Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan has recently thrown a cozy party which was attended by the biggest celebrities in tinsel town, but the one who stole the show was her own daughter Suhana Khan, with her stunning appearance.

Wearing a skin tight golden shimmery dress, Suhana looked at her gorgeous best. The teenager easily outdid the celebs in attendance with her stylish and glamorous outing. This is not the first time Suhana has stumped onlookers with her looks, and people say that the 17-year-old is ready to knock the socks off the established stars very soon.

Suhana aspires to become an actress and SRK has no qualms with her decision.

Despite being an accomplished actor himself, Abhishek Bachchan is often referred as Amitabh Bachchan’s son or Aishwarya Rai’s husband. And, he takes as much pride in being called Aish’s husband as in Big B’s son. Junior Bachchan loves Aish unconditionally, and he has recently recollected the disturbing time when ‘nasty things’ were written about her in media.

“Soon after Aaradhya was born, some media houses targeted Aish for her weight gain. Nasty things like her using slimming oils to keep her fit, among others were written, which really upset me,” he said.

“Whatever written about her, was completely untrue and it did upset me a lot. She however was unaffected, as her complete focus was on Aaradhya’s upbringing. I’ve never heard her complain about anything, her focus isn’t on the trivial,” Abhishek disclosed in an interview given on the eve of his eternally beautiful wife turning 44 just recently.

“In reality, she is a ‘supermom’. She didn’t care much about losing out on a flourishing career when she became a mother. She chose to take care of Aaradhya, and took a deliberate sabbatical from films. If not she, I don’t know who else is deserved to be called supermom,” he added.

“Next Nuvve” starring Aadi Saikumar is all set to hit screens tomorrow, on Nov 3. The trailer has promised an enjoyable horror comedy in store. Do you have any idea who is the director of this film?

Its Prabhakar, who until a few years ago was popularly known as ‘Yahoo Prabhakar’ or ‘ETV Prabhakar’. Starting his career a Home Guard right after completing 10th standard to becoming the Managing Director of ETV, his journey in show business is a rags to riches story.

He claims his entry into Television industry quite accidental. The biggest turning point in his early career was the highly successful TV serial “Ruthuragalu”, which was aired on Doordarshan. After stints as TV actor, dubbing artist etc. he came into limelight as the Creative Manager at ETV. After he quit ETV, he did several stints on other TV channels before finally deciding to become a film director.

“Next Nuvve” is Prabhakar’s debut directorial, which was green signaled by Geetha Arts, and produced by its associative production house, V4 Movies. Can this once-popular Television industry’s megastar make his mark in film industry too?

NV Prasad, one of the top distributors in Ceded region, occasionally dons producer’s hat. His latest production venture is SPYder, which has reportedly incurred 60+ Cr losses to buyers, and become the biggest disaster in South film industry. With unceasing demands from buyers to return money, Prasad, who bankrolled SPYder in partnership, is said to be under huge pressure.

The latest reports suggest that Ram Charan has come to the rescue of Prasad, who had earlier produced his ‘Racha’ and ‘Dhruva’, in partnership. The director hasn’t been finalized yet, and there is no clarity on when this project would materialize, but Charan nonetheless gave his commitment to Prasad. This assurance of Charan would alleviate the pressure from SPYder buyers as they would become silent hoping to get the rights of Charan-Prasad project for lesser rates.

Ram Charan, who is currently wrapping up ‘Rangasthalam’, will next team up with Boyapati Sreenu for a powerful entertainer. DVV Danayya will bankroll this film. The Mega hero could join hands with Koratala Siva for his next project. He might give his next project after the aforementioned two films to NV Prasad.

During the promotions of “Garuda Vega”, film’s director Praveen Sattaru opened up on the infamous speculation regarding Rajasekhar-Jeevitha couple that they interfere a lot in directors’ work.

Praveen Sattaru accepted that many of his well-wishers had cautioned him about working with Rajasekhar, saying that he might have to compromise a lot because of their interference. He however denied of having faced any such intrusions from the couple.

“Several people told me earlier that both Jeevitha and Rajasekhar alter the script as per their fancies and do major part of direction as well. This speculation however is false. Neither of them interfered in my work, and they gave me complete freedom starting from pre-production to readying the first copy. They didn’t enter the editing room either as they had complete trust in me,” the director said.

“Rajasekhar sir worked like a newcomer for Garuda Vega. He completely trusted me and did exactly as he was told to do on the sets. That’s why I could shoot the film the way I had envisioned it,” Praveen Sattaru added.

Garuda Vega will release tomorrow.

After producer Suresh Babu has recently held a private wedding reception for his nephew Naga Chaitanya and Samantha, Nagarjuna Akkineni is making grand arrangements to hold a lavish reception very soon.

Sources have divulged that the second reception, to be hosted by Nagarjuna, will be held at N Convention Centre located in Madhapur, Hyderabad on November 12. Who’s who of film industry, and near and dear ones from business and political worlds are expected to grace the reception.

As Samantha and Chaitanya preferred a simple marriage, held last month in Goa, in the presence of only close pals and family members, Nagarjuna has decided to throw a grand reception in Hyderabad. He is currently overseeing the arrangements for the big day.

Meanwhile, Sam and Chay have just a couple of days ago returned from a short honeymoon.

The ‘experimental actor’ in Nagarjuna Akkineni may have taken the risk of doing a film in the direction of Ram Gopal Varma but the ‘shrewd businessman’ in him is reluctant to take that risk.

We have already reported that RGV is all set to take his new film starring Nagarjuna in lead role onto floors later this month. It is heard that the maverick filmmaker asked Nag to bankroll the film on his Annapurna Studios banner on which he has been actively producing films, and scoring mostly hits. Nag however allegedly rejected the proposal and asked RGV to find another producer instead.

Well, RGV could find investors even for films such as ‘Ice Cream’, so he easily found investors for his new film since it stars Nagarjuna in lead role. What’s interesting here is, why did Nag refuse to produce the film? Isn’t he confident of it? If not, why did he accept it in the first place?

While confirming to teaming up with RGV again, Nag has said that he loved the script and that it reminded him of Ramu of 90s. Nag seems to have fallen in love with the script, and is confident of the film becoming a ‘cult’ one, but he might be unsure of its box office outcome. Moreover, he knows pretty well about RGV’s unpredictable nature and hence he couldn’t be assure of whether the maverick filmmaker would make as promising film as the script was.

Somehow, the ‘producer’ in Nag abstained from taking the risk which the ‘actor’ in him took.
