Nayan's Strong Reply to Detractors
South Indian top actress Nayanthara has responded to the allegations of he being headstrong and admitted that she is arrogant but in her own way.
Nayan is very different from the current crop of actresses. She doesn’t promote her films, doesn’t bother about what people think about her, she is not active on social media and yet she is the highest paid actress. She is often accused by some sections of media and industry people as an insolent woman.
In a recent interview, Nayan has reportedly confessed that she responds arrogantly to only the people who don’t respect her. ‘In the initial days of my career, I used to blindly follow my producers and directors, be it in the case of stories or exposing. Now, as I have started acting mature and taking decisions on my own, people are calling me headstrong,’ she said.
When asked about not promoting her own films, Nayan said that she discusses about promotions and all other things with the filmmakers before she signs movies. ‘Not the people that I have worked with but outsiders are propagating these rumors about me,’ she clarified.
‘Being an actress is not easy and I work very hard to keep my career alive. People who know me, have no complaints against me and that’s the only thing that matters to me,’ she quipped.

Several actresses and technicians express their dream of working with Pawan Kalyan in at least one film. Anu Emmanuel is one lucky young beauty who got the opportunity to share screen space with Pawan in possibly the biggest film in the actor’s career.
The shooting of Pawan and Trivikram’s new film started yesterday. Scenes on Anu and Pawan were reportedly canned on the first day. Student Live Telecast Suicide on FB
A tragic yet uncanny incident happened in Mumbai on Monday evening as a student live telecast his suicide on Facebook.
As per police reports, a 24-year-old student jumped to death from the 19th floor of a reputed hotel in Bandra, West Mumbai. The deceased was reportedly live on Facebook when he took the extreme step. He had been seen on Facebook consuming alcohol and smoking cigarettes just minutes before jumping off the building.
The police found a suicide note from his room in which he cited his drug addiction as the reason for his decision of ending life. He reportedly book a room in the hotel only to commit suicide.
Committing suicide itself is a tragic thing and live telecasting it on social media is a sick thought. The depressed youth may take a cue from such incidents and try to resort to similar tragedies.

How Dhoni became CEO Of Gulf Oil India
Former Indian Cricket captain MS Dhoni has played another key role in his life. Dhoni has been appointed as CEO of one of the India’s Navarathna companies. He took charge as CEO of Gulf Oil India for one day and discharged duties at the head office in New Delhi.
Clad in a navy blue suit, the cricketer turned Chief Executive Officer occupied the hot chair and surprised the company employees. In fact Dhoni is the employee of the company. “As a CEO of the company for the day, Mahi has attended all the special meetings of the company. He will also take quite a few decisions, just like a real CEO,” an official said.
The company officials said Dhoni’s association with the company goes back a long way, and for a long time, he also wanted to understand how a corporate CEO works. He wanted to try this out too.”
The former Indian captain was named as the brand ambassador of Gulf Oil back in 2011 and since then has shared a good bond with it. To take this relationship a step forward, the company decided to appoint him as CEO for a day.
Computer programmers may no longer be eligible for H-1B visas
Thousands of Indian computer programmers who apply for H-1B visas may fail to get the desired visa in the wake of the new guidelines of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
A new policy memorandum issued by the USCIS on 31 March formulated these new guidelines regarding ‘Specialty Occupation’. Just one business day before the beginning of accepting the H-1B visa petitions, the USCIS has ruled that an entry level computer programmer would no longer be qualified as a specialist professional, and hence would be ineligible for H-1B visa.
“The fact that a person may be employed as a computer programmer and may use information technology skills and knowledge to help an enterprise achieve its goals in the course of his or her job is not sufficient to establish the position as a specialty occupation,” the USCIS Policy Memorandum read.
The policy memorandum titled ‘Rescission of the December 22, 2000 Guidance memo on H1B computer related positions,’ sent shock waves across the Indian IT companies as their application was based on the December 2000 guidelines on what constitutes a specialty occupation.
According to the USCIS, the 2000 memorandum entitled ‘Guidance memo on H-1B computer related positions’ is no more an accurate articulation of its current policy.

Senior hero Venkatesh’s latest release ‘Guru’ which hit screens on March 31st, looks to be on its way to become a lucrative venture for all the people involved.
