From last few days, there is a debate that Samantha Akkineni will be competing her actor husband Naga Chaitanya on 13th of this month as both her ‘U Turn’ & Chay’s ‘Shailaja Reddy Alludu’ is scheduled for release on the same day. On other hand, Sam will be fighting with herself in Tamil as her next Kollywood film ‘Seema Raja’ is also scheduled for the same day.

When Samantha was quizzed about her reaction this interesting box-office fight, the actress revealed that it’s the decision of her U-Turn director Pawan Kumar and the producer of the film were adamant on that date and they didn’t pay heed to her request as well.

She further said, “The conflicts of interest are happening. It’s all because of our filmmaker. I asked Pawan Kumar to reschedule U Turn’s release, but he and the producer were not convinced. I know well that they want to create controversy to attract all the hungama and hoping the film would do bigger than expected business.”

Given the fact that both Shailaja Reddy & U Turn are two different genre movies, both has got their set of audiences and makers believe that there’s enough space for both of the films.
