Gayatri Trailer: Its Mohan Babu vs Mohan Babu

Despite showing so much, the 2.5 minute theatrical trailer of Mohan Babu’s “Gayatri” still manages to keep the main story under wraps, it could be editor’s brilliance or the randomness.

The trailer introduces the two characters that Mohan Babu essays in the film, Gayatri and Sivaji. The first one is the negative character, and the latter plays the good samaritan, who even bashes scores of goons with his bare hands. It seems they are indulged in a sort of war in the film. Vishnu, Anasuya and Shriya also make their presence felt in the trailer.

The major takeaways of the trailer are the powerful and impactful dialogues, Mohan Babu’s impeccable dialogue delivery and the thumping background score given by Thaman. Mohan Babu is making his comeback to silver screen with ‘Gayatri’, after more than two years. He has also produced the movie.

The film is scheduled to hit screens on Feb 9.

Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej’s Inttelligent has upped the promotions as the film is clashing with several other films including Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema, Mohan Babu’s Gayatri and Nikhil’s Kirrak Party.

After Nandamuri Balakrishna unveiled the film’s teaser yesterday, it will be Baahubali star Prabhas turn to promote Inttelligent. Prabhas will be launching the first single – Let’s Do – from the film today at 4 PM.

Producer C Kalyan, who has tasted the success after longtime with Jai Simha, is apparently leaving no leaf unturned to aggressively promote Inttelligent. SS Thaman, who is reckoning with super musical albums of late including latest Bhaagamathie, has scored the music for Inttelligent.

Directed by VV Vinayak, the film features Lavanya Tripathi as female lead opposite Sai Dharam.

Viral: Man Brutally Thrashes Son, Mother Shoots Video!

In a heart-wrenching video that has gone viral on social media, a man is seen thrashing his 10-year-old son brutally and seemingly heartlessly, as he pleas for forgiveness. Much to the agony of the child, the video was shot by a his mother, who seemed to have supported her husband in the cruel act.

The incident happened about two months ago, but has surfaced just recently after the woman gave her phone at a mobile repair shop for some repair work, and asked for the serviceman to preserve the data. The shopkeeper, who was appalled at seeing the horrific video, immediately informed an NGO and the police. The father, in his thirties, has been arrested under the Juvenile Justice Act.

In the video, the father is seen beating the boy mercilessly for ‘lying’. “No child can lie like you,” the mother, who recorded the video on her phone, can be heard saying. Cowering in fear, the boy pleads to his father for forgiveness with his hand stretched out and tears rolling down, but the father continues to smack him, throw him to the ground and kick him repeatedly. The 2-minute video gets unbearable to watch as it progresses.

The brutal thrashing of their son was recorded by the mother on the father’s insistence. As per reports, he wanted the video to be shown to the little boy so that he doesn’t lie again.

3 Facebook Employees Killed In Car Accident In Hyd

Three employees working with the social media giant – Facebook company in Hyderabad were killed in a freak road accident on the outskirts of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation limits.

Four of the colleagues were traveling on Alto car when the incident occurred on Hyderabad – Bijapur highway near Mirjaguda gate in Rangareddy district. The car lost control and hit a roadside big tree.

Severely injured Praveen, David and Arjun died on the spot. Another injured person Shravan has been shifted to nearby hospital. His condition is also stated to be critical. The incident was happened when the four persons are moving to Vikarabad from Hyderabad.

After clarifying on ‘Gundu’ episode by both Pawan and Paritala Sunitha, Pawan Kalyan for the first time has visited the house of former minister and slain TDP leader Paritala Ravindra on Sunday. Upon invitation from Minister Paritala Sunitha and her son Paritala Sreeram, Pawan, who is in Chalo Re Chalo Re Chal Yatra in Anantapur, visited them and spent quality time at their residence. Paritala Sreeram personally received Pawan Kalyan outside his house and taken Pawan inside his house. Pawan was served breakfast and the Janasena chief took the Paritala’s hospitality. Pawan apparently discussed on various issues, problems related to Anantpaur and Rayalaseema region.

After the meet, Pawan spoke to media and reiterated that he had no connection with Paritala Ravindra and had never met him personally. Pawan told, “If people wish for Janasena and TDP’s alliance, we’ll hopefully take a decision on it.”

Pawan, however, told that it is not good to develop only one region. He has asked the government for uniform development. He stated that he would make sure High Court would be allotted to Rayalaseema region. Pawan cautioned that if Rayalaseema won’t be developed, there is a chance for regional barriers and separatism. Pawan also stated that he has not yet decided on from where he would contest in 2019 elections.

Earlier, Pawan met Anantapur TDP MLA Prabhakar Chowdary and discussed on the various issues related to the development of Anantapur.

Meanwhile, Pawan’s arrival has brought cheers, delight from the fans, followers of Paritala.

Mysterious Death of Telugu Techie in US

A Telugu techie hailing from Telangana has been found dead in Dallas, US under mysterious circumstances.

Krishna Chaitanya, who was working as a software engineer in Dallas, was found dead in the apartment, where he stayed as paying Guest. On Friday, when he didn’t come out of his room, the house owners informed the police, who broke open the house only to find the techie lying on bed, dead. A case has been registered and investigation is being carried out to find the cause of the mysterious death.

Chaitanya hails from Prashanth Nagar in Siddhipet, Telangana. According to the latest update, postmortem formalities have been competed and his body will reach Hyderabad by Thursday. TS Minister Harish Rao is reportedly coordinating with Telangana fraternity in US to bring Chaitanya’s body to his hometown.

AP Govt. Allots 15 Acres for Basavatarakam

Andhra Pradesh govt. has allotted 15 acres of land in Amaravati for the setting up of a new unit of Basavatarakam cancer hospital and research centre. The foundation stone for the Institute will be laid next month and the hospital would start serving the needy within two years.

Balakrishna Nandamuri, the chairman of the Basavartarakam Indo-American Hospital in Hyderabad, thanked the AP govt. for allotting the land. He divulged that he plans to lay the foundation stone in February and complete the construction of the cancer hospital within two years. Balayya promised that the Amaravati unit will also provide free service for poor just like the Hyderabad unit does.

On the eve, Balayya thanked the Telangana govt. as well for the noble support in running the hospital in Hyderabad successfully.
