It is a known news that ace director SS Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’s sequel ‘Baahubali – The Conclusion’ is on sets at the moment. The movie got its Kerala shoot completed recently. The makers, however, have reportedly violated the rules in using live animals for the shoot of the movie.

According to the reports, an elephant named ‘Chirackal Kalidasan was used for the shoot of ‘Baahubali 2’ in Trissur recently. The makers reportedly didn’t get prior certificate from Animal Welfare Board of India to use the animal.

The activists of Heritage Animal Task Force has sent a letter of complaint to the PM Narendra Modi alleging that the elephant was made to stand for several hours under the high beam light for shooting. Also, the banned weapon ‘Ankush’ was used to control the animal.

When around 50 unit members were making lot of noise no animal welfare officer was present in the shoot of the movie. The task force demanded the arrest of the director, producer and cinematographer of the movie under the ‘Violation of Animal Rights Act’. The response of the makers is awaited on the incident.

What’s so special about one Tamil film titled ‘Visaranai’ releasing tomorrow which made Super Stars like Rajinikanth and Kamal Hasan to go in all praises? The movie having enjoyed special screenings for film celebrities and legends is produced by Dhanush and directed by Vetri Maran.

Rajini simply said, ‘I have never seen a movie like Visaaranai in Tamil. This will be one of the best movies in world cinema.’ Then Kamal Hasan was also spellbound, ‘I thank Balu Mahendra for inspiring Vetrimaaran towards good cinema. I watched Visaranai with awe.’ Such were the appreciations poured in for this realistic film based on a Tamil novel called ‘Lock Up’ written by Chandra Kumar.

As the title suggests, story deals with police brutalities in lock up and how top police officials abuse their power. Starring Dinesh, Anandi and Samuthirakhani in lead roles, the thriller is all set to grace in theaters from tomorrow. Let us see, how many awards this flick is going to win on National and International platforms.

Well, don’t be too excited with the heading because Pawan Kalyan’s son Akira Nandan is not doing a TV show but his debut film ‘Ishq Wala Love’ directed and produced by his mother Renu Desai will have a special screening on ETV very soon. In fact, Renu released the movie directly in Marathi only to see an average Box Office result. From then on, there were continuous trials to have a dubbed Telugu version released in AP and TS to serve Power Star Fans.

Of course, with Marathi star cast and a Marathi backdrop there were no takers for the Telugu dubbed version. So, Renu went on waiting for a right time to find at least some of the buyers in different areas which finally went upset.

‘Because of my ill health I was unable to release Ishq Wala Love in theatres but doing a satellite premier on ETV soon. Exact date and time will be decided soon and I will inform you all accordingly,’ Renu Desai informed to her friends and followers. Well, this is really a shocking debut for Akira because he is first arriving on small screen before debuting directly on Telugu big screens.

Megastar Chiranjeevi will be undergoing a shoulder surgery today in Breach Candy hospital, Mumbai. He is reportedly suffering from the shoulder pain for a long time and finally decided to go under knife.

Chiranjeevi’s 150th film may take some more time to go on sets due to the ongoing controversy around Kaththi. So he decided to complete the surgery and also recover before the film goes on floor.

VV Vinayak who recently delivered a disaster film with Akhil – The Power of Jua will be wielding megaphone for this project. Ram Charan and his mother Surekha on their Konidela Productions Banner will be funding this project. Lyca Productions which is currently producing Rajinikanth’s 2.0, is the co-producer of this project.

King Nagarjuna and Tamil star Karthi’s Oopiri is almost complete. Nagarjuna, Karthi and Tamannah are shooting in Shamshabad and this is the last day of these actors today. Few scenes of Nagarjuna will be canned today and tomorrow at Shilpa Kala Vedhika starting tomorrow.

With that entire shooting will be complete. The audio release event will take place on February 28th and the movie is planned on March 25th. The movie is inspired from French film, Untouchables. The movie was extensively shot in the never before seen exotic locales of Paris, Lyon and Belgrade,

Nagarjuna will be seen as a patient suffering from a deadly disease while Karthi will be his care taker. Tamannah is the female lead. The film is having music by Gopi Sundar of Ustaad hotel. Potluri Vara Prasad is producing the film under his PVP Cinemas banner.

Tollywood’s Most Successful director, SS Rajamouli is a national wide brand now post the success of Baahubali. The ace director is flooded with offers from across all the industries of the country.

“I got several offers from Bollywood. But I will take the final call on this only when Baahubali is complete. I can not consider any offer as of now. I would love to direct a Bollywood film someday,” Rajamouli said.

Rajamouli also said there is a good possibility of working with Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. Karan Johar recently presented Baahubali in Hindi which went on to cross the 100 Crore mark, a feat first time for a dubbing film.

Young Tiger NTR’s Janatha Garage will start rolling from later this month. It is emerging that the actor will be seen as an IITian in the movie. The first schedule will be more of Mohanlal’s shoot.

Tarak will join the shoot a week later. The makers are considering Janatha Garage (with a tagline – Ikkada Anni Repairlu Cheyyabadunu) as the title of the film even though they did not announce it officially.

They are planning to release the movie on August 12th, 2016. The release date working in the movie’s favour as there is a long weekend holiday due to Independence day holiday on Monday. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music as Koratala’s previous films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu.

Lyca Productions which is currently producing Superstar Rajinikanth’s 2.0 partnered with Universal Hero Kamal Haasan for his dream project, Marudhanayagam. They have officially announced it.

Marudhanayagam is a historical film which was launched in 1997 but the shooting did not begin. Kamal will now resume it but the start may take time due to huge pre-production work involved.

Lyca Productions is also in talks to partner with Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. They seem to be planning very big down the South with these major projects lined up. More details of these project are awaited.

Nithin and Trivikram’s A..Aa is currently in the last leg of its shoot. The entire film shoot is complete except for few scenes and couple of songs. The audio release event will take place in March and the movie is being planned for April second half release.

Anirudh Ravichander walked out of the project midway due to some issues and Mickey J.Meyer is brought in his place. Earlier Senior art director Rajeevan also opted out of the film and AS Prakash was brought in to do the job.

Samantha and Anupama Parameshwaran are the heroines. Nithin will be seen as Anand Vihari while Samantha will be Anasuya Ramalingam in the film. Trivikram’s close friends, Harika and Haasini creations is producing this youthful entertainer.

‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh,’ the most talked about project from Pawan Kalyan coming as a sequel to blockbuster ‘Gabbar Singh’ has finally come to an official announcement of release date scheduled as April 8th. In fact, director Bobby and producer Sharat Marar are spending lot of time on production with many postponements and delays disturbing the flow.

Apparently, April second week was also announced as tentative release date for Allu Arjun ‘Sarainodu’ in Boyapati Srinu direction. Not at all surprised by ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ coming on their way, now Allu Aravind has informed Bunny and Boyapati to release their film at least in three weeks gap with ‘Sardaar.’

As we all know, ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ has Kajal Agarwal is romancing Power Star for the first time while Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. Putting down all the useless speculations on further release postponement of ‘Sardaar’ from April to May or June, this fresh news coming from Northstar Entertainment sources made Power Star Fans to begin their celebrations.
