Nandamuri Balakrishna will begin shoot of his dream project- NTR biopic from tomorrow in Hyderabad and the schedule will end for single day.NTR’s Chennai house set is erected in Ramakrishna Studios in Nacharam, where few scenes will be shot for the day.

Then, the production unit will take long break and will begin regular shoot most probably from June end or July first week. So, it’s more like a trial shoot tomorrow.It is a known fact that, Nandamuri family used to stay in Chennai until the Telugu film industry completely shifted its base from Chennai to Hyderabad in the early 1990s, during N. T. Rama Rao’s political reign.

In fact, NTR’s children were born and brought up in Chennai where they did their schooling as well. Vijay Devarakonda was a nobody until Raj Kandukuri cast him in Pelli Choopulu. The subsequent hit of Arjun Reddy made him a youth icon in Telangana although he barely has a market in Andhra.Recently, a movie of his released called Ye Mantram Vesave. Not only did Vijay Devarakonda refuse to promote the film, he also ridiculed it on Twitter saying it was a backlog.

It was one of the films he had signed during his struggling days but now that he has a couple of hits, he is suddenly unable to digest the movie although he must have prayed to god for landing the lead role in it, back then.

And everyone knows how he set a very bad example to youth by making them shout out a disgusting swear word during the audio launch of Arjun Reddy, to promote his film.As for Naga Shaurya, after the success of Chalo, he hit out against Sai Pallavi and refused to promote his film Kanam saying she had behaved badly on the sets of the film.

Although Sai Pallavi did try to patch up things, Naga Shaurya continues to evade the film and its promotions. How will the poor producers feel after investing so much? Are they to surrender to this young hero’s egoism?

Now, he has got into a quarrel with Kona Venkat by asking for higher remuneration for his film with Kona, post the success of Chalo. Since this was a film Naga Shaurya had agreed to prior to the release of Chalo, he should honour the commitment made then. But the young hero is probably full of himself as he is all set to become a mega son-in-law soon.

But then, when seasoned players like Rajamouli and Keeravani belittle others, what’s the point in blaming these young guns?

There was a time a couple of years back, when Nayanatara was written off thanks to issues in her personal life. But the lady has striked back and she has been giving good hits in Tamil.

Till now, the word was that she commanded at least Rs 3 crore as remuneration. In fact, no other south Indian heroine or any heroine up north does not command that kind of remuneration. Even heroines who have given back to back hits barely get Rs 1 to Rs 2 crores.

But Nayanatara and Anushka are two leading ladies who make at least Rs 3 crores per film. Though now, Nayanatara has gone one step further. Her latest remuneration is Rs 5 crore per film. The news came out when a Tamil producer disclosed the same to media.

But that’s not all. Then there are hotel charges, ticket charges, expenses towards her personal staff, food bills among other miscellaneous charges. He says, when one adds up, the total remuneration will come up to another Rs 50 lakh or Rs 1 crore.

So, in all, a producer has to be ready to pay Rs 6 crore to her, says a producer who made a film with Nayanatara.

Well, a film with Nayanatara or Anushka sells in three languages. Then, there is the possibility of dubbing into Hindi. In all, it will be a worth-while investment, feel her producers.

Allu Arjun is on the verge of completing his forthcoming movie ‘Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India’. The film is releasing on May 4. On the other hand, while all his competitors are racing ahead with exciting projects, Allu Arjun is yet to announce his next projects.

Now, we has exclusively learned that the Stylish Star is holding talks with Sampath Nandi, the director who helmed Ram Charan’s mass action entertainer ‘Racha’. Sampath is said to have narrated a story to Bunny and the actor is yet to give his green signal. Apparently, this film will be produced by C Kalyan, who’s lining up back to back projects with Mega heroes.

Allu Arjun’s move to consider working under Sampath’s direction could be surprising, going by the director’s recent track record. After exiting Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh, Sampath directed two high budget movies ‘Bengal Tiger and Gautham Nanda’ and both were commercial failures. Can Sampath give a blockbuster to Bunny now?

Hat-trick director Anil Ravipudi has finally made an official announcement regarding his new film, a multistarrer featuring Mega-Daggubati hero duo, V2 – Venkatesh and Varun Tej.

The film has been titled F2 – Fun & Frustration. The makers have today, on the auspicious occasion of SriRama Navami, unveiled the title logo, and it looks vibrant. The musical instruments and firecrackers used in the logo promises an out and out laugh riot.

Dil Raju, who bankrolled Ravipudi’s last two films, will produce F2 as well. Venky’s last film in Dil Raju’s banner was “SVSC” – a multistarrer also featuring Mahesh Babu. Varun’s last film with Dil Raju – Fidaa was a blockbuster.

The regular shooting will commence after a couple of months.

After taking a decent start at worldwide box office on Day 1, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s “MLA” put up a steady performance on Day 2 as well.

The commercial entertainer minted nearly Rs 1.43 Cr on day 2 across the Telugu States and took its 2 days gross to Rs 7.1 Cr. The worldwide gross in 2 days is nearly Rs 8.25 Cr, Kalyan Ram’s second best after “Ism”.
