Remember Anisha Ambrose? Well, she is none other than the girl who supposed to romance Pawan Kalyan his popular Gabbar Singh franchise. Anisha who was announced as female lead opposite Pawan in Sardaar was later replaced by Kajal Aggarwal. While it was a huge disappointment for her, she hasn’t got good offers for a while and she was written off.

In a relief to her, she has been cast as a female lead opposite Sundeep Kishan in his next. Anisha will be pairing up with Sundeep in the Telugu remake of Tamil Superhit Neram. While Sundeep steps into the shoes of Nivin Pauly, Anisha reprise Nazriya role in the original.

Tentatively titled as 123, Anil Kanneganti, who shot to fame with Manchu Manoj’s Mr Nookayya, is wielding the megaphone for this film. Sai Karthik is going to render the tunes. Anil Sunkara is going to present the film under AK Entertainments.

Heroine Anjali is going to pair up with Manchu Vishnu in his next Sarada. Though initially Amala Paul was considered, finally the makers have zeroed in on Anjali who is riding high in her career. Anjali is currently busy with Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 99th film Dictator.

She would be joining Vishnu’s Sarada after she gets free. With this Vishnu decided to give some break for Sarada. He will soon be starting his next with director Nageshwar Reddy. On other hand, Anjali is sizzling with splashy cameos.

Rumours are rife that Power Star Pawan Kalyan would grace the audio launch of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Dictator. Tinsel ville is abuzz that Pawan would be invited as the chief guest for the grand gala do considering Kona Venkat’s close association with Power Star. However, sources in the unit quickly deny that none other than Balakrishna would be the chief guest.

Although initially, the producer & director Sriwass and unit wanted to invite AP CM Chandrababu Naidu, Nandamuri Balakrishna gently turned down apparently saying that he wants the event more likely to be a filmy do and not as a political event.

Apparently he also said that Mr Naidu is too busy with his works related to new capital city Amaravati and disturbing him often won’t be look good. So, for now, no Pawan Kalyan is not invited for Dictator audio launch.

When names of all the characters have Bihari nativity like Happy Takur and Rajjo Takur, how come their house is named “Shankarabaranam”, a pure Telugu word. That happens to be the biggest comedy Kona has every made.

Also a classic movie of same name, directed by K Viswanath, spoke volumes about music, while there is no such connection in this crime comedy. Anyway, who expected that Kona will give perfect justification for grabbing that classic title. At least, the film would have impressed if not this title justification.

Most popular yesteryear actress Manisha Koirala is living a second life recovering completely from a deadly cancer. As we all know, she was discovered with cancer in 2012 but did not let off her determination to fight against it. What kind of tough phase Manisha passed through during those times and how her family stood besides, she spoke briefly at a recent speech. ‘When I was diagnosed with cancer, first question in my mind was… Why me? Then I thought this is the end of my life and if God gives me a second chance, what should I do differently? Of course, I felt guilty for putting my entire family in this situation but cancer bought my family closer. Cancer happens to one person but it affects an entire family.

Then I decided to do those activities which gave me peace, joy and well being, following my heart. I grew as a person learning the ways to really honor our body and our life. During those times of surgery, people came asking me if I wanted to commit a suicide. Such was the trauma of being a cancer patient,’ Manisha explored her inner self. Thankfully, she never had such suicidal tendencies and leading a happy, healthy life now.

‘Killing Veerappan’ is one more controversial film from Ram Gopla Varma eagerly waiting to hit the screens on 11th of this month in competition to commercial outing of ‘Bengal Tiger?’ In fact, the plan from RGV to hit the screens yesterday was misfired when Veerappan’s wife Muthu Lakshmi used all her force in stopping the scheduled release. Later on, Varma was hell bent to go for a final settlement with Muthu Lakshmi in order to oversee a safe release. Whatever the inner issues may be, ‘Killing Veerappan’ can most probably hit the screens on 11th and an official statement on this is expected only when RGV lands in Hyderabad on this Monday.

Apparently ‘Killing Veerappan’ has missed the precious time of this week because except ‘Sankarabharanam’ which opened to divided talk yesterday, there is no significant opposition. So, there are only half chances for ‘Killing Veerappan’ to see the theaters and of course, the film stars Kannada artists and trade is more focused on Karnataka state alone.

Hyderabad Metro is creating problems for many. Hero Nagarjuna is to sacrifice half acre land from his Annapurna Studios for the project. Government is taking over lands to widen roads for Metro project. And when the officials asked Nagarjuna to give the half acre land from his studio, the actor first refused the proposal, but could bend for political pressures.

Khairatabad MLA Chintala Ramachandra Reddy personally met Annapurna Studios management recently to discuss about the land acquisition. The management requested the MLA that the Metro works should not disturb or damage the studio.

Now, it is learnt that, Nagarjuna is planning to meet Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao soon to discuss about compensation and other things like whether the government favor him in any way.
