First look: Ravi Babu’s ‘Aaviri’
Talented director Ravi Babu has announced his next film on the occasion of New Year. Titled ‘Aaviri’ the concept poster of the film is unveiled too.A girl performing acrobatics is seen in a bottle while a hand with claws holds the cap of the bottle. This is an offbeat film and more details are yet to be revealed.
Ravi Babu is known for coming up with movies that have completely out of the box subjects.The title poster of ‘Aaviri’ gives the similar vibes as well and we have to wait how this is going to be like.
Ravi Babu is also producing the movie as well under Flying Frogs banner.
Can RRR Writer Do A Trivikram!
Writer-director Trivikram Srinivas is a unique piece. Not that he writes those terrific rhyming dialogues and humorous philosophical lines. But he also writes a story quite well and proved himself a great director too.
Many writers like Akula Siva, Chinnikrishna, Veligonda Srinivas, Rajasimha and others tried a hand at direction and failed miserably. Also, some of them are only dialogue writers and they have failed when they provided a wholesome story too. And now, #RRR writer is getting ready to test the waters.
Known for writing terrific dialogues, Sai Madhav Burra has shot to fame with movies like Kanche and now he will be providing lines for SyeRaa, NTR Biopic and also RRR. He is now getting ready to write a story and provided it to a hero from mega camp. One wonders what made him take this decision, but a flop show will affect his career big time.
Also, Burra revealed that he will be soon taking direction mantle as he has hands-on experience in directing plays. Not all writers succeeded like a Trivikram, so we have to see what will Burra do!
NTR Biopic Is Crucial For This Comedian
For all the actors including Nandamuri Balakrishna, the success of #NTR Biopic is not a big or small thing, but it will be only a mark of respect. But there is one who needs a break from the movie #NTR Kathanayakudu.
One may agree or disagree, at the peak of his career as a comedian, Brahmanandam has spent a couple of decades there. And then, the arrival of youngsters pushed him into oblivion. What added more to it is the flop show of many films he is part of. Even if films are a superhit, his acts are not impressive.
With the likes of Brahmi’s superior fans like Sreenu Vaitla not giving an offer to the actor, now he is looking forward to proving his mettle as a character artist. He will be seen as veteran comedy giant Relangi Narasimha Rao in the upcoming #NTR biopic. Only if the film gives him a much needed break, Brahmi will once again get busy.
In recent times, Brahmi’s stint as a comedy show judge also didn’t work out much, and that is the reason he is also looking forward to the result of the #NTR biopic. Let’s see what happens.
Gossip: Senior Hero Pissed Off With Director
He is a senior Tollywood hero with a legacy who agreed to a project in the direction of an upcoming director with back-to-back hits.Impressed by the first half narration, the producer initiated the project and started shooting. But the senior hero found to his shock that there was no bound script for the entire film.
He was made to wait in the caravan while scenes were reportedly being written on location.Irked with this style of filmmaking, the hero is believed to have given a piece of his mind to the director saying that he had never worked without a bound script before.
Aghast at the anger of the hero, the makers gave him a week off and prepared his portions completely. They then got him back on location and completed shooting his part.

Prakash Raj to Contest as Independent in 2019 Polls
After actors Pawan Kalyan, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan, southern star Prakash Raj has decided to take the political plunge.In a tweet ringing in the New Year, Raj announced that he would be contesting the upcoming 2019 elections as an independent candidate.
The actor’s tweet read: “HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE… a new beginning … more responsibility… with UR support I will be contesting in the coming parliament elections as an INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE. Details of the constituency soon. Ab ki baar Janatha ki SARKAR #citizensvoice #justasking in parliament too.”
Raj has been vocal about his reservations with the Narendra Modi government, especially since his close friend and Kannada journalist Gauri Lankesh was murdered allegedly by Right-wing members.The announcement on Twitter was received positively, with most comments congratulating the actor and wishing him luck in his political career. Within an hour of putting out the tweet, it received over 1,000 likes.
Balakrishna loves NTR unconditionally: Vidya Balan
Bollywood actress Vidya Balan said she heard about NT Rama Rao for the first time when she was nine years old during her vacation in Hyderabad.Vidya is celebrating her birthday on New Year and she interacted with media to share her working experience for this prestigious biopic.
“Though I got many offers from Telugu in the past, ‘NTR’ can’t be a better start for me. Producer Vishnu Induri asked me to talk to Nandamuri Balakrishna and post interaction, I immediately accepted to do the film,” said Vidya.About the role of Nandamuri Basavatarakam, Vidya said, the role of NTR’s best half is very very important one.
“There is a beautiful bond between NTR and Basavatarakam and they also share mutual trust,” added the ‘Tumhari Sulu’ actress.Vidya went on to say that director Krish used to WhatsApp her the Telugu dialogues before the shoot and that had made things easy for her to focus more on performance.
About working experience with Balakrishna, Vidya said he is a person who loves his father unconditionally and the dedication is unparallel.Vidya will be seen in both the parts i.e, ‘NTR – Kathanayakudu’ and ‘NTR – Mahanayakudu’ which are releasing on January 9th and February 7th respectively.
Purandeshwari to join YSRC along with son?
For the last couple of days, there have been reports doing rounds in the social media that Daggubati Hitesh Chenchuram, son of former Union minister and present BJP Mahila Morcha leader Daggubati Purandeshwari, is going to join the YSR Congress party.In fact, such reports have been appearing in a section of media for the last six months, but Hitesh had not made any such moves.
The speculations have been surfacing of late as the elections are fast approaching. Apparently, Hitesh had a few rounds of talks with the YSRC leadership and got an assurance for the party ticket from Parchur assembly constituency, which was earlier represented by his father Daggubati Venkateshwar Rao thrice in the past.
In fact, Hitesh had been moving closely with the Telugu Desam Party leaders, but party president N Chandrababu Naidu is not keen on entertaining him for the simple reason that he happens to be son of Daggubati couple who have been strongly attacking him for several years.
Secondly, Naidu does not want any competition to his son Lokesh, who is a cousin of Hitesh. Thirdly, he does not want to disturb the sitting MLA Eluri Sambasiva Rao from Parchur.Hitesh reportedly got a green signal from the YSRC leadership, but it also keen on admitting Purandeshwari into the party.
Apparently, YSRC president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy wants to create a vertical split in NTR’s family and isolate Nara family.
Sources said Purandeshwari is also keen on joining the YSRC, provided she is given an MP seat from a suitable place like Visakhapatnam.If it materialises, she may also take a plunge into the YSRC, as she is also aware that the BJP has bleak chances of winning any seat in AP!
