‘Bajirao Mastani,’ the magnum opus from Sanjay Leela Bhansali based on a historic love story connected to Maratha Kingdom is creating magic at Box Office. With Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone in main leads, the movie is made on a massive budget with enormous passion of Bhansali getting an on screen shape.

Having a clash with star power of Shah Rukh Khan ‘Dilwale,’ it would have been a tough fight for ‘Bajirao Mastani’ but quality and dedication always prevail. As per the trade buzz, ‘Dilwale’ is slowing down in all the centers after that initial divided mouth talk while ‘Bajirao Mastani’ is on the rise with each day due to the same positive mouth talk.

‘Bajirao Mastani’ made a superb business of Friday – 12.80 Crs, Saturday 15.52 Crs and Sunday 18.45 Crs making the total to Rs. 46.77 Crores alone in India while Overseas records show nearly 24 Crores in the same three days. On the other side, Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dilwale’ made Friday- 21 Crs, Saturday 20.09 Crs, Sunday 24 Crs making the total to Rs. 65.09 Crs in India.

Mahesh’s upcoming wholesome family entertainer Brahmotsavam is currently having its shoot in Ooty. Mahesh has been shooting in chilling climatic conditions for the last couple of weeks. I am also looking for many young talents to work with,’ Sai Kumar said.

Although final eligibility for the 88th Academy Awards will come for this Kannada film only by next month but Sai is damn confident of making it to the final.

Directed by debutant Anup Bhandari, the film has got both commercial success and critical acclaims. ‘If we win the Award, I will dedicate it to my granddaughter,’ Sai Kumar said it during an interview to top newspaper. Good thing is, Sai Kumar happens to be the only one Telugu artist currently in Oscar game. So, let us wish him all the best.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s new movie ‘Dictator’ is programmed to hit the screens for coming Pongal season at any cost. At the audio launch event held yesterday, director Sriwass has also released the new theatrical trailer which sounded like a perfect commercial pot boiler. ‘Dictator’ appears to be particularly a Vytla template re-designed by Gopi Mohan and Kona Venkat within their available stories but in a new backdrop.

With ‘Dookudu’ shades clearly visible in treatment, the only difference is Balayya can spell much more lengthier and powerful dialogues than a casual looking Mahesh Babu. Well, one more difference is Kona and Gopi are separated from Vytla and they have got Sriwass as a replacement to take up direction burden while Sreedhar Seepana and Ratnam worked on writing part.

Whatever, Balakrishna as Chandrasekhar Dharma is so confident to hit the jackpot and come out as Pongal winner. They seems to have got a hit product on hand for sure.

The makers of Nikhil’s next have finalized Avika Gor, Tapsee and Catherine Tresa as the heroines of the film. But now Tapsee and Catherine Tresa dropped from the film stating financial issues.

We are said that they are in talks with Hebah Patel to play one of the heroines. The third heroine hunt is still going on. The movie is reportedly a fantasy film and will be directed by Tiger fame VI Anand.

Nikhil’s last film, Shankarabharanam is a miserable flop at the box office. This comes after three back to back successes for the actor. So he is adamant to be back in winning ways with this new project.
