No doubt, Sukumar is one of the creative directors. Yet he has a problem. He ends up shooting for more number of days resulting in the increase of production costs. Also, Sukumar is known for writing scenes on the sets and struggling to build the scenes on the spot waiting the film’s cast and crew who would be paid without work.
Be it Nannaku Prematho or One Nenokkadine, the films were shot for more number of days than the original plan of shooting, also both films have good wastage due to unnecessary scenes that were shot first and were later removed from the final copy.
Considering this, producers Mythri Movie Makers have given strict instructions to Sukumar in executing his next with Ram Charan. Since Mythri’s first two films were made in controlled budget, good planning and released on time – except Janatha Garage that was slightly delayed but it worked, Mythri Movie Makers have asked Sukumar to give a perfect plan on the shooting days and total costing.
It’s also learnt that the film’s shoot begins only after locking the script tightly. Mythri producers don’t want to take anymore chances and is setting their eyes on hat-trick.
Will Sukumar make it? That’s the moot question at the moment.
1170 employees of Telangana power utilities have not been assigned any duties since bifurcation. Although, they are being paid their wages, neither are they being assigned any work nor are they even being allowed to enter the office premises. Why? Because, they are natives of Andhra!
Vexed with their plight and at the failure of the governments to resolve their issue, the employees have taken up hunger strikes on Wednesday in Hyderabad. These employees are now requesting that they be inducted into AP power utilities.
If Hindus in Pakistan are discriminated against, where else can they go except to India? Similarly, when Andhras are being subjected to harassment in Telangana, it is the responsibility of the AP Chief Minister to come to their rescue.

If the reports coming from the Telugu Desam Party sources are to be believed, Andhra Pradesh minister for urban development and municipal administration P Narayana is likely to face the axe from the state cabinet, which is likely to be reshuffled next week.
If it happens, it would be a big surprise for everybody, as Narayana is considered to be a close confidant of chief minister and TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu. However, Naidu is said to have decided to drop Narayana not because he is unhappy with him, but to make more adjustments in the cabinet.
It is learnt Narayana would be made the chairman of the AP Capital Region Development Authority and would be entrusted with the task of building the capital city as per the modern designs.
He will have the cabinet ranking and will no way be inferior to any other minister. Moreover, he will have enormous powers to look after the capital construction. That way, it is a promotion for him.
Apparently, the decision to take Narayana out of the cabinet is also said to be due to his over-interference in other departments.
Several ministers are learnt to have complained the chief minister that Narayana is poking his nose in other ministers, summoning secretaries and other officials for meetings. This problem will not be there if Narayana is removed from the cabinet.
While he can act independently, the ministers, too, would be relieved from his nuisance.
After holding the neck of immigrants with tighter visa rules, now the new Trump govt. is planning to cut short the number of issuing Green Cards by 50 percent.
2 top Republican senators have just introduced a legislation in the Senate, proposing to reduce the number of Green Cards issued every year from the present one million to half a million. The RAISE Act is said to have the backing of the Trump administration.
If passed in the Senate, this new legislation could upset the plans of Indians aspiring to obtain Permanent Residency in the US. At present, the average waiting period for Indians to get Green Card is around 10 years but this could increase to 35 years if the proposed Bill becomes a law.
Narashimham IPS and his Singam (Yamudu) franchise are back. Director Hari packed in everything into the script that made this franchise a super hit with the masses. Singam 3 doesn’t have much story, but director Hari’s racy screenplay loaded with commercial elements makes it worth watching.
Story :
Narasimham (Suriya) comes to Mangalore to solve the mystery of the death of a Police Commissioner. As he starts investigation, Narasimham comes to know that there is a bigger conspiracy behind the Commissioner’s murder. As Narasimham digs into the details he finds out that an international businessman called Vittal (Thakur Anup Singh) is behind all this. Vittal is not an easy man to bring down to justice and Singam does that in his own style.
Performances:
It is hard to believe that the first installment of Singam was released in 2010. After seven years, Suriya still looks younger and even fitter as Singam. Suriya didn’t show a sign of disinterest in playing the same character for the third time. He is as powerful as ever with that Singam character’s signature handlebar moustache. His screen presence and ferocious performance is a treat to watch.
Anushka didn’t have much role to play in this one. She has put on a lot of weight and looked awkward beside Suriya in a duet. Shruti Haasan is fine as the other female lead. Her romance track with Suriya looks forced. Soori’s comedy is not good in taste. Thakur is alright as the main villain. Sharath Saxena, Suman, Sarath Babu and Radhika did their bit.
Technicalities:
Hari likes to narrate his stories with a racy screenplay. Singam 3 is no different from his usual style. In fact it is fast paced than any of his previous outings. He did a decent job with the writing as he includes every element that audience expects out of this franchise. Hari is game for making another movie in the franchise as he ends it with a scope for another sequel.
Music by Harris Jayaraj is awful. None of the songs are impressive and the background score is not up to the mark. Cinematographer should be lauded for making it an engaging fare with his innovative framings. Editor had a major job to do with so many scenes at hand. He has excelled in making it a crisp product. Production values are top notch.

Analysis:
Singam 3 will definitely appeal to the fans of the franchise. Like the previous two outings, S3 also goes a bit overboard in terms of heroism. It is not as good as the first part of the franchise, but has its own merits to please the fans. First half of the film seemed pointless as the script doesn’t offer anything new or exciting.
Despite lack of content, Hari makes it an engaging film with his fast moving screenplay. Things start to get exciting towards the start of the second half. Confrontation scenes between Singam and Vittal have come out well. Director elevates Singam character with superbly written mass scenes.
Mass audience will have a gala time at the theaters as S3 offers way too many moments for them to cheer to. Hari literally played it to the galleries with patriotic dialogues. He picked an interesting backdrop for this plot which gives it a fresh look. Hari seems to have taken inspiration from Hollywood action thrillers as there is excessive use of technology.
Barring poor comedy bits and Shruti’s track, Singam 3 is a paisa vasool film for the masses. Despite the ridiculousness of the treatment and over the top action, it will make you sit till the end without any boring moments. On the box office front, it should give some respite for Suriya who has been struggling lately.

Nordstorm has a few days ago announced to end its partnership with Trump’s daughter Ivanka’s brand citing its poor performance. Trump then took to his twitter handle and rebuked the retail chain for its action against his daughter’s business.

The reports that power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan would have a one-on-one meeting with YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy to work out a common strategy to fight against the Central and the state governments have turned out to be hoax.
Last week there were reports that some political mediators had convinced both Pawan and Jagan to have a meeting, after the former announced that he was ready to join hands with anyone, including the leader of the opposition to fight on the issues of public concern. It was also speculated that the meeting was scheduled for February 8 (Wednesday).
However, no such meeting took place on Wednesday and Jagan went about his own style of campaigning against the Chandrababu Naidu government, while Pawan remained confined to his shooting. There were not even tweets by Pawan on such a proposed meeting with Jagan.
It was quite obvious that Pawan is highly unpredictable in his style of functioning, whether it is in films or in politics. Nobody knows when he comes out in public with what issue and when he goes back into the shell, forgetting what he had done. Such a highly unpredictable person in politics does not suit the mentality of Jaganmohan Reddy, who is firm on his policies and programmes, besides having a specific agenda.

Mark Skaggs, the brain behind popular games such as Farmville and Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-Earth, is partnering with filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli to create a “Baahubali” mobile game.

“Baahubali”, as a franchise, has gone beyond cinema. It’s being made into a novel, comics and even an animated series.
Rajamouli is currently busy with the post-production of “Baahubali: The Conclusion”, which is slated for release on April 28.
The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia, Anushka Shetty and Ramya Krishnan in pivotal roles.
The second part will simultaneously release in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.
The announcement made by actor-turned-Telugu Desam Party MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna that he is going to make a film on his father – legendary actor and former chief minister N T Rama Rao – has excited everybody. And it has become a big news in the media as well.

Needless to say, it will not have any controversial parts of NTR’s life, particularly his second marriage and also the coup against him by Chandrababu Naidu. It is going to be all goodie movie!
From now onwards, unruly scenes like breaking mikes and throwing on each other by MLAs will not happen. The new Assembly building which is under construction in Amaravathi is being equipped with small device in a rectangular shape called linear vocal microphone facing the members.
Bidding adieu to the use of traditional mikes, Andhra Pradesh government and Speaker K Siva Prasada Rao decided to use unbreakable small voice makers in the house. Embarrassed over increasing incidents of breaking mikes by opposition YSR Congress legislators and also ruling party MLAs during debates, Speaker decided to check such incidents in the new Assembly readying for first winter session of assembly this month.
The devices were imported from Germany and the technicians are busy fitting the equipment in the house. The device also offers in-built features like electronic voting system as a substitute to the manual form of hand raising and language interpreter enabling the translation of the speeches of members in multiple languages.
The Assembly is built on the ground floor with 225 seats in anticipation of delimitation of the Assembly constituencies by 2019 as against the strength of 175 at present.
The seating arrangement is provided for the Leader of the House on the right side of the Chair while the Leader of Opposition on the left side as is the parliamentary practice.

However, given that ONV is a devotional film, the story of Hathiram Baba, a staunch devotee of Lord Venkateswara, the tattoo would look odd if makers retained it. So, the experienced K Raghavendra Rao has come up with a plan.
Since no one has an idea about how Hathiram Baba looked, he has made his designers create Nag’s costume in a way that the right shoulerd always stays covered, be it with age-old shirts or shawls. Although Nag is seen shirtless in some scenes in the promos, his right shoulder is always covered up.
The team of ONV must be applauded for taking proper care regarding every minute detail of the character of Hathiram Baba.
In his interview to a national media house, Shankar said that Jaya had several health ailments like Sugar, BP, Thyroid, Arthritis etc. by the time he had started treatment to her.
“Sugar levels in her blood used to be completely out of control. Her fondness for chocolates and ice creams is main reason for this. She used to take insulin to keep her sugar levels under control and I believe that the prolonged usage of such powerful steroids deteriorated her health,” he reportedly said.
He also added that he managed to bring Jaya’a health condition to normalcy through his treatment and that she was all healthy by August 2016.

Schwarzenegger plays a construction foreman who loses his wife and pregnant daughter in the plane crash, which was caused by the inadvertent error of an air traffic controller. Aftermath tells the story of Guilt, Redemption and Revenge.
While the air traffic controller is advised to shift to another city in view of people who lost their own in the plane crash coming at him for revenge, the construction foreman played by Arnold seeks the wrongdoer to look into his eyes and apologize for what he has done.
Inspired by actual events, the thrilling drama possibly has Arnold’s best performance till date. Aftermath will hit screens on 7th April, 2017.
