Mahesh & NTR Ready; But Star Director Has No Scripts
It is common to see directors running after star heroes for dates. But, here is the strange case of a star director who is unable to find stories when two star heroes – Mahesh Babu and NTR are willing to work with him. The director is VV Vinayak, one of the best commercial film directors.
Both Vinayak and NTR have plans to make a sequel to ‘Adhurs’ but the project has been getting delayed for years as Vinayak still hasn’t found a worthy story. Whenever the director is asked by media and fans about ‘Adhurs 2’, he always has one answer – NTR is ready, and he is searching for story.
Now, in his latest interview, Vinayak has opened up about his highly speculated film with Mahesh Babu. Sometime ago, there were reports that Mahesh Babu and Vinayak would collaborate for a high octane action entertainer. The project however has not materialized yet.
When asked, Vinayak confirmed that he and Mahesh indeed discussed a couple of ideas. ‘Even though Mahesh has been interested to work with me, I could not find a suitable story which justifies his star image. I am still looking for the perfect story and will work with Mahesh as soon as I find such story,’ Vinayak reportedly added.
Vinayak is currently awaiting the release of ‘Inttelligent’, which will hit screens on Feb 9.
I Support My Andhra Brothers – Kavitha
Nizamabad MP and KCR’s daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha has opined that there is a valid point in the protests of AP MPs in Parliament.
Speaking in Parliament, Kavitha backed the AP MPs and asked the Union Government to “fulfill” all the promises the government made in the AP Reorganization Act 2014.
Kavitha said, “Whichever promises have been made to us in the floor of the house in the AP Reorganization Act have to be honoured. Whether it is a Congress or BJP government, governance is a continuous process. We sincerely urge you to fulfill the promises you made to both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Andhra brothers have been agitating for the past three days and kindly address the issue as soon as possible, since it sends wrong signal to people.”
Kavitha added that the present scenario sends wrong signals to people as none other than the ally of the government resorted to protest in both the houses.

Vijay Sai Reddy has demanded Rajya Sabha chairman and vice president Venkaiah Naidu to bring a “point of order” in order to stop Union Ministers participating in protests against own government in the House.
Vijay Sai Reddy has requested Venkaiah Naidu to ensure that the house run properly without any “disturbances”. This is a great shocker as it comes from Opposition party of AP, the state that is totally neglected, ignored by the Centre.
At a time, when AP got a raw deal even in its last budget of the incumbent government and was grossly cheated for four years, how can an Opposition party from AP find fault with something that is done for the benefit of its own people?
With this, YSRCP has once again exposed its true colours that politics matter most for it than people. By opposing TDP MPs protests in the house, YSRCP has scored a self goal.

Varun & I Can’t Help Much – Sai Dharam Tej
All these days mega hero Sai Dharam Tej is saying that it is not a clash between two mega heroes but it’s only a record that two mega films are releasing on the same day. Inside his heart, does he feel the same? Does Varun Tej feel the same? Going by his latest talk, it doesn’t seem so.
“What to do with the clash? My producers have announced the date first. Later Varun Tej’s producers announced the date and claiming that they don’t know about my film’s date. What can I do with this? For me, my producer is also important, isn’t it?” asks Sai Dharam Tej, giving the complete picture in a nutshell. But he has something else to share.
“I’ve met Varun Tej to discuss this. Then we understood that there is nothing much we could do as producers are hell bent. We stood up and kept our hands on the shoulders of each other, and walked out feeling that we should enjoy every moment. More than that, we can’t help much” he said, giving a clear picture of the whole fiasco.
A report says that both C Kalyan and Dil Raju are at loggerheads due to some other issues and hence they want to clash their films Inttelligent and Tholiprema, to showcase their muscle power.
Will Cute Heroine’s Own Story Sell The Film?
Cute actress Raashi Khanna turned into a heroine with Oohalu Gusagusalade movie starring Naga Shourya. The movie which came out as a love entertainer impressed the audience greatly. After the movie, Raashi hasn’t done any love stories until “Tholi Prema” happened with Varun Tej. Here is interesting snippet about this film.
While promoting this film, Raashi told some interesting things about her personal life as well, revealing her first love story. “When I’m 17 years old, a boy approached me and said that he loves me. I didn’t know what to say and how to react, so I just left the place silently. But the boy kept following me. Neither did I encourage him, nor I talked to him. So, he might have got annoyed and bid goodbye to me” she said. Raashi added that the experience helped her a lot in portraying the lead role in Tholiprema.
At a time when the film’s promotion is said to be little lukewarm, a heroine coming up to share her own story to sell the film to audiences looked interesting. But on the flip side, Raashi’s glamourous appearances to promote a film where she appeared in a homely avatar isn’t going well with audiences. Surely they are losing a connection to the content of the film.
Meanwhile, Raashi lost so much of weight and transformed herself from bubbly to slim for this role. While the audio and trailer of the movie have been getting a positive reception from the audience, a strong promotional campaign before release will help it much. Tholi Prema is hitting cinemas on February 10th.

An ardent fan of veteran diva Sridevi has opened a new restaurant in Chennai, and named over hundred dishes on the menu after Sridevi’s films in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil. He also placed a huge poster of the actress at the entrance of the restaurant.
According to the reports confirmed by Sridevi’s team, the restaurateur also approached her with the request of inaugurating the restaurant, he wants his favorite actress to be the first person to bless his new venture.
Reports add that Sridevi was bowled over at the one-of-a-kind tribute, and has promised her fan that she would for sure travel to Chennai and inaugurate the restaurant.

Ever since Pawan has instituted Janasena Political Party, there are various talks about the books he reads and the type of ‘isms’ he believes in. And today when he met Loksatta leader Jayaprakash Narayana, display of a thread around his neck stunned many, over his left shoulder and below right arm to be more precise. Dressed in his usual kurtas, Pawan met JP today to discuss the possibility of a JAC that could work for bringing special status to Andhra Pradesh. It seems like he is doing all the rituals like Sandhya Vandam and reading Vedas every day, which otherwise he won’t be needed to sport a Jandhyam all the time.

Niharika Opens Up On Dating Rumors
Niharika Konidela is the first heroine to come from the Mega compound. She kickstarted her career by doing a web series and debuted into films with Oka Manasu starring Naga Shourya as her co-star. Despite having a heart-warming story, the overloaded emotions and the tragic end made the movie a flop.
Rumours about mega daughter dating her co-star Shourya were rife at the time of that film. Niharika trashed the rumours claiming that they are just good friends and everyone forgot it until Megastar Chiru splashed his presence at Chalo pre-release event. In a recent interview where she’ promoting her debut Tamil film, Niharika has opened up a bit more about these rumours. When asked how it would affect her whenever she listens to these gossip dating her co-stars, she gave an interesting answer.
“Whether it is software or any industry, there is nothing wrong being friends with your colleagues. I am friend with him but I don’t mind such rumours because I entered the industry only after knowing about it,” says Niharika, without any murmuring. “Forget about this hero (Naga Shourya), there were also rumours about me marrying my cousin, which were really stupid. I really got angry but we can’t do anything about it. They write and then there are those who read. But because of those rumours, my life is not changing”, she added.
“They don’t harm me as I’m neither losing the offers (stories) that come my way nor gaining something else that is not coming my way. I’ve got nothing to lose here” she concludes, putting another full-stop to the fuss going around her.
