Director Sampath Nandi’s last film Racha was released in April, 2012. He is back with Bengal Tiger after a gap of more than three years. Most of these years were wasted on Gabbar Singh 2 that was landed in another director’s hands. Losing out on Gabbar Singh 2 didn’t dishearten Sampath Nandi, who has immediately launched Bengal Tiger with Ravi Teja. This film is finished off in a flash and is gearing up for release on the 10th of this month. Sampath Nandi is super confident on the success of this film. He is not worried about few commercial masala movies not doing well in the recent past. He says that Bengal Tiger has a nice blend of all commercial ingredients that would strike a chord with the masses.

“I am pretty sure that Bengal Tiger will be a big hit and break all the existing records of Raviteja’s films,” Sampath said. Balupu is the biggest hit in Ravi Teja’s career so far. None of his films have crossed the thirty crore mark yet. Sampath Nandi is pretty confident that Bengal Tiger will breach the 40 crore mark as it has everything that mass audiences look for in a Ravi Teja’s film.

Just a while ago, Superstar Mahesh Babu announced a donation of 10 lakhs to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Tollywood’s very own Young Tiger NTR and his elder brother Kalyanram have come forward and announced 10 lakh and 5 lakh rupees respectively to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Needless to say, the Nandamuri brothers’ generous gesture is being lauded not just by their fans but also by common people.

Just a while ago, Varun Tej announced that he will donate 3 lakhs to the Tamil Nadu CM Relief Fund towards the relief measures for the Chennai flood victims. Varun Tej is the first person from the Mega family to donate for Chennai.

“I’d like to donate Rs 25 Lakh to Chennai Floods Relief! I spent 18 years of my early life there. It made me who I am today. I love you Chennai,” Allu Arjun said in a statement.

Mass Maharaj Ravi Teja, who is well-known in the industry circles for encouraging newcomers, first-timer directors, is at it again. Ravi will soon doing a film with debutante director Chakri. Apparently, impressed with Chakri’s story, Ravi immediately given nod to the project.

Chakri had in the past worked for Ravi’s films like Balupu, Power. Believing Chakri, Ravi decided to work with him for this untitled film. More details regarding the project are yet to be known.

It can be noted that Ravi Teja is known for giving break to new directors. The likes of Sreenu Vaitla, Boyapati Sreenu, Harish Shankar, Bobby, Gopichand Malineni were all introduced by Ravi. Now joining this bandwagon is Chakri.

Model turned actress Ruhi Singh has made an impression with her debut film Calendar Girls directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. She is so hot that she was able to outshine the other four sexy ladies in that film. Ruhi Singh is going to set the screens on fire with her upcoming flick Ishq Forever.

Ruhi is playing the solo female lead in this film directed by Sameer Sippy. Krishna Chaturvedi is making debut with this romantic action thriller. Mumbai: “Tamasha” actor Ranbir Kapoor says you cannot challenge the audience and that they are always the king when it comes to the box-office fate of any film. “You can never challenge the audience, audience is king. I remember when a film of mine ‘Rocket Singh’ had released and I was really disappointed that nobody went to see it. “But later in life, as you grow older in life, you realize that you cannot challenge an audience, what they say, is their verdict. If some people have not liked the film, you have to accept it,” he said at the success bash of “Tamasha”. About co-star Deepika Padukone and director Imtiaz Ali, he said: “It feels good that Imtiaz’s dream and his hardwork along with our hardwork have led to positive results. “Deepika does every film with her heart, she is a fantastic actress so your work also improves. She enjoys a massive popularity and craze and we attract lot of eyeballs too. I’m happy that this team came together and found this initial success.” The collections of the film in the opening weekend have been good and Ranbir says that the film needs to do well in the weekdays as well as during the next week to be considered a “success”.

The reviews from critics as well as audience have been generally mixed for the film. But he said: “I think every film receives mixed response usually. And very few films get a unanimous response, but as of now I’d like to focus on the positives than the other responses.” The positive start is a sort of redemption for Ranbir after three back-to-back flops -“Roy”, “Bombay Velvet” and “Besharam”. “I had never gone anywhere, I was still working in the same way. Just because my films didn’t work doesn’t mean that I disappeared somewhere, I was here. ‘Jeena yahan marna yahan iske siva jaana kaha’.” Ranbir will next be seen in “Jagga Jasoos” and “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil”.

Stating that he has no relationship with any heroine in Tollywood, actor Nikhil Siddharth today informed the media that he will be getting married in traditional manner and the bride will be of his parents’ choice. There were many rumors about his close bonding with Swathi Reddy with whom he had done two movies Swamy Ra Ra and Karthikeya but Nikhil says they are just friends. Nothing more than that exists between us, he said. Nikhil is releasing his next film Sankarabharanam on the 4th December. Victory Venkatesh is again coming before the camera after a gap of almost one year. Despite there were couple of scripts narrated by couple of directors, none of them took a final shape owing to different reasons. Finally, it is Maruthi just in high winning spirit with super duper success of ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’ narrated a story which is immediately accepted by Venkatesh.

The film is queued up with four titles like ‘Babu Bangaram, Diamond Raja, Raja Rathnam’ and ’24 Carat Bangaram.’ Director Maruthi has left the final decision of selecting one among these four to Venkatesh. The project is to be officially launched on December 16 and a title will also be announced on the same day. While Venky plays a cop, Nayanathara is doing the honors as heroine in the film to be produced by Surya Devara Naga Vamshi and music is from Ghibran. Although the titles of ‘Radha’ and ‘Radha Krishna’ have also come to discussion, none of them took their slot into the final list.

Nandamuri Brothers – NTR and Kalyan Ram have come forward to help Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu which are being lashed by very heavy rains. These rains are reportedly highest in the last 100 years and disrupted the normal life there.

NTR had announced 10 Lakhs to Tamil Nadu CM Fund while his brother, Kalyan Ram donated 5 Lakhs to the state which will be used for the relief and rehabiliation works going on in the state.

“It’s time to be humans by helping each other when nature tests our integrity. I request everyone to help the needed in the best ways possible. am gonna do mine (sic),” Tarak posted in his Twitter account on this occasion.

Gopichand new movie ‘Soukhyam’ is all set for a grand release on 25th of this month. Directed by AS Ravi Kumar Chowdary, the film has also got Regina as heroine and it’s a complete family entertainer as reported by movie team members. As per the buzz, ‘Soukhyam’ audio is going to be released on 13th of this month on Ongole and surprise Chief Guest for the function is going to be none other than Nandamuri Balakrishna. Gopichand and director Chowdary have met Balakrishna in personal couple of days ago requesting him to attend the audio launch. Balayya immediately accepted the deal and promised to make him-self available on 13th evening at Ongole.
