Can Bunny Touch 65 Crores Target?
Before a cinema actually starts opening its trade doors, various reports generally do rounds, often rumours and sometimes truth in it. One such report about Allu Arjun’s upcoming “Sarainodu” is now wondering cinema folks, and upsetting distributors.
Apparently Bunny’s market has grown bigger with the entry of Racegurram and S/o Satyamurthy into 50 crores “share” club though they managed only average talk on day of release. True potential of an actor comes out only from the maximum a film collects though it gets average and flop talk. That way, it could be enumerated that Racegurram star could bring 50 crores easily if he scores a blockbuster.
Such analyses aside, in Ceded area S/o Satyamurthy has collected 6.7 crores ‘share’ in its final run. Latest reports however indicate that Bunny-Boyapati’s film got sold for nearly 8.1 crores for this area. In that case, the film should collect nearly 65 crores ‘share’ to increase Ceeded collections by 1.4+ crores.
Trade circles however hinted that they are not sure about Bunny’s Ceded prices, but if Allu Arvind continues to sell the film for such hyped rates, then Sarainodu has to score a bang at box office before amassing 65 crores ‘share’ from box office. Not an impossible one, but a strenuous task.
India Should Have Been Divided Along Caste Lines
Once upon a time, it was felt that an educated politician is good for society because he would govern better. But it is now understood that educated politicians are good at swindling better than their lesser privileged colleagues. After bifurcation, the Kapu community became the largest in Andhra Pradesh and in order to become the CM, Chandrababu promised reservation to that community and roped in Pawan Kalyan to campaign for him. That did the trick for him and he successfully became CM. The point is, reservations along casteist lines are an anathema to society. Why can’t reservations be given along economic lines? That way, the deserving people will get them irrespective of caste, community or religion. There are rich and poor people in every community and reservations to an entire community just do not make sense anymore.
But it is sad to see people like Naidu use it as a tool for political aggrandizement rather than a genuine instrument of social reform. India is perhaps the only country today where every community is eager to be referred to as backward. Maybe, the nation itself should be splintered into as many states as there are castes and divided accordingly. Nobody will complain then as everybody from the highest official to the lowest officer in that state would belong to the same caste.
Vaitla Thinking Of Taking Head On Kona!
The war between director Sreenu Vaitla and writer Kona Venkat has further intensified after Kona recently made fresh allegations against Vaitla for the debacle of Ram Charan starrer Bruce Lee. Kona reiterated that it was entirely fault of Vaitla for the movie’s failure as he has not taken the original script he wrote. Sreenu Vaitla who is going through bad phase with two consecutive flops has got solidarity from Director’s Association and through this association Vaitla is planning to take action on Kona for damaging his image. Once they were thickest friends but Vaitla and Kona drifted apart when the former denied the latter the credits for the writing of Baadshah movie. At the time of Baadshah release, Vaitla was at the peak of his career, hence nobody took Kona’s allegations seriously. Fortunes have changed after Agadu’s failure as Vaitla’s career started going downwards, the graph of Kona Venkat started soaring high.
Sreenu Vaitla started telling everyone that Kona Venkat has not much talent in writing except that he is good ‘facilitator’. Today both of them having flops and on par, yet Kona still made fresh allegations when he gave interviews to the media on part of promotions of Sankarabharanam that is releasing this Friday. Will the director association really take an action on Kona? And what is Vaitla’s game plan to take head on his former friend?
Chiranjeevi Fans For Guinness Record
Megastar Chiranjeevi, his family members and fans are always there for social service. While Allu Arjun donated Rs 25 lakhs for Chennai flood victims, young heroes Sai Dharam Tej and Varun Tej also donated Rs 3 lakhs each.
Now, Rastra Chiranjeevi Yuvatha is planning huge blood donation camp for good reasons. They are hoping on collecting 1,11,116 blood units for mega power star Ram Charan’s birthday to fall on March 27th, 2016 and are hoping to enter Guinness Book Of World Records.
It is a known fact that, mega fans usually donate blood for Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan and other mega hero birthdays every year. But, for the next birthday of Charan, they are planning something big. As many as mega fans are participating in the giant blood donation camps to be held in various places across the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Interim, Ram Charan who is going through bad phase with back to back flops is set to work with director Surender Reddy for Telugu remake of Tamil super hit Thani Oruvan.
Why T-biggies Keen On Shankarabharanam’s Fate?
Ever since Bruce Lee’s disaster, writer Kona Venkat has been claiming that the film’s failure should not be accounted to him since director Sreenu Vaitla did not use the 72 scenes he penned for the film. Kona went on to state that Bruce Lee damaged his reputation as a bankable writer.
Kona’s striking statements got everyone in Tollywood talking. Apparently, some industry biggies are dismayed at Kona’s blatant public allegations. Now, this outspoken writer has his upcoming production Shankarabharanam releasing on the 4th December and Tollywood’s biggies are quite keen on Shankarabharanam’s fate at the box-office.
Kona Venkat is the Kartha, Karma and Kriya for Shankarabharanam and whatever result the film meets with will go into Kona’s account. If the film manages to hit the bulls eye at the box-office, Kona’s reputation will be in tact and if the film flops, all the guns will be aimed at Kona Venkat only and all his statements regarding Bruce Lee will be nullified.
That’s quite a challenging acid test for the star writer indeed and the final result will be out within a day.

Yesterday, national media was abuzz with the news of world no.1 women’s doubles tennis player Sania Mirza’s starry tantrums and ridiculously expensive demands to attend a sports based event which was organized by the Madhya Pradesh government in Bhopal on the 28th November.

However, Sania, who is in Kobe, Japan, responded to the whole controversy through her management agency KWAN which clarified that Sania never asked for Rs 5 lakh remuneration and said that she requested for only an outgoing private jet since she was also supposed to attend an event in Goa on the same day and that commercial flights would have delayed her schedule by 7 hours. The MP government is yet to respond to this clarification.
Hot Actress @ 50 lakhs
Anjali may not be getting offers to act in the current superstar heroes films, but she is certainly riding high as the small and medium budget producers are willing to pay huge bucks to her. Anjali is the most sought after actress for mid range movies. She is clever enough to cash in on the demand by quoting a very price. After being paid a bomb for her guest appearance in Sankarabharanam, Anjali agreed to do another special role in the movie Sarada starring Manchu Vishnu. After considering various names like Amala Paul and Catherine makers of Sarada decided to go with Anjali as she would add value to the movie.
Anjali quoted 50 lakh rupees for this film and didn’t agree upon any discounts on it. All they need is ten days of her dates but Anjali demanded half a crore to sign on the dotted lines. She also made it clear that she would charge additional 5 lakh per extra call sheet. In spite of the high remuneration and all the conditions Sarada producers have signed her up. Sonarika plays the main female lead in this film directed by Karthik Reddy.
