Miss India finally signs second Telugu Film
Former Miss India Aditi Arya had an impressive debut with Kalyanram’s ISM which has been helmed by Puri Jagannadh. Unfortunately the film ended up as a debacle after which Aditi Arya had to struggle for opportunities.
After a year, the actress signed her Telugu film which is currently under shoot. The film is directed by Sriram and Aditi Arya will be seen as a software professional in the film. The actress revealed that the entire plot revolves around her character and she is quite excited about the movie. Havish of Nuvvila nad is the lead actor in the movie which is bankrolled by popular director Ramesh Varma. The movie’s shoot is currently going on in and around Hyderabad.
It is heard that Havish and co have paid nearly 1 crore to bring this heroine and its a shocker as to why such a big payment is made. She neither proved with acting, nor with glamour, but why 1 crore?
Pawan’s Meeting Stuns KCR, Babu
Actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan has stunned the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana when he met Governor ESL Narasimhan the other day for over 30 minutes. Apparently, this one-to-one meeting of Pawan with Governor has raised curiosity among both the CMs. KCR and Naidu reportedly inquired over Pawan’s special meeting with Governor later.
It all happened when Pawan was invited by Governor ESL Narasimhan for the ‘At Home’ event hosted by the Governor at his residence on the eve of Independence Day. Pawan apparently also stayed for the customary party that also saw the attendance of the both CMs.
Earlier, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana CM KCR were also present at the do and held meeting with the Governor over the division of assets between the two states. The meeting of CMs with the Governor lasted for over two hours.
It is learnt that Pawan spoke to Governor over his political plans. First Lady Vimala Narasimhan too had chat with Pawan for a while. This naturally garnered the attention of the CMs. On the whole, it is Pawan who stole the show.
Pic Talk: Anu’s ‘red’ hot outing
Malayalam beauty Anu Emmanuel made her debut in Tollywood with Majnu after which she got busy with interesting films. The actress is shooting for Pawan Kalyan’s next in the direction of Trivikram.
She will be seen as Pawan’s associate in the film and she will be shedding out her glamorous looks for the first time in her career with the film. This dusky actress is in plans to make it big with Pawan’s film and her character has enough screen presence.
Anu Emmanuel recently posed for the magazine Red which is the hottest outing of the actress till date. Stepping out from traditional attire, Anu Emmanuel has been spotted in modern outfits which is now trending all over.
The actress is said to have getting interesting offers now and she started shooting for Allu Arjun’s next movie Na Peru Surya in the direction of Vakkantham Vamsi recently. The movie has been aimed for summer release next year.
Boy In Borewll: MLA Almost Skipped Son’s Wedding
Vinukonda (Guntur district) MLA GV Anjaneyulu is receiving huge applause for abandoning the preparations of his son’s marriage and putting full efforts in rescuing the little boy who fell into a bore well on Tuesday.
Marriage of MLA Anjaneyulu’s son happened this morning in Guntur. He was extremely busy until yesterday evening with the wedding preparations. However, as soon as he got a call at around 5 PM yesterday that a two-year-old boy fell into a bore well in Ummadivaram village of Vinukonda mandal, he left the wedding preparations as they were and immediately left to oversee the rescue works.
Personnel of the National Disaster Response Force and other rescue teams saved the boy after an 11-hour long operation. Despite his son’s marriage was scheduled next morning, Anjaneyulu stayed with the rescue teams until the boy was brought out of the bore well, at around 3AM on the Wednesday morning. He left to Guntur only after handing the boy to his parents.
The MLA’s relentless involvement in the rescue works notwithstanding his son’s marriage, is being well appreciated.
Hero & Director Tried to Rape Actress in Moving Car
On Tuesday, a young Telugu actress has filed a police complaint alleging she was sexually assaulted by a film director and hero. Acting on her complaint, the director has been detained and the hunt is on for the escaped hero.
In her statement given to police, the actress (her identity is being kept private) informed that she was signed as the heroine of a new Telugu film, and that on Tuesday, film’s director Chalapathi and hero Srujan asked her to accompany them to Bhimavaram where the shoot was planned.
‘Although I wanted to travel by train, the duo convinced me to travel from Hyderabad to Bhimavaram in a car. On the way, they started touching me inappropriately, and when I resisted, they hit me. They threw me in the backseat and tried to rape me. During the scuffle, our car collided with a lorry, and that’s how I escaped from their clutches,’ she narrated the horrific incident.
She added that both the actor and the director apologized to her later for sexually assaulting her and asked her not to inform to police. “They even threatened me that I won’t ever get any film if I talk about this incident to media or police,’ she further said.
Director Chalapathi has been taken into custody on the charges of allegedly trying to rape the actress, and actor Srujan is on the run.
NTR’s Hardwork & Perfect Planning
There is no need to reiterate now that NTR Jr is a hard working actor. However, here is a short analysis of the actor’s perfect planning, dedication and hard work which together put both his upcoming film ‘Jai Lava Kusa’ and ‘Bigg Boss’ reality show on track.
When an actor essays dual role in a film, shoot obviously gets delayed. But, the shooting of NTR’s ‘Jai Lava Kusa’, a film in which the actor is essaying triple role, is being wrapped up ahead of schedule. As per the latest reports, entire talkie part shoot of Jai Lava Kusa has been wrapped up and only two songs are left to be shot besides minimal patch work.
NTR has to frequently change costumes and get into three different body languages during shooting, which is a tiresome process, but the actor has put up full commitment to meet the Dasara release deadline or the planned schedules wouldn’t have completed in time.
He is shooting during the week days for Jai Lava Kusa and allotting time for Bigg Boss show on Saturday and Sunday. Despite this strenuous work, he is maintaining unbelievable energy levels as the host of Bigg Boss and has single-handed put the show on top. The shoot of JLK has also been shifted to Pune in order not to let any delay hamper either of the actor’s two ongoing endeavors.
The entire shoot of JLK will be wrapped up by this month end, and the film is on track to hit screens on September 21. Thanks to NTR’s hosting, Bigg Boss show has also fared better than what was expected from it after the first episode.
NTR’s Song as Title of PK25?
Titles like Engineer Babu, Devude Digi Vachina, Gokula Krishnudu etc. have made rounds as the possible titles of Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram’s third project, PK25, but none of them was officially confirmed by makers.
A fresh title has now surfaced and it looks quite powerful, catchy and appealing. ‘Raju Vachinadu’ title is reportedly being considered for PK25. It may be noted that there is a song starting with ‘Raju Vachinadu’ lyrics in NTR’s ‘Dammu’, which comes when people of a village celebrate the arrival of NTR.
The title has the potential to attract both masses and class audiences, and it looks the best among all the titles that have so far been reported to be under consideration. The response on social media is also pretty positive to this title. We however have to wait until September 2nd, Pawan Kalyan’s birthday, for the official announcement of the title and the release of first look.
Film’s shooting is currently progressing at brisk pace. Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel are essaying the film’s leading ladies.
A Unique Title, Savyasachi
The title of Naga Chaitanya Akkineni’s new film to be directed by his ‘Premam’ director Chandoo Mondeti, looks quite interesting and intriguing.
As announced yesterday, Mythri Movie Makers announced the title this morning, and it is ‘Savyasachi’. Not many may understand the meaning of this intricate title so we are revealing its meaning here.
Savyasachi is another name for ‘Arjuna’ from the epic tale, Mahabharata. Arjuna was given this name because of his ability in unleashing arrows with both hands. The literal meaning of ‘Savyasachi’ is a person who can perform a job with either hand with equal potential. The title design has a volley of arrows, and also the protagonist in the poster is seen holding two highly stylized arrows in each hand.
The title, logo design and the poster are quite intriguing and promising. The director, who explored romance in ‘Premam’, seems to be dealing with a complex and thrilling subject in ‘Savyasachi’. Audience can expect an exhilarating thriller from Chandoo who made ‘Karthikeya’ in his debut.
