We have recently informed that Senior hero and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna successfully underwent a surgery (Rotator Cuff Tear) on his Right Shoulder on Saturday in Hyderabad.

Here is the latest picture of Balayya posing with the Chief Surgeon after undergoing the surgery. Fans will be relieved to know that their favorite hero is all hale and hearty following the surgery.

Balayya sustained a shoulder injury while shooting for Gautamiputra Satakarni. Although doctors advised surgery then, Balayya postponed it as he was’t ready to delay the shoot of his 100th film. As the pain became unbearable over the time, and also because there is lot of time before his next film (NTR Biopic) can go on floors, Balayya finally underwent the surgery on Saturday.

He was was advised rest for a couple of weeks.

In what can be called a major embarrassment to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), which is the ‘richest’ cricket board in the world, its official website went offline for almost an entire day because of the non-renewal of the domain.

The domain is owned by former IPL Chairman Lalit Modi, who had purchased it in 2008. The officials were supposed to renew in on February 3, 2018. However, as it was not renewed, the Website Registrar put the domain name up for public bidding, causing major embarrassment to BCCI.

In fact, the board’s website went offline for hours on Sunday when the senior national men’s team was playing the 2nd ODI against South Africa. By the time, BCCI officials opened their eyes, the damage had already been done.

“In this empire created by Megastar Chiranjeevi, we’ll always work hard to make sure that the flag will fly high like our heartbeat”, says Sai Dharam Tej as he promoted the film “Inttelligent” at Rajahmundry other day. And he made some other interesting comments as well.

With Sai Dharam’s Inttelligent getting a sort of negative comments from those mega fans who didn’t like the idea of this film clashing with Varun Tej’s Tholiprema, once again the mega menalludu iterated that there is no clash.  “There is no competition between us. It’s my family. Our family. Our mega fans. We would have scored a record if we come together on the same day and both films became blockbusters. Mega fans have missed it. Varun is coming a day late and he would score a blockbuster for sure”, said Sai Dharam.

At a time when Dil Raju is backing Varun Tej’s Tholiprema and C Kalyan hellbent on shifting the release date, it looks like mega heroes are getting forced by everyone to talk about the clash. On a positive note, with no other big films around, the clash will not have any impact on the screens allocation, but real problem starts if content fails to click.

Though the whole team of Inttelligent is super confident about the film’s success, the trailer looks routine with tried and tested scenes. These type of movies will click if the comedy clicks and we have to see that on February 9th when it hits cinemas.

Mohan Babu’s ‘Gayatri’ is creating storm in political circles. The film releasing on Feb 09th is said to have some controversial dialogues attacking politicians.

Trailer gives a glimpse of the powerful dialogues mouthed by Mohan Babu in his trademark style. The versatile actor is said have criticized crass leaders with his dialogues. “BComlo Physics chadivina MLAlu, Pramanasweekaramlo Sarvabhowma Analeka Bowbow Anna MPlu Manalni Paalisthunnaru,” is one such sensation dialogue doing rounds in social media.

Gayatri has taken center stage of political debates. The film is said to be full of several such defamatory dialogues. Mohan Babu will be seen in dual roles. He will be seen in full length negative role after a long time.

Directed by Madan, Gayatri also has Vishnu Manchu in a crucial role while Shriya will be seen as love interest. Anasuya Bharadwaj played an investigative journalist and Nikhila Vimal appears in titular role.

Mega family hero Varun Tej’s last release, “Fidaa” collected nearly Rs 48 Cr share from theatrical rights and fetched close to 55 Cr including Satellite and other rights. In spite of this, no producer is willing to invest even Rs 25 Cr on his new film.

After the success of his debut film, ‘Ghazi’, director Sankalp Reddy got Varun Tej’s nod for his second film. The project belongs to sci-fi genre, and its set in Space. It could have been the first Telugu film set in Space, but, no producer is reportedly coming forward to bankroll it as the director quoted Rs 25 Cr budget.

There could be two reasons. One – Varun Tej’s track record – He doesn’t have a single commercial hit except ‘Fidaa’, even the critically acclaimed ‘Kanche’ just a break even. Two – The project is being perceived as an experimental film, and hence producers are wary of investing Rs 25 Cr on it.

As of now, Sankalp Reddy is scouting for a producer. Varun on the other hand is getting busy with other films.

There is two options in front of Varun Tej. He can ask his father, Naga Babu, who is co-producing Allu Arjun’s “Naa Peru Surya”, to pool funds for the Space film. Or he can wait until the director finds a producer. Sankalp Reddy may even think of approaching another ‘bankable’ hero if he couldn’t find a producer.

It is heard that Vishnu will make his directorial debut this year. He will also play lead and produce the film. A team of writers is already working on the script. Vishnu has been harboring direction dream for long and he is finally ready to materialize it. As of now, the genre and other details about the project are guarded as Vishnu intends to have everything prepared before he makes an official announcement.

No matter what they say, how many times they condemn, rumours are refusing to die down when it comes to Mega daughter Niharika Konidela’s love affair with young hero Naga Shourya. Even the hero’s latest clarity on this is falling on deaf ears.

Actually, these rumours have started ever since the release of Oka Manasu movie where Niharika and Shourya paired together. And then recently we have Naga Shourya inviting Chiranjeevi for Chalo pre-release, which added to the rumours. People started thinking that Mega family has agreed to the alliance and hence the support. Adding more fuel to these talks, Shourya’s Chalo consisted full of mega references. From the last couple of days, you might have various popular celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Aditi Rao Hydari, Arjun Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Alia Bhatt and the one-n-only Aamir Khan posing with a sanitary pad and sharing that picture on their respective Twitter pages.

“It’s not about a photo. Its all about breaking the taboo & initiating the conversation Period!” says Arunachalam Murugantham who initiated the #PadmanChallenge on social media challenging celebrities to pose with a sanitary pad and share that picture with all, before challenging others to do the same.

It is known that director R Balki’s upcoming flick “PadMan” deals with the story of Mr Muruganatham and his invention of low-cost sanitary napkin making machine. He was portrayed by Akshay Kumar on the silver screen. As the film’s release date is inching closer, he wanted to bring awareness about ‘periods’ and eradicate that awkwardness we have regarding girls using sanitary pads.

With biggest of big stars like Aamir Khan, Deepika Padukone and others readily accepting this challenge is a big eye-opener. Even RPG Group Chairman (Ceat tyres) Harsh Goenka also accepted the challenge and posed with a sanitary pad. Will any Telugu celebrity take part in this challenge? Let see.
