I Like Arya Movie A Lot – Pawan Kalyan
Maybe due to time factor or the fact that he hasn’t seen the film yet, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has kept his speech at “Naa Peru Surya” thank you meet quite simple and short.
“I have to thank Lagadapati Sridhar, Vakkantam Vamsi and Allu Arjun garu for giving a good film like Naa Peru Surya for this summer. Before I start my tour, I will definitely watch this film” said Pawan Kalyan, confirming that he hasn’t seen the movie yet.
Talking more about Allu Arjun, he added, “I like Arya film of Allu Arjun a lot. His growth has always made me happy. I wish he will do good films in the future and make everyone in the family proud, especially his father and grandfather”.
Also, Pawan Kalyan appreciated Vakkantam Vamsi and stated that during Komaram Puli times he has narrated him a good story though the project didn’t take off. “I don’t even know that my brother Nagababu is a producer for the film because he won’t tell me such things in advance. I wish him all the best” said Pawan.
And with these sweet and simple lines, he wrapped the event but the chemistry between Pawan and Bunny as they embraced each other in hugs with warmth and affection, has caught many eyes. And Pawan made sure that he shakes hand with everyone in person.
KCR Gives Big Surprise To Newly Wed Couple
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has surprised a newly wed couple. While going to launch Rytu Bandhu (Investment Support scheme for Farmers) to Huzurabad via Karimangar by bus, the chief minister noticed a wedding celebration at Tadikal village.
He asked his officials to stop the bus at marriage venue and got down from the bus. He went and blessed the newly wedded couple Kavya and Manohar.
The CM also assured financial assistance through Kalyana Lakshmi scheme for the couple. It was a moment of joy and surprise to see the unexpected guest for the young couple, family and friends. They thanked KCR and Finance Minister Etela Rajendra for the gesture.
Former CM’s Son To Join YSRC?
With elections to Andhra Pradesh assembly less than a year away, the YSR Congress party is swiftly moving its pawns to attract important leaders in different districts so as to strengthen its base.
As part of its strategy, the YSRC leadership is learnt to have attracted Nedurumalli Ram Kumar Reddy, son for former chief minister Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy.
At a meeting held at Vakadu on Thursday, Ram Kumar reddy indicated that he might join the YSR Congress party sooner or later and that he would contest from Venkatagiri constituency.Interestingly, senior YSRC leader and Guduru constituency coordinator Meruga Muralidhar was present at the meeting.
And when Ram Kumar Reddy said he would soon disclose the party on which he would be contesting the elections in 2019, his followers shouted YSRC. And Meruga Muralidhar endorsed their support.
“I shall take a final decision in August,” Ram Kumar said.All said and done, the Nedurumalli family has a lot of hold in Nellore district, especially in Gudur and Venkatagiri constituencies.
If Ram Kumar joins the YSRC, all the followers of Nedurumalli family including former Union minister Panabaka Lakshmi, her husband Krishnaiah and others also might join the YSRC, giving it the much needed moral support.
Revanth Looking Up To Kodanda’s Party?
Firebrand MLA from Kodangal constituency A Revanth Reddy, who defected from Telugu Desam Party into the Congress a few months ago, is said to be looking up to joining the newly formed Telangana Jana Samithi, floated by former Telangana Joint Action Committee chairman Prof M Kodandaram.
The other day, Revanth Reddy expressed his disgruntlement over the raw deal meted out to him in the Congress party.He told media in an informal chat that the party was not giving him a due recognition, though he had the capacity to change the fate of the party.
“If the Congress party utilises my services effectively, it has a bright future. Otherwise, it is going to bite the dust in the elections,” he said.
He even claimed that he would accept nothing short of the chief minister post and that he would not settle down for lesser posts like TPCC working president etc.This has angered the Telangana Congress leaders who questioned his overambitious and impatient nature.
“He is just a new comer into the party. It takes time for him to adjust to the party culture. He cannot expect party to run according to your whims and fancies. Don’t consider yourself to be a big leader. The party will give you due recognition and then the people,” Congress MLC P Sudhakar Reddy said.
On Thursday, Congress Legislature Party leader K Jana Reddy and other seniors met AICC in-charge of Telangana R C Khuntia and complained against Revanth. They told him Revanth’s tall claims created unrest in the party and asked him to rein in Revanth.
Apparently peeved at this internal bickering, Revanth started exploring other options. He is learnt to have contacted Kodandaram and discussed the possibilities of his support to TJS.
May be Revanth is of the view that since TJS is a new party, he will get considerable freedom and he can dominate everybody there as Kodandaram is a softer person with not much ambitions!

The entire Telugu film industry and movie connoisseurs have been raving about Mahanati, the landmark biopic on legendary actress Savitri. Director Sukumar took to Facebook and penned a moving post to Mahanati’s director Nag Ashwin after watching Mahanati.
Sukumar revealed an emotional incident with an old woman soon after Mahanati’s screening. Sukumar revealed that an old woman came to him and asked him if he was a director. When Sukumar told her “yes”, she immediately hugged him and started crying, telling him, “how beautifully you have shown my Savithramma”. “I was in tears,” admitted Sukumar.
The Rangasthalam director further said that he has been trying to reach Nag Ashwin on his number ever since the above incident took place. “I couldn’t tell her that it wasn’t me who directed Mahanati. She blessed me wholeheartedly. For a few moments, I was happy to become you. What else can I say about the experience I have had after watching Mahanati?,” Sukumar said.
