The audio release event of Manchu Manoj’s much delayed film, Attack will happen on 19th of this month in Prasad Labs, Hyderabad. Plans are also on to release the movie on March 23rd or April 1st. On the other side, the makers have also managed to sell the satellite rights of the film.

Gemini TV bagged the rights for 1.1 Crore which is a decent amount given the low expectations on the film. The release date will be announced officially in the audio launch event. The makers have elaborate plans for the film promotions.

Beeruva fame Surabhi is romancing Manoj in the film. Veteran actors Prakash Raj and Jagapathi Babu will be seen in crucial roles. C.Kalyan is producing the film under his CK Entertainments Ltd Banner. Ravishankar is the music director.

The South remake of Bollywood blockbuster, Queen is struggling to find a female lead. The makers have approached Nayantara as she is a familiar face to all the audience in the South. But it is emerging that the actress turned down the offer since she could not allot the bulk dates the makers are seeking.

Yesteryear actresses – Revathy and Suhasini have teamed up for the Telugu and Tamil remake of Bollywood blockbuster, Queen. Revathy will be wielding megaphone for this bilingual remake. Suhasini will be penning the dialogues in both the languages. The film will go on floors towards the end of the year.

Queen is the story of a young Punjabi girl, played by Kangana Ranaut, who embarks on her honeymoon to Paris after her fiance calls off her wedding. Kangana Ranaut even went on to win a National Award for the role she played in the film. And so the makers of the remake are keen to have the right lady in their film.

Manchu Vishnu and Raj Tarun have teamed up for a film, directed by G Nageswara Reddy of ‘Dhenikaina Ready’ fame.

This film is titled “Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam” and the first look poster has been released. The title is interesting and as it suggests, the film is going to be very entertaining.

Sonarika of ‘Jadoogadu’ fame is playing the female lead opposite Vishnu and Raj Tarun romances Heebah Patel of ‘Kumari 21F’ fame.

It is a known fact that, young tiger Jr NTR was original choice for Nagarjuna’s upcoming film Oopiri that is helmed by Vamsi Paidipally. However, NTR walked out of the project owing to some reasons. Now, Nagarjuna clarifies that, call sheets issue was the reason.

“We initially considered Tarak (Jr NTR) for Karthi’s role, when Oopiri was in scripting stages. Due to call sheets issue, he walked out of the film. So, we hired Karthi. I dubbed on my own for Tamil version.

I always suggest my sons one thing that, picking good subjects will automatically provide stardom. We have very less people who gained stardom in below 30 years of age. And Tarak is one amongst them. Mahesh Babu, Prabhas and Pawan Kalyan obtained stardom only after 30 years of age,” said Nagarjuna.

In fact, both Nagarjuna and NTR have no qualms to do a multistarrer in future if exciting script comes their way. On the flip side, Nagarjuna is willing to remake Gundamma Katha with NTR and Naga Chaitanya. Hope, both the multistarrers materialize sometime in future.
