Sumanth Movie Title Naruda Donaruda

Akkineni Nagarjuna’s nephew Sumanth who took a long break from films is returning as hero. He is hoping to regain the hero image back with experimental remake of sperm donation concept based Bollywood hit movie Vicky Donor.

According to official sources from the production company, this movie is reportedly titled as Naruda Donaruda.

Principal shooting of the project is completed. Currently post production works are under progress. Naruda Donaruda is a variety title selected by them inspired from Balakrishna’s super hit song Naruda o naruda emi korika from Bhairavadweepam.

Debutant director Mallik Ram casted multiple talented Tanikella Bharani to reprise Bollywood actor Annu Kapoor’s role in the original while Pallavi Subhash is the heroine.

Telugu audiences have been encouraging experimental concepts in last few years by granting hit judgements.

We have heard of blood donation, eye donation and organ donation, let’s wait and see how our viewers will react to sperm donation from Sumanth in the name of Naruda Donaruda.

Charan trying to win where he lost

Ram Charan is currently doing a dual role. Not in his film but in his life. While producing Chiru’s prestigious 150th film, he is also working on his upcoming film ‘Dhruva’. This time Charan is going against all odds to score a hit.

Star hero films are usually released in festive seasons. Ram Charan’s films are no exemptions. His hit films like ‘Nayak’ and ‘Yevadu’ were released during Sankranti season and did exceptionally well in spite of competing with other heroes.

But, Dussera season proved to be unlucky for Charan. His last two films, ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ and ‘Bruce Lee’ were released during this season. While ‘Govindudu’ ended up as an average family drama, ‘Bruce Lee’ became one of the biggest disasters in his career. Controversial Producers Fight Over Blue Films

Tollywood producers C Kalyan and Natti Kumar are infamously popular in the industry for their alleged involvement in various police cases. Both these producers are now waging an ugly war ever since Natti Kumar alleged that C Kalyan had close ties with the slain gangster Nayeem.

In his counter press meet, C Kalyan rebuked Natti Kumar’s baseless allegations and in turn alleged that Natti Kumar is notorious for blackmailing his heroines with their blue films and that the number of Natti Kumar’s victims is higher than that of Nayeem’s in Tollywood.

Lashing out at C Kalyan in his counter press meet, Natti Kumar alleged that C Kalyan was even jailed in a blue films case and that he had shady relationships with three heroines.

Natti Kumar further said the government should takeover C Kalyan’s Nanakramguda land which the producer encroached illegally. Natti Kumar concluded saying that C Kalyan even faced charges of murdering his own wife and that his links with Nayeem will be revealed soon in the police probe.

Nithya Beats Vidya Balan, Anushka!

Nithya Menen is said to have finalised to essay the role of Mahanati Savitri in the veteran actress biopic. Although the names like Vidya Balan, Anushka Shetty did rounds earlier for veteran actress biopic, Nithya apparently beaten both Vidya, Anushka to bag the plum project. The biopic of Savitri will be helmed by Nag Ashwini who made decent debut with Yevade Subramanyam.

Nithya is well-known for her performances and got noticed despite doing only few films. This is said to have impressed the makers to zero in on Nithya. The film will be Telugu-Tamil bilingual as Savitri is equally popular in Tamil, Telugu.

Born on January 4, 1936, Savitri made her acting debut in 1950 Telugu-Tamil drama Samarasam, and went on to star in several classics such as Devadasu, Missamma, Penin Perumai, Pasa Malar, Bhale Ramudu, ‘Thodi Kodallu, Mayabazaar and Gundamma Katha. Besides donning the greasepaint, Savitri also directed a few films such as Chinnari Papalu, Chiranjeevi and Mathru Devatha. She was even a popular playback singer. Subsequently, her personal life saw lows and pushed her into depression.

It’s learnt that the movie wouldn’t touch the dark side of her life and would focus more on the happier times of her and her contribution to cinema. The yet-to-be-titled film would be a tribute to the first lady superstar of Telugu Cinema.

Roja Surpasses Jagan In Popularity?

The followers on social media taken into account to measure the popularity of not only celebrities and also political leaders has been a new trend in the present competitive politics.

Thanks to the stupendous success of Vijay Devarakonda’s Pelli Choopulu, his next film Dawaraka is getting good craze in the trade circles. With Pelli Choopulu collecting 1 Million USD at US Box Office, naturally, there’s good craze for his next release Dwaraka.

Given that Pelli Choopulu brought Vijay closer to the youths, families, and connected to audiences, overseas trade is betting big on his next film too. Even the film’s recently released teaser song on the eve of Krishnanshtami has received good response.
