INSIDE STORY: Rakul Preet Singh’s connection with that MLA
Tollywood’s Most Happening heroine, Rakul Preet Singh recently completed a schedule of her Sarainodu in Bolivia. Buzz in the industry is that Rakul Preet Singh will be seen as an MLA in the movie. Filmnagar rumours say that the actress closely studied Bhuma Akhila Priya, Allagadda MLA who came to power at a very young age.
Rakul Preet Singh reportedly also met Akhila Priya before the movie shooting began and took some notes from her. Akhila Priya is a YSR Congress back then and recently shifted to Telugu Desam Party. The audio launch event of the film will happen very later this month. Sarainodu is being planned for April 22nd release as Summer Special.
The recently released First Look Teaser set the expectations and hype on a high. The pre-release business of the film suddenly picked up and insane amounts are being offered for the film. Gundello Godari fame Aadi Pinnisetty is turning baddie with this movie. Bunny’s father Allu Aravind is producing the film on his Geeta Arts Banner. SS Thaman is scoring the music.
‘2.O’ third schedule kick starts tomorrow at Delhi
Super Star Rajini is working with all his heart and soul for ‘2.O’. The team completed two schedules so far and Director Shankar ensures that no images or stills get leaked from the shooting spot. Now the third schedule of shooting will start rolling from tomorrow.
Akshay Kumar and Rajini will participate in this third schedule and this is going to be a 21 day schedule. Some talkie portions and an action sequence at Feroz Shah Kotla Cricket stadium will be shot during this schedule. The team already completed an intense fight scene at Chennai.
Amy Jackson related scenes will be shot in fourth schedule. Director Shankar firmly hopes that this movie will be a trend setter and a path breaking movie in Kollywood. Recently Akshay Kumar himself praised Rajini for his dedication and hard work.
Meanwhile, an inside source said that the makers are planning to complete all the proceedings before Diwali and start the post production work which will eat more time for this project. Watch out this space for more developments.
Thathaku Prematho: Tarak’s Tribute To NTR
Young Tiger NTR, who is currently shooting for Janatha Garage in Mumbai, is planning a special treat for fans and a memorable tribute to his grandad and legendary actor, the late NT Ramarao.
Latest buzz is that Tarak is planning to release the teaser of Janatha Garage on his Thatha’s 93rd birth anniversary. May 28th is the date when fans can catch the first video teaser of Tarak’s upcoming film. NTR shared a warm relationship with his grandpa and his fondness for his Thatha is well known.
Janatha Garage is scheduled to release on August 12 and the film’s audio and theatrical trailer can be out towards the end of July. Currently, the unit is shooting the IIT Bombay backdrop scenes in Mumbai. Koratala Siva is determined to score a hat-trick of blockbusters with this film.
Samantha to join Young Tiger this weekend
Young Tiger NTR’s Janatha Garage is progressing at brisk pace in Mumbai. Samantha who is the main heroine in the film will enter the shoot this weekend. Nithya Menen, the second heroine entered the shoot the other day.
The schedule in Mumbai will go on till 25th of this month and after that they will shift to Hyderabad where a special set was erected in Saradhi Studios. The makers are considering Janatha Garage (with a tagline – Ikkada Anni Repairlu Cheyyabadunu) as the title of the film even though they did not announce it officially.
They are planning to release the movie on August 12th, 2016. The release date works in the movie’s favour as there is a long weekend holiday due to Independence day holiday on Monday. Mytri Film Makers who turned producers with Srimanthudu will be producing this film as well.
Yerineni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar (Thammudu) and CVM (Mohan) are the producers. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music as Koratala’s previous films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu. He already started the music sittings.
Bollywood Superstar in Kshanam remake?
Kshanam starring Adivi Sesh, Adah Sharma and Anasuya is a decent hit at the box office backed by superb positive talk and reviews. Foxstar Studios released the movie across the nation last week with English subtitles.
On the other side, a popular TV channel picked up the satellite rights of the film for 1.75 Crore which is a sensational amount for a small film. Now it is emerging that famous Bollywood producer Sajid Najiadwala, who earlier remade Ravi Teja’s Kick in Hindi, is in advanced talks to grab the remake rights.
Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan is interested to star in this remake project. This will be a big achievement for a small movie if that happens Kshanam was made with a shoestring budget and will be bringing super profits to every one involved in the film trade.
Kshanam has story penned by Adavi Sesh and is directed by debutant Ravikanth Perepu. PVP Cinemas will breathe in relief with this movie success as they have no commercial hits in their journey so far. They have Oopiri and Brahmotsavam lined up for release.
