Malayalam actress Bhavana, who was recently in news for the alleged molestation incident that shocked the entire film industry, has reportedly got engaged.

She was engaged to Kannada film producer Naveen at a private function in Kochi. A photo of the couple, believed to have been taken after their engagement, is currently going viral on social media. It was said to be a private event attended only by close friends and family members of the couple.

In an earlier interview, Bhavana is said to have confessed to be having in a serious relationship. In fact, she planned to get married in 2014 itself but it didn’t happen because of her prior commitments.

On work front, Bhavana is currently busy with 3 films in her kitty. She is expected to get married once she finishes those films.

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor has never confessed about her relationship despite she often teases media by posting cozy pictures with her rumored boyfriend. But, her mother has now let the cat out of the bag.

Sunita Kapoor, Sonam’s mother and senior actor Anil Kapoor’s wife, has reportedly divulged to media that she would like to see her daughter walking down the aisle with Anand (businessman Anand Ahuja, with whom Sonam has been having an alleged relationship for a long time).

With this revelation, Sunita has not just approved of her daughter’s relationship but also gave green signal for her marriage. Is Anil Kapoor too okay with his daughter’s choice? The media believes so or Sunita wouldn’t have broken the news of her daughter’s love life in front of media.

Sonam on the other hand has always stood her ground saying that Anand was just a close friend. She seems to be happy with her relationship but did never look in a hurry to settle down yet.

On work front, after her award winning performance in ‘Neerja’, Sonam has pocketed some big projects opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Akshay Kumar.

Reportedly Pawan Kalyan has received over 2 Crore as advance from producers of Srimanthudu. Although the advance has been paid longtime ago, the movie hasn’t materialised. Going into details, producers were supposed to do a film in Attarintiki Daredi combination and had paid token amount to both Pawan Kalyan and director Trivikram Srinivas way back then. But that didn’t materialise then.

Instead, Pawan-Trivikram combination went to producer Radhakrishna with whom Trivikram share personal bond. Rumours in industry had it that both Trivikram and Pawan at one stage have returned their advances to the production house for not able to keeping their word. But this has been sorted after Trivikram agreed to do another film for the banner.

In compensation to Pawan’s film, Trivikram has agreed to do a film with Mahesh Babu on Mythri Movie Makers. This will be Mahesh Babu’s 26th and it has been locked. Even the producers paid advances to both the director and superstar.

Now, the confirmation is pending from Pawan Kalyan. As he is yet to give nod to the production house. The latest is that Pawan has finally confirmed to do a film for Mythri but when it’s going to take off is a moot question. Even the project is yet to get a director.

The muhurat of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 101st film was held this morning in a grand manner  in Hyderabad.

Crazy director Pur Jagannath has grabbed the opportunity to direct Balayya pushing behind the probable directors such as Krishna Vamsi, KS Ravikumar and others.

Rajamouli, Boyapati Srinu, Krish and other dignitaries attended the muhurat ceremony. While Rajamouli gave the clap, Boyapati directed the first shot. Interestingly, the film’s release date has been announced on the Muhurat day itself, September 29 it is. Going by the speed at which Puri wraps up his films, there is hardly any doubt on film meeting its deadline.

Buzz is that #NBK101 is the same subject that was supposed to made as Megastar’s 150th film, Auto Jaani. Speculation is also rife that it was the subject that Puri wanted to make with Mahesh as ‘Janaganamana’.

Talking about Tubelight, Kabir said that the film is going to see Salman in a completely different avatar. Raving about his performance, the director said, “Salman will be seen in a completely different way in the film (Tubelight). If people have thought that Salman’s performance is special in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, then his performance in Tubelight is five times better than it. The audience will see Salman’s better performance in Tubelight.”

Mahesh Babu’s elder sister Manjula once wanted to become an actress but she was stopped by Krishna fans and she had to settle doing a non-commercial film albeit getting national recognition.

Days after the photos leaked controversy in Tollywood, a new case of cyber crime has been reported by Madonna Sebastian, a Malayalam actress.

Hackers have apparently targeted the Facebook account of the Premam actress, Madonna. Quick to warn against it, the actress on Tuesday took to her social media account and requested her fans and friends to ignore all the posts till she confirms.

She also informed that even the tweets that have recently been posted on her behalf are not hers.

In the post she wrote, “Hello there.. looks like my page is hacked. So please ignore the posts till I confirm otherwise. Thank you. P.S. the twitter posts that appear on my behalf are also not mine.”

Earlier too, Madonna had faced a similar problem when she had to clarify that she hasn’t got an official Twitter account.

Her Facebook post then read, “There seems to be certain people somewhere, who are taking advantage of the fact that I do not have a Twitter account and posting false news in my name.. Let’s choose to ignore them… Also the accounts in my name, till I announce that I have created one new account on Twitter here on Facebook.. Have a great evening everyone! [sic].”

Talking about her big screen projects, she will be next seen in Kavan. Helmed by Vijay Sethupathi the flick will hit the silver screen on March 31.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 101st movie was launched today in Hyderabad but the makers have not revealed the heroines’ name yet.

Although Puri Jagannadh has planned to introduce new heroines for the movie, both Balakrishna and producers have raised their objections. Hence, the selection of the main heroine has not been done.

Puri Jagannadh reportedly approached Kajal Agarwal who paired up with Chiranjeevi in “Khaidi No 150” but she said has no dates readily available.

Kajal Agarwal is said to be busy with couple of movies in Kollywood. Since Puri is commencing the regular shoot immediately, they cannot wait for her till she accommodates dates.

Nayanatara is demanding more than Rs 3.5 Crs. So, he name has been ruled out. Samantha is not showing interest to pair up with senior stars. Now, Puri Jagannadh is trying to rope in Bollywood heroines as main heroine.

Actor Shivaji Raja, who recently became the new President of MAA (Movie Artistes Association), lamented that he had watched one of the worst movies ever made.

The newly elected MAA President said that as a member of the Censor Board, he had to watch a film which was shot with a cell phone.

‘In the age of digital film making, people have started shooting films with just cell phones and cheap cameras. They are not even having proper stories or actors. During the screening of such movies, the Censor Board members could do nothing but stare at one another, as some films are so pathetic,’ he said.

Finally Shivaji Raja pleaded the upcoming filmmakers to make good movies with watchable stories. He urged film fraternity to make Tollywood an inspiration to other film industries.

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s ex-wife and former actress Renu Desai has given a special interview to celebrate the Women’s Day and she has revealed several interesting details about her kids and Pawan.

Among other things, when Renu was asked about the bond that Pawan shares with Akira, Renu said that they share a beautiful relationship. She added that the duo has lengthy discussions whenever Pawan visits the family in Pune.

‘I have never heard them talking about movies. They discuss about life, books etc. mostly philosophical stuff. Akira is a born philosopher,’ revealed Renu.

Exclusive sources of Gulte have informed us that makers of #Mahesh23 have finally zeroed upon a catchy title and it is none of the earlier rumored titles such as Abhimanyu, Sambhavami, Marmam, Agent Siva etc. The title will start with the letter ‘S’ but its not ‘Sambhavami’.

Moreover, the title has been chosen in a way that it reflects the Thriller theme of #Mahesh23. It has not been registered yet as makers know that it would spread like wildfire as soon as they register it. They plan to give maximum goosebumps to fans on March 10 by unveiling both the first look and title.

Known for making exhilarating thrillers and presenting them in commercial format, director AR Murugadoss has reportedly prepared a feast kind of film for movie lovers. June 23 has already been announced as the film’s worldwide release date.
