Struggling Hero to Have 3 Releases in 3 Months
Macho hero Gopichand, who is struggling of late with his films either bombing at box office or getting stuck in cans for years, may have three releases in the coming 2-3 months. Just a couple pf days ago, Gopichand’s long-delayed film ‘Oxygen’ was announced for May 2017 release. The film has been in production for close to two years. Extensive VFX work was cited as the reason for the delay.
Now, another delayed film of Gopichand, ‘Aaradugula Bullet’ has also been announced for May 2017 release. Also starring Nayanthara, the film is being directed by senior filmmaker B Gopal. The project has been marred with financial issues and hence the shoot happened intermittently. Finally, makers seem to clear all the hurdles and gearing up to release the film in May.
If both the above mentioned films of Gopichand are targeting May release, the actor’s ‘Gautam Nanda’ is also targeting late summer release, probably in June or July. This Sampath Nandi directorial has Hansika and Catherine in lead roles. Its been one and a half year since the release of Gopichand’s last film ‘Soukhyam’ and now have three films of him releasing in a span pf 2-3 months.

While Krishna Vamsi’s “Nakshatram” is getting ready for a release, fans are having mixed thoughts about this films due to the delays associated with it.
There is another interesting happening in this movie. Yesteryear heroine Amani who was last seen in Chandamama Kathalu will be seen as Regina’s mother in the film.
First Look: Gopichand's Aaradugula Bullet Fired
Gopichand’s long awaited film in B Gopal direction, produced by Thandra Ramesh is at last seeing light with Aaradugula Bullet confirmed as title. Producer Ramesh officially announced May release unveiling an action packed first look poster.
Gopichand is as usual looking modish and smart. Sumo blasts in the poster symbolized B Gopal’s trade mark action. After creating wonders with Samarasimha Reddy, Indra and Narasimha Naidu, director B Gopal promises one more trendsetting flick Aaradugula Bullet in this summer.
While Nayantara is playing Gopichand’s romantic interest, the film is rich at casting with Prakashraj, Kota, Brahmanandam and others. Vakkantham Vamsi provided the story while Mani Sharma composed music.

We have seen some of the high profile celeb divorces in the past few years. Now, senior Telugu film actor Brahmaji has announced that his son will soon be ending his marriage.
Brahmaji’s son Sanjay, a Marine Engineer by profession, has been staying separate from his wife Indrakshi for past five months. Brahmaji himself revealed this development and added that the couple is heading towards divorce. Via twitter, he requested people to wish the couple better luck in their separate future endeavors.
Sanjay married Indrakhsi, a Bengali fashion designer, in 2013. It was a love cum arranged marriage.

Today makers of Allu Arjun’s film confirmed that June 23rd is their Brahmin cook’s arrival. In a way, that has given a clarity about Mahesh’s film postponement as well. Cut to Nani’s new film “Ninnu Kori” being directed by newcomer Siva, initially this youngster also wanted to lay his kerchief on June 23rd. But now that Allu Arjun has eyed it, Nani has decided to come two weeks later to avoid unnecessary pressure at the box office. Maintaining that safe distance, Ninnu Kori moved to July 7th release.

Trump 'Throws Out' Indian From Top Post
The US President Donald Trump seems to have targeted Indians who occupied top positions in the American government. All of a sudden, Indian-American surgeon general Vivek Murthy who was appointed by the previous Obama regime, has been removed from the post.
“Today, Murthy, the leader of the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, was asked to resign from his duties as Surgeon General after assisting in a smooth transition into the new Trump administration,” the US Department of Health and Human Services said in a statement on Friday.
“Murthy has been relieved of his duties as Surgeon General and will continue to serve as a member of the Commissioned Corps,” the statement continued. The 39 year old Murthy was the 19th Surgeon General and the first Indian American to hold this position in America.
The current Deputy Surgeon General Rear Admiral Sylvia Trent- Adams has occupied Murthy’s place. Murthy was the second Indian-American to be removed by the Trump administration from a senior position. The first one was the US Attorney from New York Preet Bharara who was fired after he refused to resign.

Upsetting News To Rajinikanth Fans
Here comes an unexpected twist and breaking news about the most awaited Indian film of Superstar Rajinikanth – Robot 2.0. News is that the makers, Lyca Productions, are officially delaying the release date to 25th January 2018.
Director Shankar, who is currently looking into its post-production, was previously working towards having the film ready to go for Diwali, 2017 theatrical release.
As reported by Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh a while ago, the makers are postponing 2.0 with a very straight forward reason: to deliver an International-standard film by achieving world class VFX. Going by the latest release date, the second installment of Superstar’s Robot will leave it to Aamir Khan’s Secret Superstar to clash with with fourth installment of Ajay Devgan’s Golmaal – Golmaal Again this Diwali.
Featuring Amy Jackson as leading lady and Akshay Kumar as baddie, this science fiction film is being made on an estimated budget of 400 Crores. And off course, the quality is promised to be superior to any Indian films released so far.
Naidu Getting Ready For Elections?
Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday sprang a surprise on the party leaders and cadre by asking them to gear up for general elections in the state.
“Time is not far off for the general elections to the state assembly. They are likely to be held any time. So, gear up yourself for facing the elections,” Naidu said, while reviewing the party position at the coordination committee meeting held at his residence.
He said the party leaders should hold meetings in every constituency and district, campaigning the achievements of the government.
“They should be held on the lines of election meetings, as there is not much time left for the general elections. The party cadre should start going into the people as if elections are being held now,” Naidu said.
He expressed confidence that the TDP has an edge over the YSR Congress party. While the voting percentage of the TDP has gone up by 16.13 per cent compared to last year, the voting percentage of the YSRC has come down by 13.45 per cent. The Congress party has just one per cent votes.
Naidu said he would also focus most of time to his party, apart from administration. Every day, I will dedicate myself to the party work and give direction to the cadre, he said.
Nani Reserves Mahesh Babu's Date
Rumors are rife that Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film Spyder directed by Murugadoss may get postponed as the filming has fallen behind schedule.
They have announced June 23 as the release date but the latest developments indicate that it is highly unlikely for the film to make it by that day.
Giving further clarification over the postponement news, Nani’s film Ninnu Kori makers announced that they are planning to release the movie on June 23. This proves that Spyder release will be delayed. However, makers of Spyder didn’t make it official as yet.
If Spyder misses out on Eid release then when would be the ideal time for release? Trade says that August 11 is the best date to release a biggie as the long weekend will ensure good opening.
It remains to be seen whether the makers of Spyder wait until Aug 11 or go for July release without bothering much about the holiday period.
Andhra Pradesh: 20 dead in truck mishap in Chittoor
VIJAYAWADA: At least 20 people have died after a truck ran into a group of farmers gathered for a protest in Andhra Pradesh today.
Some of those killed were electrocuted, said a senior police official. Additional Superintendent of Police confirmed that 24 people were also injured in the accident that took place just 30 km from the temple town of Tirupati.
There are unconfirmed reports that the driver was drunk.
The speeding truck hit an electric pole before ramming into the farmers and others, some of whom had gathered to call for action against an alleged sand mafia operating in the region.
Tirupati Urban Superintendent of Police Vijayalaxmi said most of the casualties were because of electrocution. The injured victims include two policemen.
“Pained by the loss of lives due to an accident in AP’s Chittoor district. Condolences to families of the deceased and prayers with the injured,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi
