Remember Rajamouli some time ago said that he will be showcasing the mother of action sequences in ‘Baahubali 2’, in the form of Prabhas-Rana duel. Now, Rana has also made similar sort of remark.

Talking about Baahubali 2 and the action sequences in the film, Rana said that if the face-off between him and Prabhas was for real, only one of them would be alive today.

He added that the duo has put in strenuous efforts to make the intense battle between them as fierce as possible. ‘Our duel will surely go down as an unforgettable visual treat in Indian cinema history,’ he said with conviction.

A glimpse of the fight between Prabhas and Rana was showcased in the trailer and it really looked terrific. Now, we cant anymore wait to watch the epic action on big screen especially after all these expectations-raising statements.

While Baahubali 2 is slated for worldwide release on April 28, the Hindi version of first part was re-released on 7th April in as many as 1000 screens across India.

Even though Pawan Kalyan has made no real effort to promote Katamarayudu to help it recover a few more crores, his devoted fans have now started an online campaign to save this film and their favorite actor’s image.

Katamarayudu has so far recovered around Rs 60 Cr share but it is still about Rs 25 Cr short of breaking even. Fans of Pawan Kalyan look to have hurt with the trolling of anti-fans and the embarrassment caused by successive failures so they have decided to somehow land Katamarayudu at least in below-average category.

An online campaign has been started by some sections of Pawan fans, appealing fans across the Telugu states to watch the film again in theatres on 9th April, coming Sunday. Given that Katamarayudu has been replaced with other films in significant number of theatres in the Telugu states, the ploy of fans may not make the film a hit.

But, if this strategy works and Pawan’s massive fan base really storms theatres on that one single day, the film will surely collect a few more crores. It will also lessen the losses of buyers and save the film from being called a disaster. Let’s see how far Pawan fans can implement this strategy.

If they succeed, we may see fans of other stars too resorting to similar ploys in future.

Upcoming film “Babu Baga Busy” is the story of a sex addict guy and it has many steamy scenes shot between hero Srinivas Avasarala and his leading ladies played by Mishti Chakravorthy, Tejaswi Madivada and Supriya Ayasola. Here comes the shocker, however.

While Babu Baaga Busy is set for April 14th release earlier, the film is facing some Censor issues now as per the reports being heard. Actually, Supriya plays the role of a married woman in the movie and hero will have a steamy affair with her. And this relationship with aunty is not getting approved by the board, as they have raised objections about the kind of the way it is filmed. With no other options, director Naveen Medaram wants to chop some scenes and apply for re-censoring.

Touted to be a remake of Hindi movie “Hunterr”, this original aunty role was enacted by Marathi actress Sai Tamhankar for whom the makers faced Censor troubles in the same way. On the other hand, the makers might approach revising committee to get the Certificate, but these days Censor Board is acting tough on this steamy stuff.

For all these Censoring reasons, Babu Baga Busy now got postponed to May 5th.

Dangal star Aamir Khan, one of India’s biggest superstar, has once again proved his patriotism for mother country- India. The actor and producer, who pocketed humongous money with his recent blockbuster Dangal, has reportedly denied the film to a Pakistani distributor, stopping its theatrical release in the neighboring nation.

The star actor, who initially agreed and signed a contract with Pak distributor, has called off the agreement after getting to know about the Pakistan censor board’s kinky suggestion to trim climax portions where Geetha Singh Phogat (played by Fatima Sana Sheik in the film) displays India’s national flag and sings our national anthem.

Abashed after learning that development, co-producer Aamir Khan decided not to release to release the blockbuster film in Pakistan. According to him, the film based on a wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat has got no content against Pakistan and all it had was a real story of an Indian wrestler.

Had our Perfectionist agreed for release of Dangal in Pak, he would have certainly pocketed a handful of money – somewhere between 10-12 Crores. But, he doesn’t want to make money at the cost of losing vital tone of Dangal.
