Tamil Star Hero Suriya’s latest film, Pasanga-2 released in Tamil Nadu in December – 2015. The movie was dubbed in to Telugu as Memu but did not release since then. The makers of the Telugu version finally announced the movie release on this Friday.

But once again postponed the film in the last minute. The makers have informed that the release is postponed due to some unforeseen reasons and a fresh date will be announced very soon. Suriya plays a vital role in the film which is the sequel to the super hit children’s film Pasanga.

Suriya and Amala Paul are seen in little cameos in the movie. Tollywood producer Joolakanti Madhusudhan Reddy has acquired the Telugu rights of this movie which was directed by Pandiraj.

He is the one who previously directed Pasanga and Marina. Memu is all about attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) children and it revolves around three kids.

Nara Rohit’s latest offering, Savitri is all set for a grand release on April 1st. The movie was earlier planned for March 25th but the makers have decided to postpone so that a clash with Nagarjuna and Karthi’s Oopiri. This will ensure free run for Oopiri and Savitri.

As of now there are no releases lined up for April 1st. But the movie had to later make way for Sardaar Gabbar Singh releasing a week after that. The shooting of the film is completed last month and post production works are going on at brisk pace.

The movie is touted to be a clean family entertainer like Nara Rohit’s previous film, Solo and he pinned high hopes on its success. Telugu beauty Nanditha is romancing Nara Rohit in this film. Talented director Pavan Sadineni will be wielding the mega phone.

The film is produced by B Rajendra Prasad and Shravan scores the music. Murali Sharma, Posani, Ajay, Ravibabu, Jeeva, Vennela Kishore, Satyam Rajesh, Prabhas Seenu will be seen in other important roles.

Our readers are aware that Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh will have its audio launch on 20th of this month. The makers earlier planned to have the event in a big outdoor venue like Gachchibowli Indoor Stadium or Nizam College Grounds.

But they could not get the necessary permissions at those venues. So the makers have finalized the venue at Novotel Hotel. After finishing the event, the team will fly to Europe to finish the left over two songs of the film.

Dinesh Master will be choreographing both the songs. And with that schedule, the entire shooting will be complete. Post Productions works are also happening simultaneously. Both the Telugu and Hindi versions will be releasing on April 8th as Ugadi Special.

Kajal Aggarwal is romancing Pawan Kalyan for the first time in this film. The movie is a hot cake in trade and it is witnessing never before offers from trade. It is estimated that the pre-release business will be around 80-90 Crore.

Actor Jagapathi Babu, who has a bunch of big ticket southern projects including “Vijay 60” in his kitty, has taken out time to work in a yet-untitled low budget Telugu horror comedy.

“It was the script that impressed him to come on board. Jagapathi Babu plays heroine Eesha’s father in the film. It’s a role that comes with a surprise element and the makers are secretly guarding it,” a source from the film’s unit told IANS.

Directed by debutant Sudhakar, the film also stars Chaitanya Krishna.

“Nearly 50 percent of the film has already been shot. The makers have been flexible with the shoot, given Jagapathi’s very busy schedule,” he said.

A rumour spread by a Fake Twitter handle shocked NTR fans for a moment. The handle bearing the name of the production house, Mythri Movie Makers and having the same display picture let out a news that NTR is injured during shooting for an action sequence of the film. That sparked huge discussion on Social media.

After some time, the Twitter handle got deactivated. Finally the makers have clarified the news from the official handle of the film. “NOTE: All the Official News about #NTR26 will be announced from this id only! Please don’t follow fake accounts and believe in rumours,” they posted on Twitter. The Mumbai schedule of the film will go on till 25th of this month.

The actor will be seen as an IIT Student in the film which is being readied for August 12th release as Independence day Special. The release date works in the movie’s favour as there is a long weekend holiday due to Independence day holiday on Monday.
