Producer Sharrath Marar has roped in a reputed media agency from Mumbai for Pawan Kalyan’s Katamarayudu. After his last production venture Sardaar Gabbar Singh was hosted by a local digital platform, Sharrath has zeroed in on an upcountry digital agency.

Webgyor, a noted digital marketing agency from Mumbai, has come on board for Pawan’s Katamarayudu. It’s said that the agency has wide network of clients and this is the firm’s major move into South film industry, particularly into Tollywood.

With the humongous response to the teaser as well as the ‘Mira Mira Meesam’ song from Katamarayudu, the agency said to have shell-shocked. Although it had heard of Pawan’s huge fan base, they have come across only after the film’s teaser received a thunderous response – in terms of both views and likes.

It’s learnt that the same digital platform is also expected to handle Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena account as well. Sharrath had vast media experience. He was the South head of Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Limited before his stint as the CEO of MAA TV. Sharrath subsequently moved on to work with Pawan closely and started his production house Northstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

After 2200 Years, Amaravati Gets Back Power!

In a historic moment, Amaravati has regained the power after a long gap of two millennia. The new capital of Andhra Pradesh, which has a rich heritage, great history, has reattained the power of ‘legislation’ after 2200 years. March 6, 2017 has created this history as the new Legislative Assembly started its operations in Velagapudi village of Amaravati. With this, Amaravati could now make its own rules, regulations on its own soil.

As per the records, the first ever recorded legislation made on ancient Amaravati dates back to 2nd Century BCE (Before Common Era). And it’s reported that no major law was made from Amaravati after the defeat of the ‘Telugu kings’ Satavahanas in the 3rd century CE (Common Era). And on Monday (Mar 6) at 11.06 AM, the history was repeated as AP State Legislative Assembly began its operations.

Although Andhra state was formed after bifurcation of Madras Presidency in 1953 on October 1st, the capital was located in Kurnool of Rayalaseema. Three years later, it was merged with Hyderabad state to form Andhra Pradesh with Hyderabad as the capital in 1956 on 1st November. But the state was divided in June 2014 and two states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana were formed separately.

After Satavahanas were defeated, all legislations governing the political, social, cultural and economic aspects of the Andhras were made outside the Andhra land. It’s said that as many as 20 kings, rulers, and dynasties governed over the Andhra region after the Satavahanas. But in all these cases, either their capital was located outside the Andhra territory or they did not have the powers to make their own legislative orders.

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu-led TDP government created this history after 2200 years of long gap as AP could now make its own lands from its own soil of Amaravati.

Trump strikes back with new policy

After the federal judge in United States blocked Donald Trump’s executive order to ban travelers from Muslim-populated nations last month, the American president has come back with a fresh immigration policy to throw a shocker at those countries.

According to the recent policy which was signed yesterday, America will stop immigrants coming from Yemen, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libiya and Somaliya – leaving out Iraq from the previously banned list. Releasing the new revised order, Trump said ‘critical examination will be put in place and it is already in place in many parts of country.’

These orders will come into effect from 16th March and will be place for next 90 days. Also, the US refuges Admissions program has been suspended for next 120 days during the review process of screening is undertaken. When it resumes, only 50,000 refugees will be permitted in fiscal 2017.

After breathing a sigh of relief soon after US judge delivered a shock to Donald Trump, the travelers and employees working will again re-consider their travel and home-going plans. As per new immigration policy, green card holders and dual citizens won’t be denied entry.

Pawan Refused To Lift Shruti Haasan?

The way Pawan Kalyan calls the shots in making his films, even the director will be stunned to look at such creative decisions. While the numero uno hero has left to Italy to shoot for songs of Katamarayudu, an interesting discussion is going on in film Nagar about the film’s interval.

Apparently, in the original version Veeram movie, during the interval scene, Tamanna collapses due to a hit from rowdies and Ajith carries her to a hospital. But we have come to know that in the Telugu version Shruti Haasan just walks away from the scene while Pawan Kalyan just keeps staring at her. Why this lifting of heroine got cut off from the scene is a major discussion now.

Some say that Pawan Kalyan altered the script in his style and hence he changed the scene of lifting heroine into his hands to just the heroine walking away. However, few sources added that Pawan was suffering from huge back pain at that time and hence avoided it. For that reason, he’s heard making slight modifications to the scene.

Whatever may be the logic, Pawan didn’t carry Shruti in the interval scene like a Tamanna and Ajith episode. That’s one big change made in Katamarayudu if any romance lovers are concerned about it.

Small-Time Actress Buys 2.5 Cr Worth Villa

At a time when star heroines are finding tough to earn crores of rupees easily, it’s this small time actress who has stunned everyone with her terrific investment. The first question that comes to anyone’s mind is, where did she got such enormous money from.

Coming from a middle-class family, this Telugu lady acted in couple of good hits as a leading lady and later took up many small films. Her remuneration for each film was around 5-10 lakhs back that won’t leave her with huge bank balance. Not really a cool 2.5 crores to buy a villa in a posh gated community in Hyderabad. But she bought one, registered on her own name and named the building with a divine title.

To think positively about this, we may have to say that she has invested in real-estate 5 years back and struck a fortune. But still such investments from her hardly-happening career income won’t become 2.5 crores in this short span and that too after real-estate in the city took a downward spiral from past few years.

Some insiders revealed that it is her ‘other activities’ and ‘sports’ that led to stashes of cash to her treasure box. Though she speaks about women rights and plays victim card always, reality is that she’s in need of luxury and goes to any extent for the sake of it.

Senior actor Nasser has in a recent interview divulged about how Rajamouli convinces the actors to come on board of his films even without narrating their characters.

Nasser confessed that he agreed to act in Baahubali even though he didn’t have much idea about how his character would be. He gave full credit to the intelligent manner in which Rajamouli narrates stories.

‘When Rajamouli met me, he narrated the whole story except my character. I was so involved in his story that i didn’t care much about my character. At the end, he told me that there is no ‘Baahubali’ movie without Bijjala Deva,” reminisced Nasser.

‘If Bijjala Deva didn’t want his son Bhallala Deva to ascend the throne, there is no ‘Baahubali’ movie, said Rajamouli. He said as if my character is the core point of the film, that was a sublime technique which only Rajamouli possesses,’ confessed Nasser while narrating how he hopped on ‘Baahubali’ project.

US promises quick justice to Indian victims

Only after raising concerns over growing attacks on Indian nationalists in United States, their authorities have reportedly promised a speedy justice in tragic murder of 43-year old Harnish Patel at his store in South Caroline and 39-year old Deep Rai outside his residence in Kent, Washington.

Although President Donald Trump condemned such hate-crime incidents during his speech at Congress, he neither promised a proper justice nor an action plan to curb such incidents in future. But, the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) in Seattle have stepped in to collaborate with Kent Police department in investigating Rai’s killing.

Families, whose loved ones were killed in US, demand Indian government and officials to build pressure on America to speed up the probe and investigate those racists. In this regard, Indian Ambassador to US, Navtej Sharma raised deep concerns with state department, that expressed condolences to the bereaved family on behalf of Indian government.

According to Indian Embassy, the local police and FBI are said to be constantly communicating the status of probe to officials and acting swiftly to our response. The US hate-related killers were accused of widespread racist abuses against Indian-American community before attacking. The 51-year old Adam Purinton, who was taken into police custody, for killing Telugu engineer Srinivas Kuchibotla has been sent to Johnson County jail and is awaiting for next appearance in court on 9th March.

'Indian IT Mafia In US' US Man Shares Disturbing Video

Share

us

After the fatal killing of Indian engineer Srinivas Kuchibhotla in the US a fortnight back, the Indian community is reasonably terrified. And now, a disturbing video has surfaced on a website which looks to be harnessing hatred against Indians.

A post on the website SaveAmericanITJobs.com titled ‘Welcome to Columbus Ohio suburbs – Lets take a walk to Indian park’ features Indian families hanging out in a public park in suburban Ohio. The description of the video reads how wealthy Indian families have moved in to suburban Ohio as “displacement of Americans has occurred”.

In the video, camera pans over Indian families playing in the park, as he narrates:

“The number of people from foreign countries blows my mind out here. You see this whole area is all Indian, amazing. It’s an amazing number of jobs have been taken away from Americans. The Indian crowd has ravished the Midwest. It’s a takeover.”

The website is reportedly maintained by Steve Pushor, a 66-year-old computer programmer from Virginia. Pushor sarcastically describes the park as “mini Mumbai”. He posted this video in August.

“What we’re trying to point out is people in Ohio, IT workers and other professional people have lost their jobs to foreign guest workers,” Pushor reportedly said.

After coming across the video and website, an Indian-American IT professional said, “To think that there could be some weirdo filming my cousin’s kids as they’re playing at the park, and possibly fomenting resentment towards them, is just disturbing.”

“This guy’s video is so horrific and creepy,” said another worried Indian.

A screen grab from the website refers Indian IT companies as the ‘Indian IT Mafia’ and also one of the “public enemies” of American IT professionals.

“The Indian IT Mafia Mega firms have greatly harmed the American Information Technology Workforce for decades. Their notorious practices and collaborations with greedy US Corporations have resulted in USA IT professionals training their H-1B or L-1 Indian replacements in order to receive severance pay. This is outrageous,” a snippet on the website reads.

Experts say that websites like these are provoking hate crimes against Indians in the US. Video#sthash.q2tfYnXM.dpuf

'If Film Industry is So Bad, Leave It'

Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar has advised actress Kangana Ranaut to leave the film industry if she was so terrorized of it.

Johar’s retort came as a reply to Kangana’s accusation that he was a ‘flag bearer of nepotism’, means someone who offers movies to only his near and dear ones. Kangana said this right on the face of Karan when she recently attended his chat show, ‘Koffee With Karan’.

Johar is generally known for troubling his guests with his witty remarks so it came as a huge surprise as he didn’t respond to Kangana’s reputation-damaging allegations.

Karan Johar has finally spoken, on another platform, about the Kangana issue. When asked why he took Kangana’s abuses in lighter vein, he said, “She was my guest and I had to hear what she said. I generally edit so much of stuff from my show but I was gracious enough to keep everything of her episode. I was like, let the world see her opinion.”

Talking about Kangana’s statement calling the film industry a ‘Movie Mafia’, Johar said, “What does she mean by ‘movie mafia’? What does she think we are doing? Sitting here and not giving her work? Is that what makes us mafia? I do that because may be I am not interested to work with Kangana and that does not make me movie mafia, it makes me a man with an opinion.

“I gave her the platform to speak and now this is my platform so here I am speaking what I want to. I am done with Kangana playing the woman card and the victim card. You can’t be a victim at every point of time who has a sad story to say as to how you have been terrorized by the bad world of industry. If that’s the case, leave it” concluded Johar, suggesting Kangana to leave the industry.

Known for not taking jibes in lighter manner, Kangana is soon expected to respond to Johar’s statement.

Despite her acts in films like Baadshah and Yevade Subramanyam, actress Ritu Varma got the much needed breakthrough romantic comedy “Pelli Choopulu” that has hit box office as simple film and scored a stupendous hit. And now, she has created another sensation.

While we have seen the likes of Deepika Padukone as animated characters in movies like Kochadaiyaan, now we have SS Rajamouli making a Virtual Reality film “The Sword Of Baahubali” for which Ritu Varma is taken up as lead girl. She plays the role of Samaya in this short movie and to create her 3D character, Rajamouli and Co have sent her to USA as well.

Looking at the results now, we have to say that Ritu Varma’s transformation as Samaya in this Mahishmathi kingdom based movie is terrific. She revealed that a special facial expression scanning camera has picked up nearly 30 expressions of her which are then transformed to the digitally created Samaya character. And then, Ritu will be dubbing herself to give that reality to the character she played digitally. Director Rajamouli wrote the complete screenplay for this digital film which was carved in the USA at a couple of world class studios.

While the teaser of this VR film is making everyone go mad for its technical and creative brilliance, the film will be first inaugurated at Tribeca Film Festival in New York.
