Baby Shamili who endeared herself to audiences through many wonderful performances as a child artiste made her debut as a heroine with the film ‘Oy’.

The movie failed at the box-office and Shamili too found no offers coming her way. Part of the reason is her unwillingness to appear in glamorous and revealing outfits which has almost become mandatory in the industry today.

She left to do a direction course overseas and is now back with her second innings as an actress. She recently bagged an opportunity opposite Dhanush but soon was left out of the project. The reason once again was her reluctance to expose.

While Prabhas is busy with the filming of Baahubali 2, media is busy in speculating the budget of his next film.

We have been hearing reports that UV Creations is planning to make a movie with Prabhas with an astounding budget of 100 crore? It is an action thriller in which Prabhas plays the role of a stylish cop.

What is the need of spending 100 crore on an action thriller? As our sources dug into the details they have been informed that it is not an ordinary action thriller but a very special one.

The movie will be entirely shot in foreign locales and a top heroine from Bollywood is expected to play the female lead in it.

It will be a multilingual film that will be made in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil to cash in upon the ‘Baahubali’ popularity of Prabhas. So UV Creations is making sure to make this film on a grand scale with splendid visuals and top class technical values.

Plan is to start this film immediately after Prabhas is done with Baahubali 2 so that they could release the trailer of the film by the time Baahubali 2 hits the screens!

Superstar Rajinikanth’s movies are often left with a huge ground to land, as its affect can create tremors around. Other movies irrespective of any language in South, with scheduled release dates with nearby dates usually step back, giving way to Rajinikanth.

Rajini’s new movie Kabali is coming in this scorching summer and already the release date is announced as May 27th. His market is vast in South and his movies get equally good number of theatres on par with a Star hero in Telugu. His film’s business touches 25 crores here too.

Incidentally, Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam’s makers were too in plans to release it somewhere in May. Though they were looking for 6th or 13th earlier and even 31st of May being Krishna’s birthday, the caution from Kabali may force Brahmotsavam to stay away from month end.

Other than Brahmotsavam’s clash with Kabali in Telugu states, Mahesh Babu has to fight for theatres in Tamil for its release over there too. So, Mahesh Babu may want to choose between first or second weeks to avoid trouble with Rajinikanth’s outing in last week.

King Nagarjuna and Tamil Star Karthi’s Oopiri has completed its censor formalities the other day and managed to get Clean U certificate. With this the movie is all set for a grand release on March 25th. Buzz is that the movie is 173 minutes long which is lengthy by usual standards.

The movie has to be very gripping from start to end to make sure the audience sit through out the film. Nagarjuna is playing the role of a quadriplegic bound to a wheelchair and Karthi will be seen as his caretaker in the film.

The movie is the official remake of French Film, the Untouchables. Some changes were made to the script to suit to the sensibilities of the Telugu and Tamil audience. Since Manam, Nagarjuna seem to be a different actor.

He is putting lot of effort in choosing different subjects. Directed By Vamshi Paidipalli, Oopiri has music by Gopi Sunder and photography by P S Vinod. The movie was shot in never before seen exotic locales of France, Bulgaria, Slovenia and India.
