Hyderabad: Rebel poet Gaddar, who plans to float a political party in Telangana, has expressed his willingness to work with Jana Sena party of popular Telugu actor Pawan Kalyan.
Describing Pawan as a long-time friend, Gaddar on Sunday said he would consider working with him, after floating the political party.
The balladeer said he would also work to bring together the like-minded parties. Talking to reporters, he acknowledged that a lot is being heard in political circles about Pawan Kalyan’s party.
Pawan announced earlier this month that Jana Sena will contest the next elections in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
There is a buzz in political circles that Gaddar will play a key role in the actor’s plans for Telangana. Pawan has also dropped hints at working with the Communist parties, which have a support base in some pockets of Telagana.
The former Maoist, who plans to build an alternative political force representing ‘true aspirations’ of Telangana people and has good rapport with the Left parties, is expected to bring the parties closer.
Gaddar remarked that political power can’t be achieved overnight and that it needs sacrifices and struggle.
The poet, who had founded Jana Natya Mandali, the cultural wing of the erstwhile People’s War Group, said he had been carrying on his battle for 70 years.
Gaddar, whose real name is Gummadi Vithal Rao, is a critic of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) government and believes that Telangana of the dreams of the martyrs is yet to be achieved.
He earlier planned to launch the political party on April 6 to coincide with the attack on him 20 years ago.
The Maoist sympathiser was shot by five unknown people at his Venkatapuram residence in Secunderabad on April 6, 1997.
He had blamed police and then Telugu Desam Party (TDP) government for the assassination attempt.
Gaddar claims to have formally severed all links with the Maoists to enter mainstream electoral politics.

The makers of actor Prabhass next film announced on Sunday that the film has been titled “Saaho”, and it will be made in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi.
In an official statement, UV Creations, makers of the film, announced that after playing the title role in “Baahubali” franchise, Prabhas’s next will be an ambitious high-tech action drama titled “Saaho”.
The film’s director Sujeeth also shared the title on his Twitter page on Sunday.
Talking to IANS earlier this week, Sujeeth said that a major chunk of the film’s budget will be used on action sequences.
“The scale on which it is being made, a major budget will be spent on some extravagant action scenes. Although it will be a commercial outing, we are attempting something new and I would like to keep that as a surprise element,” Sujeeth said.
International stuntman Kenny Bates, popular for his work on films such as “Die Hard” and “Transformers”, has been brought on board.
“Kenny will be supervising the action scenes. We have already finalised locations in Abu Dhabi and some places in Europe where shooting will be done extensively. We go on the floors from the end of May,” he said.
The makers also confirmed that a special teaser of “Saaho” will be attached to “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion”.
The movie has music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. While Sabu Cyril will take care of production design, Madhie will crank the camera.
“We wanted the music to have a national appeal. We roped in Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy because they understand north as well southern sensibilities when it comes to composing music. They have also worked in the south,” Sujeeth had said.

Actor Prabhas, ahead of the release of “Baahubali 2: The Conclusion” in which he plays a superhero-like character, says he grew up as a fan of popular superheroes such as He-Man and Superman.
“Even though I was very fond of superheroes such as He-Man and Superman from a very young age, I never thought of I would play such characters in my career. I need to thank S.S. Rajamouli for offering me a superhero-like character,” Prabhas told IANS.
In the second part of “Baahubali” franchise, Prabhas will return as Amarendra Baahubali.
Directed by Rajamouli, the project will finally shed the light on why Kattappa, a character played by Sathyaraj, killed Baahubali.
The film also stars Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia, Anushka Shetty and Ramya Krishnan.
“Baahubali: The Conclusion” is slated for a release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam on April 28.

Ahead of the much discussed merger of the two AIADMK factions, rebel candidate O Panneerselvam’s camp has put forward its conditions.
As per media reports, OPS faction demands the CM chair for their leader and they also want the party General Secretary post. And, they offered the deputy CM post and Finance Ministry to the current CM Palaniswami. On the other hand, the other faction led by Palaniswami is yet to divulge its demands.
Each faction has already formulated a committee and the discussions are expected to take place shortly in order to finalize the merger. Whether Palaniswami and his supporters surrender to the demands of OPS group is expected to be revealed in a day or two.
Earlier, the Election Commission (EC) has asked both the factions to solve their issue by June 16 to save the AIADMK party symbol, two-leaves, which has been frozen after it was claimed by both the factions.

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is all set to tie the knot for the fourth time, as per leading US media reports.
After her second marriage also failed, Jolie had been in a serious relationship with actor Brad Pitt for around a decade, before accepting him as her third husband in 2014. Shocking the entire world, their marriage ended in September 2016. Within seven months of her divorce, Jolie has now reportedly found love in a mysterious British man.
As per reports, Jolie is currently dating a British entrepreneur. At present, she is keeping her romance with this mysterious Britisher under wraps despite regularly having dates with him inside a private residence of hers.
Pitt was reportedly miffed with the decision of his ex-wife to remarry so soon after separating with him. Well, who could let a lady as hot and famous as jolie remain single?

Now that all issues surrounding Baahubali: The Conclusion are resolved and the film is bracing up for the biggest ever release in a week, the Baahubali fever has gripped the people. As the film’s censor has been completed and passed with U/A certificate, a few interesting details about the film are in discussion in tinsel town.
The latest we hear is that the film’s run-time is 170.51 minutes which means it is 2.51 hours. This is certainly very longtime considering that the run-time of the most of the recent films was around 2.10 hours including Krish’s historic film Gautamiputra Satakarni and several other commercial films that released in 2017.
It has to be seen how Rajamouli could make people sit this long. It’s not so easy to make people hook to the seats throughout the film.
Highlights of Baahubali: The Conclusion
Meanwhile, inside details have it that Baahubali: The Conclusion has several high moments that will give goosebumps. It’s learnt that the emotion has been carried out well unlike the first part that has its own flaws. Rajamouli said to have taken special care after the first part received criticism.
Of all the scenes, Kattappa killing Baahubali is said to be the highlight of the film that is expected to bring tears to people. The last words of Amarendra Baahubali to Kattappa to take care of his mother Sivagami (Ramya Krishna) are said to be heartrending.
Besides this, of course, the face-off between Prabhas (Shivudu, Amarendra Baahubali) and Rana (Bhallaladeva) is going to be another highlight of the film. It’s said that the love story between Anushka (Devasena) and Prabhas (Amarendra Baahubali) leaves viewers with a romantic experience. Of course, the war scenes are going to be another highlight.

During the course of making of Baahubali, the cast and crew have become very good friends.Milky beauty Tamanna especially seems to have grown fond of Bhallala deva aka Rana Daggubati.
During a recent media interaction, Tamanna revealed that she really admires Rana for his fashion sense. She said that Rana carries off whatever he wears with lot of class which most men couldn’t able to do so. The ‘Baahubali’ beauty rated Rana as one of the most fashionable men that she has come across.
Interim, Baahubali 2 is gearing up for a massive worldwide release on April 28.

Varun Tej and Sai Dharam Tej’s last two films have turned out to be duds. The films were not just commercial flops but have failed to get the critical acclaim. Blame it on the actors choice of stereotyped roles and run-of-the-mill subjects.
Varun’s last films Loafer and Mister have been badly misfired. However unlike Varun who at least tried different film like Kanche, Sai has stuck to commercial and mass formula. Starting from Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham to Rey to SOS to Supreme are all routine commercial films and he constantly tried to position himself as a mass hero. And Thikka and Winner are heights of Tej’s choices that gave him strong setback.
This is the right time for both the young mega heroes to sit and notice the choices they have made in the past and their results. It’s time to go back to the drawing board and do some proper introspection and come up with a new plan for the bright future.
Sample actors Nani and Sharwanand who started quite well initially. But when few evidently bad choices have pushed them in deep troubles in the middle of their career. At one stage, Nani had a series of flops ( Paisa, Aaha Kalyanam, Janda Pai Kapiraju) and it looked difficult for the actor to bounce back. And so, Sharwanand. He suffered with back-to-back duds like Nuvva Nena, Ko Ante Koti and Satya 2.
But both have quickly realised their mistakes and corrected themselves. While Nani made a comeback with Yevade Subramanyam (which is decent), Sharwa back to the glory with Run Raja Run. Now the duo is really doing great and has an interesting pipeline of films.
Varun & Sai should take notice of Nani and Sharwa and probably learn something from them. After all, there’s nothing wrong in learning from others.
