
Saaho Chapter 2: Guns, Goons, Girl… Boom!
On the occasion of Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor’s birthday, the makers of Prabhas’ keenly anticipated action entertainer ‘Saaho’ released a special making video, titled Shades of Saaho: Chapter 2.
If Shades of Saaho: Chapter 1 that released last year showcased some breathtaking action stunts and chases in the picturesque outdoor locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the Chapter 2 making video is entirely shot indoors, probably at RFC, where a major portion of the film’s shooting took place.
The minute long Chapter 2 video showcases some stylish and slickly executed action sequences and shootouts. Several foreign artistes and technicians are involved in the making of these action episodes. Needless to say that Telugu audiences will be in store for never seen before action thrills when the film hits screens this August.
Just like in Chapter 1, Prabhas makes a short but stylish appearance even in Chapter 2. The leading lady Shraddha Kapoor is also seen weilding the gun in a few shots. Fans’ excitement has reached the next level and all eyes are on the film’s release now. This Sujeeth directorial is being produced on UV Creations banner.

Actress defends her ‘Pakistan destruction’ statement
Actress Kangana Ranaut says her “Pakistan destruction” comment came naturally to her after hearing about the Pulwama terror attack.
In her address at the India Today Conclave here on Saturday, the “Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi” actress defended her controversial remark against Pakistan, stating it was an “instinctive sentiment” .
On February 14, a terror attack took place in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama in which at least 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troopers were killed. Pakistan based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) claimed the responsibility of it.
Following the attack, Kangana reportedly said “Pakistan ban is not the solution, but Pakistan destruction is”.
When asked about her statement at the conclave, she said: “I think it was very sort of instinctive sentiment that we all felt that time when we were faced with that type of shocking incident. It was possibly the most brutal and most inhuman in centuries, it will always be a deep scar, wound in our conscience.”
According to Kangana, she got “deeply moved by brutality of the action”.
“You cannot be such a victim of your own mind that at that moment also, you are letting your thought process take over and be like, ‘What is the best response to this ? Let me think about it’.
“It’s okay to let your instinct take over,” she added.
Kangana mentioned that “she even felt to go to the border and sort of snatch somebody’s gun and do the deed.”
She also met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the conclave.
Megastar Changes Sai Dharam Climax !
From a time, Megastar Chiranjeevi is brought into the picture by his Sai Dharam, to make sure that the latter’s career will be set on track. With almost half a dozen flops in a row, Sai Dharam Tej needs oxygen now and he is said to have asked Megastar to help for that.
It is being heard that Chiranjeevi is actually taking calls related to the script of Sai Dharam’s next, Chitralahari, being directed by Kishore Tirumala of Nenu Sailaja fame. While the film’s story is about a guy who failed twice in love, the director wants to give a realistic ending by showcasing the hero in a negative climax.
However, Megastar is said to have advised the director to go ahead with a positive climax as he strongly feels that negative endings will work only in Tamil but not here. Upon his instructions, now the climax is changed thereby giving a happy ending to the movie.
Featuring Mallu beauty Kalyani Priyadarshan and Tamil girl Nivetha Pethuraj in the leads, Chitralahari has most of its story happening at a bar and restaurant as per initial reports. Hope the film gives much needed hit to the mega hero.
