Mahesh Babu new project ‘Brahmotsavam’ is cruising along very smoothly with current schedule commenced in Ooty. Along with director Srikant Addala, producer Prasad V Potluri, there are also heroines Kajal Agarwal, Pranitha and a big casting team participating in the schedule. As the title suggests, ‘Brahmotsavam’ is a clean and neat family entertainer with pleasant romantic touch.

Just relaxed from the shock of ‘Size Zero,’ producer Prasad Potluri took some time in beginning this new schedule. There was clearly a bit of dilemma on where ‘Brahmotsavam’ is going to land with unhappiness expressed by Mahesh on Srikant Addala scripting loopholes and the production lags from PVP end. Finally, the team landing in Ooty for a lengthy schedule and entire casting team present on location is an enjoyable moment.

Mahesh Babu accepted ‘Brahmotsavam’ by just trusting on Srikant Addala who earlier gave a memorable flick ‘Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu.’ This combination is best known to deliver heart toughing emotions with purest of feel good and Telugu tradition filled authentic treatment. Hope, they are here to re-create the same magic.

Angry Star Rajasekhar is off late out from media limelight. His last and latest failure of ‘Gaddam Gang’ almost made Jeevitha and Rajasekhar to go hiding. During certain stage of time, there was a buzz on Rajasekhar might say good bye to heroic characters and is planning to pick antagonist roles just like what Jagapathi Babu did with ‘Legend.’

Going with wave is the only formula for success in industry. After so many years of experience learning good and bad in this field, Rajasekhar may not need somebody’s inputs to plan his career path. This one sounds like a pretty good rumor and sources say, Rajasekhar is being approached by director Surender Reddy offering the negative character (Aravind Swamy) in ‘Thani Oruvan’ Telugu remake which will have Mega Power Star as hero.

‘Along with ‘Thani Oruvan’ remake, Rajasekhar also got villain role in Raviteja ‘Yevado Okkadu.’ But, he has no time and is quite busy arranging the things for daughter Sivani’s film debut with ‘Vandaku Vanda.’ Most probably Rajasekhar will become a part of this project and can re-introduce himself as a villain,’ an anonymous source left a valuable input.

Slowly and steadily, Mega Fans started to believe that Chiranjeevi has finally accepted to go with 150th film and it’s not with a new subject or an alien story. As Mega camp isn’t so happy listening to many scripts from writers and directors has finally decided to go on a low risk note by selecting a super hit Tamil movie ‘Kaththi’ for Telugu remake marking as Mega milestone.

None other than VV Vinayak is going to direct Chiranjeevi and pre production works have already been started. There is a strong reason behind Chiru taking this initiative. In the past, VV Vinayak directed ‘Tagore,’ which is again the remake of Tamil flick ‘Ramana’ which has story, direction from AR Murugadoss. Now, ‘Kaththi’ is also the same. This Tamil blockbuster is written and directed by AR Murugadoss with strong social message.

‘Chiru does not want to miss this sentiment. He wanted to repeat the blockbuster combination. Vinayak handles Murugadoss stories very professionally, like in ‘Tagore.’ So, Chiranjeevi cannot wait more. He immediately called on Vinayak to monitor the changes necessary in kicking off with ‘Kaththi’ Telugu version,’ a source informed.

Heroines coming to South generally treat Telugu and Tamil tinsel towns as the same. Beauties like Kajal and Tamanna did films here and there, though majority of their travelled with Tollywood only. Here is a seductress who says she can’t take up Tamil offers.

Pretty lass Lavanya Tripathi made it clear that she can’t work in Tamil films. Wonder why? “Actually in Hyderabad, people speak both Hindi and English. Also the night life of this city is emerging fast. But in Chennai, you’ve to speak Tamil only, and I can’t do that”, she says.

Due to that reason, she’s not contemplating to sign any Tamil movies. Recently we heard another rumour that Lavanya is all set to sizzle in Baahubali: The Conclusion. She is supposed to play Bhallaladeva’s wife in the film. “No, I was not approached by anyone till date for Baahubali 2.

If they really ask me, why would I say no?” she asks, clarifying that she’s not part of the magnum opus.

Varun Tej is the new hero from Mega camp on the go to prove himself as a versatile artist. With ‘Mukunda’ and ‘Kanche,’ he appeared to be different kind of artist above from regular commercial cinemas which generally Mega Camp heroes stick to. After the first two well appreciated outings, here comes third one ‘Loafer’ in direction of Puri Jagannath.

Right from the word go of this project, Varun Tej character is projected as a street smart guy and the regular heroic punches one can happily enjoy in a Puri Jagan film are shown here in bundles. As we do know, Puri sketches complete hero centric scripts for all his films but ‘Loafer’ is reported to have got a strong mother-son sentiment as the nucleus.

With Posani as one more main lead or say the key character, there are good chances for Varun Tej to show his mass histrionics in ‘Loafer.’ Of course, Puri can juice the best out of any hero. Hopefully, ‘Loafer’ would see a new hero from Mega camp succeeding with a mass image.

Nandamuri Balakrishna looks ultra uber cool in his next Dictator. Clad in a blue shirt on a white trendy T-shirt and donning a white hat and sporting dazzling googles, Balayya cozies up on a cushy sofa and sits in a free wheeling position.

The smiley Balayya crosses his legs and places them on a table in front of him. The picture speaks tons about the film as this is for first-time Balayya’s posters and pics are damn cool unlike violent, mass ones in usual.

Meanwhile, the film’s much anticipated music launch will be held on Dec 20 (Sunday) in Amaravati. This is touted to be the first movie function being organised in the new capital city of the successor state of Andhra Pradesh.

Directed and co-produced by Sriwass, the film features Anjali, Sonal Chauhan as female leads alongside the Legend star. Billed to be an action entertainer, the movie will be released on Jan 14.

Mahesh Babu is reportedly doing a guest role in his father Krishna’s upcoming film. Titled Sri Sri, the movie also features yesteryear actress-director Vijaya Nirmala and this film is considered as a comeback of both Krishna and Vijaya Nirmala.

Buzz is that director Muppalaneni Siva had convinced Krishna and Mahesh for the latter’s cameo presence in this movie. However, an official confirmation regarding the same is awaited. If Mahesh really does, this will be a treat for Ghattamaneni fans to watch both Superstars on single screen.

Though Mahesh Babu in the past had acted with his dad in lot of films, then Mahesh was younger.

After growing as a full-fledged hero and walking away with titles like ‘Prince’, ‘Superstar’, Mahesh couldn’t get chance to share screen space with his much beloved, respected dad. As of now, the suspense of Mahesh’s guest appearance in Sri Sri continues.

Ace director Trivikram is currently directing ‘A Aa’ in the combo of Nithiin. The movie’s shoot will be wrapped up soon. For the past couple of days it has been buzzed that Trivikram might direct Tamil star hero Suriya’s new film.

Update is that Trivikram and Suriya’s combo film will go on sets in the month of July, 2016. Naturally, Trivikram’s diary is filled with Nithiin and Suriya’s projects in 2016 and the director has no way thinking about the new projects with Tollywood’s heroes in 2016.

Radhakrishna of Harika and Hassine Creations will be producing the Telugu-Tamil bilingual project in the combo of Suriya and Trivikram. Earlier, the producer and the director worked together for the movies such as ‘Julayi’, ‘S/o Satyamurthy’ and ongoing project ‘A Aa’.

Mumbai: Bollywood star Sunny Leone is planning to become a mother very soon. From a long time, Sunny and her husband Daniel Weber have been planning on having a baby but due to star’s busy hectic schedule, they couldn’t find the right time to start a family.

Reportedly, Sunny’s mother-in-law has asked the couple for a grandchild, saying that they are taking too long.

In a shocking incident, petite Bollywood beauty Alia Bhatt suffered minor burn injuries when a freaky fire from the crackers burnt the actress’ hands while she was performing on stage at the Big Start Entertainment Awards show on Sunday night.

Alia was immediately attended to by the medical team and was offered first aid. Deeply shocked by this unexpected mishap, Alia immediately cancelled her show and rushed home, where she has been recuperating.
