Jagan Going More Aggressive In Attack?
YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy seems to have decided to step up attack on his bete noire Telugu Desam Party president and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu in a more aggressive fashion.
Those who watched Jagan attacking Naidu from the dais of the public meeting at Nandyal were surprised at the way he tore apart the chief minister.
Earlier, he used to call upon the people to throw the government in Bay of Bengal, but on Thursday, he went to the extent of saying that Naidu should be shot dead on the road in broad day light. And he also used all sorts of epithets to abuse Naidu personally.
Analysts say this aggression of Jagan might be appealing to his party cadres and his followers, but there is every possibility that it might also cause a lot of damage to him politically.
“There is nothing wrong in attacking Naidu government’s policies and even use strong words to expose his corrupt deeds. But making personal comments against Naidu asking people to shoot him down on streets might prove counter-productive to him politically,” a political analyst said.
Already, the TDP leaders have started turning tables on Jagan for speaking factionist language.
“In politics, criticizing the government and its policies by the opposition parties is very common. But asking the people to kill the chief minister only shows his violent mentality. It clearly proves what kind of criminal background Jagan has,” a senior TDP leader observed.
Please Stop Calling It A Scandal – Rana
Drugs Case has surely shaken Tollywood with a dozen Tollywood celebrities getting notices from Excise Department. Media has surely made a festival out of this by airing special stories non-stop every day regarding Tollywood and drugs. Celebrities and their back stories became addition footage.
And then, when the Excise Department enquiries got totally over, media found a clue in yet another news. That happens to be Excise officials checking a parcel delivered to Rana Daggubati from a foreign country. It’s heard that they checked a parcel that was delivered at Ramanaidu Studios to find out in case if it is any drugs consignment. But nothing much has come out.
With media making a scandal out of this, Rana took to twitter to write them off. Blazing his guns at a newspaper, he asked everyone to stop calling this as a scandal. “Ya and the courier is furniture for my room 😉 and dears pls stop calling this a scandal and blowing this out of proportion!” he tweeted today. Also, he added, “I have a film for release (had 2 earlier this yr) a top rated TV show and am part of the Kabbadi and boxing seasons!!” hinting that he has much bigger work to take care of than these silly rumours.
Rather denying that there is no such parcel at all delivered to Ramanaidu studios, Rana Daggubati’s dare bare attitude to admit that the parcel is delivered but it’s just a furniture is something like a brave act. While rumour mills are always popping out Rana’s name when it comes to Drugs Scandal’s rumoured second list, the actor always condemned it.
Rana’s latest movie Nenu Raju Nene Mantri is hitting cinemas on August 11th. Directed by Teja, the film has Kajal Agarwal and Catherine Tresa in the leads.

Actually, Meda Meeda Abbayi is official remake of Malayalam hit film Oru Vadakkan Selfie, played by Nivin Pauly in lead role. Allari Naresh is playing an aspiring director, waiting for a right producer to direct a film with Charan or Prabhas, thinking it as a quick way to earn money and fame.
Naresh needs a hit from Meda Meeda Abbayi for sure and this time he gets support from Avasarala Srinivas and Hyper Aadi and hope he gets back with a much needed hit with his comedy thriller road film.

Tummala Hospitalized After Vomiting Blood
Senior leader Telangana State Roads and Buildings minister Tummala Nageswara Rao was admitted to a corporate hospital as the minister was suffering from gastroenterological ailment.
The minister has been brought to the hospital by ambulance after he suffered from blood vomiting. He was immediately admitted to intensive care unit and providing treatment. His vomiting sensation has been brought under the control.
Doctors said Rao’s health condition is improving and he will be put under observation for two days.
Manchu Vishnu Accident: What Really Happened?
As we already know, hero Manchu Vishnu sustained injuries after a crash that happened on the sets of his latest movie Achari America Yaatra. When the crew is shooting for an action scene in Malaysia, this incident took place as Vishnu fell off his bike and he is safe now. So, what happened really that day?
The first-hand information from a close source says, “In fact, Vishnu was riding the bike and heroine Pragya Jaiswal was his pillion rider. As they are chased by a truck, few goons do chase them on bikes too. For one of the shots, Pragya has to take out Vishnu’s helmet and hit the goon. As planned, she executed that brilliantly but seconds later Vishnu failed to control the bike and they have fallen down. Wearing a helmet saved Pragya from meeting with a head injury, but Vishnu got bruises and cuts on his head as he’s wearing no helmet”.
So did heroine Pragya Jaiswal got any injuries? Yes. Perhaps that is the reason why Pragya is not appearing before media who carry cameras, but she’s busy giving interviews to radios. The Step-by-Step Downfall of A Superstar
For the outsiders, Hindi film industry aka Bollywood used to be known by the name of Shah Rukh Khan. Later, with the resurrection of Aamir and Salman Khan in the last one decade or so, Bollywood has started being called as the ‘industry of Khan Trio’. Sadly for SRK and his fans, it may soon be called ‘Khan Duo’ as his fame and stardom is depreciating from film after film.
Its hard for even movie buffs to tell the last true hit of SRK. Its Chennai Express, which released way back in 2013. In the last four years, SRK had 5 prime releases – Happy New Year, Dilwale, Fan, Raees and the latest, ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’. None of these films could justify his global stardom and ended up as huge disappointments for trade, fans and also the actor himself. Going by the early reviews and word of mouth, SRK’s today release ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ may end up as one of his biggest failures.
On the other hand, in the recent few years, Aamir and Salman have emerged as box office rulers. With films like Dangal, PK, 3 Idiots etc. Aamir has become the brand ambassador of content-rich films which also strike gold at box office. Salman has emerged as the darling of buyers and masses as he consistently scored box office hits despite criticism related to content.
Talking about future, Aamir has an interesting magnum opus, ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ and Salman has a potential action blockbuster ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ in pipeline. SRK on the other hand has an experimental film titled ‘Dwarf’, where he is playing a dwarf.

‘You Killed My Husband Partiala Ravi’
Responding to YSRC party chief YS Jagan’s statement of ‘Shooting AP CM Chandrababu Naidu in public’, TDP Minister Paritala Sunitha strongly rebuked him.
The Raptadu constituency (Anantapur) MLA allegedly said that ‘Murdering’ people isn’t new to Jagan. ‘Haven’t Jagan and his father, the late YSR together plotted my husband’s (Paritala Ravi) murder? They killed many persons whom they thought as roadblocks to the CM seat,’ she allegedly said while addressing media on Friday.
Sunitha further said that Jagan should keep his mouth under control while talking about her party chief Chandrababu, who is averse to political murders.

Trade: Hurricane Fidaa Hits Box Office
Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Fidaa’ is replicating the outstanding endurance displayed by ‘Baahubali 2’ at worldwide box office. The romantic drama collected a huge Rs 60+ crore in two weeks, and is refusing to slow down despite the new releases hitting screens every passing week.
As per reliable trade reports, Fidaa collected a share of 11.05 crore in the 2nd week. This is the 3rd highest 2nd week collection of 2017 only behind Baahubali 2 & Khaidi no.150, which are relatively much bigger films. Even Katamarayudu and DJ are behind Fidaa in terms of 2nd week collections.
Fidaa has now taken taken its 2 weeks total share to a staggering 34.77 crore.
