Versatile Actor Prakash Raj acted and directed a bilingual in Telugu and Tamil, Ulavacharu Biryani (Un Samayal Arayil in Tamil) in 2014. The movie went on to a big failure in Telugu and Tamil as well. However the film is now surprisingly going to Bollywood.

Prakash Raj himself will be directing the Bollywood version as well. Bollywood Actor Nana Patekar will reprise the role that was done by Prakash Raj. Nana Patekar is also a foodie and has passion for cooking and so instantly connected to the film which runs on similar lines.

Shriya Saran and Tapsee will be seen in important roles. The film will start rolling in May. Prakash Raj Productions and Zee Studios will jointly produce the movie.

Both Telugu and Tamil audience rejected the film but the makers say the subject will definitely strike chord with Hindi audience where Multiplex audience are more. Lets see if Prakash Raj impresses Bollywood audience as a director!

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh is back in Hyderabad on Sunday. The team completed shooting of two songs on Pawan Kalyan and Kajal Aggarwal in Switzerland and the movie unit says the songs have come out very well.

The last minute post production works are happening. The team will submit the songs for Censor and get the final clearance. Efforts are on to get the biggest possible release for the film across the globe. Sardaar Gabbar Singh is all set for a grand release on April 8th as Ugadi Special.

The Hindi version of the film will also release on the same day as Telugu version. Promotions of the film are already going on in full swing. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the sound track for the film.

Vizag minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao said that Chandrababu Naidu has been toying with a massive mission of making Vizag a paradise for Tollywood filmmakers, thereby encouraging them to shift their base to Vizag.

The minister further said that leading stars like Balakrishna, Ram Charan and Rajendra Prasad are planning to setup film studios in Vizag and that the government is also mulling a film festival on the lines of IIFA. Furthermore, a single window counter will facilitate all the logistics to carry out shootings in the city, said the minister.

As the clock is ticking, Pawan Kalyan’s most-awaited film Sardaar Gababr Singh is all set for world-wide release on April 8 in 42 countries. While the Hindi-dubbed version of the film is hitting the screens simultaneously, producers of the Hindi version, Eros International, are expecting Pawan Kalyan’s presence for a promotion event in Mumbai.

Media-shy Pawan usually maintains a low-profile. He seldom attends press conferences and so interviews to media persons ahead of film’s release.
