‘My dad cried after your marriage’ – Deepika
Bollywood’s most-happening lady Deepika Padukone has made a very interesting revelation about his father’s immense love for yesteryear dream girl Madhuri Dixit.
Deepika, who recently worked with Madhuri Dixit for a magazine, surprised the senior by telling how much his father Prakash Padukone- a badminton player- loves her.
‘When your (Madhuri) marriage announcement was made, my father went into distress and locked himself in the bathroom. When he stepped out, we have observed his eyes filled with tears,’ said Padmavaat actress in her conversation with Madhuri Dixit. She expressed happiness after getting to know about a fan in the form of Prakash padukone.
Deepika further disclosed that her entire family will be in splits whenever there’s a discussion on that bathroom episode. Not just Prakash Padukone, Madhuri has got umpteen fans in the Bollywood. Why Modi’s Speech Disappoints AP?
No doubt, Narendra Modi is a good orator, very articulate. Even on Wednesday (Feb 7, 2018), he made an emotional speech and smartly raked up the issue of how Congress mishandled the entire bifurcation row of Andhra Pradesh. Modi even mentioned the names of Andhra stalwarts NTR, Neelam Sanjeev Reddy and other Andhra leaders Anjaiah and how Congress was against them. Well, this may make the people of Andhra Pradesh emotional, but the overall speech of Modi is a big let down.
Modi’s speech in Lok Sabha lacked substance. Let alone the implementation, Modi didn’t even promise to fulfill the vows made in the AP Reorganization Act.
Modi tried to strike a chord with the sentiments of Telugu people and blamed Congress. He tried to play it to the galleries. But what Modi needs to realize is that people of AP have already moved out of it. People of AP needs the actual benefits not just the words or not just political punch liners of who totally messed up the issue and how it was messed up.
Modi’s speech in Lok Sabha is a huge disappointment to the people of AP who were expecting major announcement from Modi. Even the other day, there was no substantial promise from Arjun Jaitley. Gone are those days Andhra people clap to those comments on sentiment. People are looking for serious announcement.

Mahesh Will Not Wish Her, But..
Manjula Ghattamaneni and the name needs no introduction to the Telugu audiences. Despite entering into the industry as the loving daughter of Superstar Krishna, she gained recognition as a talented actress and producer. She has bankrolled some super hit movies like Pokiri, Yem Maaya Chesave and also stunned the audience with her acting in movies like Show, Kavya’s Diary, Orange etc.
Now, this dynamic lady is going to mark her directorial debut with upcoming movie ‘Manasuku Nachindi’. The trailer and the audio of the film have already impressed the audience and the movie is gearing up to hit the theatres on 16th February. In a recent interview Manjula opened up about the three important men in her life, needless to say, her Father Krishna, husband Sanjay and her brother Prince Mahesh Babu.
Talking about her father, Manjula stated that it’s unconditional love and claimed that her husband Sanjay is his best friend and always been behind her. However, she revealed an interesting thing about her brother Mahesh. We know that Mahesh is a calm and composed person. But she revealed that her brother he is not so expressive and hides all his love inside.
Speaking of him she said, “He calls me up on my birthday and asks how am I doing and what plans I’ve made for the day. But he never wishes me a happy birthday. That’s why my mom also says, he expresses his love in various ways and keeps it inside his heart”.
But Manjula concluded that Mahesh always gives honest feedback and keeps her grounded all the time.
Modi Speech In Parliament: About AP, TDP, NTR!
Narendra Modi spoke in the Lok Sabha today, on the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address. During his speech, he gave substantial time to address the ongoing discussion about whether The Centre ditched AP.
Excerpts from Modi’s speech:
AP is the biggest victim of Congress’ political corruption. The party has no right to talk about the interests of AP and its people.
The Congress humiliated the first Telugu PM, PV Narasimha Rao and the then Chief Ministers Anjayya and Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy.
Legendary Telugu film star, NTR instituted Telugu Desam Party (TDP) after witnessing the evil deeds of the Congress in AP. He established TDP to fight for the ‘self respect’ of Telugu people, and to save Telugu people from the plague named, ‘Congress’. TDP took birth from the anguish of a common man.
The residual AP is now facing issues all because of the way the Congress bifurcated the united AP. The Congress bifurcated he united Telugu state into two states in the most ‘undemocratic’ way, in closed-door Parliament just keeping the 2014 elections in mind.
It is all because of the un-thoughtful division by the Congress that residual AP is facing several issues even four years after bifurcation.

YSRCP MPs had staged a walkout from Lok Sabha even before Modi began his speech. TDP MPs on the other hand continued to protest during Modi’s speech.
Pari Teaser: The Devil Is Out To Play
If there is one horror film in the recent times that has managed to spook with the posters itself, its Anushka Sharma’s upcoming film, “Pari”. The literal meaning of the title is ‘Fairy’, but the makers caution audience upfront with its tagline, ‘not a fairytale’.
The film’s teaser has been just unveiled, and it is terrifying at its best. Anushka looks deadly as the possessed young woman. Especially, the last scene in the teaser will scare the daylights out of you. Overall, the teaser promises that ‘Pari’ is most likely to raise the bar of horror films in the Indian film industry.

Modi Tries To Hijack Telugu Sentiment
Modi’s speech in Lok Sabha witnessed high drama as TDP MPs have created disturbance in the Lower House highlighting the injustice meted out to the Andhra Pradesh. With Congress MPs too backed the protest of TDP MPs, it all added to the drama.
Notwithstanding the requests and cautions from the Speaker, TDP MPs continued to rock the Lok Sabha. Meanwhile, Union Ministers said to have telephoned TDP chief and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu to direct his MPs to be “silent” in the house during the presence of Prime Minister Modi.
However, all those requests have fallen on the deaf ears. As soon as Modi stepped into the house, the protests, slogans of TDP MPs reached its high. Narendra Modi continued his speech amidst the hue and cry of TDP MPs, Congress MPs. TDP MPs chanted, “Kya Hua Kya Hua…Polavaram Ka Kya Hua?”. TDP MPs also raised slogans about the Financial Package announced to the state and directly targeted ruling BJP.
Unfazed Modi, made a stentorian speech in Lok Sabha. He unleashed an unnerving attack against Opposition Congress. Blaming Congress for ‘messing’ Andhra Pradesh, Modi found fault with the way the bifurcation of the state was made. Recalling the passing of AP Reorganization Act, Modi thrown mud on Congress for conducting the Parliament that day in passing the AP Reorganization Bill unilaterally by “closing the doors” of the House.
Modi also lauded former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee for smoothly creating 3 states without any hassles whereas the Congress mishandled the entire bifurcation of the AP. He further stated that Congress is the sole responsible for the problems AP is going through even today.
Modi also made political comments of how Congress party “insulted” Andhra leaders such as Neelam Sanjeev Reddy, Anjaiah and how the TDP was born with NTR as the leader. Modi reminisced that NTR left films to start his political party with the slogan of “Self-Respect” (Atma Gouravam).
Modi stated that the Congress has no “moral right” to talk about democracy. He recalled how Rajiv Gandhi insulted Anjaiah. He even alleged that the Congress “backstabbed” Neelam Sanjeev Reddy by “defeating” him as the Presidential Candidate. Modi didn’t even spare Nehru and alleged that Nehru had “not acted” democratically. Modi also stated that “Political Parties” are not permanent but “Nation” is permanent.
Though Modi blamed Congress, he hasn’t given any clarity on the promises made to Andhra Pradesh on the floor of the house. With continued protests from TDP MPs, Modi indirectly referred to them and said that it is not “fair” to “obstruct” the proceedings of the house.
Shriya’s Mother Opens Up On Rajasthan Wedding
Other day the whole of Bollywood media buzzed with the news that heroine Shriya Saran is all set to get married. While she is linked with many heroes earlier, this time it is said that Shriya is getting married to her Russian boyfriend, whom she met three months ago. What’s the truth in this?

Kalyan Isn’t Nervous To Shoot
Megastar Chiranjeevi’s son-in-law Kalyan who is blessed with good looks is making his acting debut with a film under Rakesh Sashii’s direction. Chiranjeevi and successful director SS Rajamouli attended the film’s opening ceremony in last month along with several other guests.
The yet to be titled film’s shoot commences from today. Malavika Nair who is playing lead actress in the film will also take part in the first schedule together with other prominent cast.
This Production No 12 of Sai Korrapati’s Vaarahi Chalana Chitram will be a very special project with many attractions and a content oriented script prepared by Rakesh Sashii. Top cinematographer KK Senthil Kumar is working for the film.
Apparently, Kalyan who underwent training in acting before he signed his first film is not nervous about facing camera for the first time.
No Break for Mega Hero
Irrespective of hits and flops, Sai Dharam Tej is the most prolific heroes in Mega family. While the rest hardly does one movie per year, he releases at least two films. The Mega hero is now getting ready to get back on sets just one week after the release of his latest film.
Tej’s “Inttelligent” is slated to hit screens on 9th of this month. And, the first schedule of his next film will roll from 16th Feb, exactly one week later. Director Karunakaran, who is adept at making romantic entertainers, will helm Tej’s new film. Anupama Parameswaran will play the female lead and senior producer, KS Rama Rao will bankroll.
Said to be a romantic entertainer, the untitled Tej-Karunakaran film is speculated to be inspired from Hollywood film, ‘The Vow’.
I’m Not Using Balayya Garu!!
Recently heroes from rival camps are giving shocks to their own fans. By roping in the star who is said to be their rival group’s demi-god, they are just stunning the audiences. Whether it is Chiranjeevi at Jr NTR’s relative Naga Shourya’s event or Pawan Kalyan at Jr NTR’s film launch or Balayya at Sai Dharam’s song launch, fans got the shocker.
But some talks have erupted at the same time that these young heroes are using the senior stars just for the sake of their films but have no real respect for them. “Balayya garu is one of the four pillars of the industry. Any other star hero would have a small ego but Balayya first mentioned about ‘mega fans’ in his speech then. When he stated that both mega fans and Nandamuri fans should watch the film, it shows how much he cares for the industry” said Sai Dharam Tej other day, praising the senior star for his gesture.
At the same time, he added that there is no ‘intelligent’ move in this. “I’m not using Balakrishna garu for promotions, but it is all about showing that ‘we are one’. Everyone needs blessings of such big stars, and I too need them”, he concluded.
