Powerstar Pawan Kalyan had finally completed the shooting of the item song for his Sardaar Gabbar Singh. The shooting went on till early hours today morning and after that he left to Gujarat. The shooting in Gujarat will only begin in the second week of November.

Pawan Kalyan will now only scout the locations for the shooting there. This will be a major schedule in Gujarat and will go on for more than a month. The makers say the shooting will now go non-stop till completion as they plan Summer 2016 release for the film.

Kajal Agarwal is the heroine in this film. This is the first time Pawan Kalyan and Kajal Agarwal are pairing up for a film. Vulturous beauty Lakshmi Rai is the item girl. Power fame Bobby is wielding the megaphone.

Of late, Young Tiger Jr NTR is sharing good rapport with his elder brother Kalyan Ram. NTR is attending all the events of Kalyan Ram. He was there during Kick 2 and Sher audio launches.

NTR is favoring Kalyan Ram again. When many producers are in queue to make films with NTR, the Simhadri star has given nod for his elder brother to work under the production banner of NTR Arts. The film marks directorial debut for popular writer Vakkantham Vamsi. Both the Nandamuri brothers have good affiliation with Vamsi who provided scripts for Ashok, Oosaravelli, Temper and Kick 2.

NTR, Vamsi’s film under Kalyan Ram’s production will be launched in April, 2016. The movie will go on floors in the same month. Vakkantham Vamsi is willing to direct NTR since long time, although the actor told him to wait for sometime, until wrapping up already committed projects. In fact, NTR roped in Vamsi to pen story for Temper. Usually, Puri writes scripts for all his films. But, NTR forced him to bring in Vamsi for the film.

Vamsi is presently busy fine tuning the script. Since this is life time offer, Vamsi is putting all his efforts to prepare a winning script. So, NTR is making the film to offer a blockbuster to his brother Kalyan Ram’s production house.

Director Krish was supposed to make a film with Mahesh Babu. However, the film didn’t materialize owing to some reasons. Then, Krish forayed to Bollywood, when he got call from Sanjay Leela Bhansali to direct Gabbar Is Back, Hindi version of Telugu super hit Tagore. The Akshay Kumar starrer film was an above average grosser. Krish now recalls that, Mahesh Babu and his wife Namrata Shirodker backed him getting the Bollywood offer.

Krish who is presently busy with promotions of his next Telugu attraction Kanche starring Varun Tej and Pragya Jaiswal stated, “Mahesh Babu and Namrata were the reason for me getting Bollywood film Gabbar Is Back. They had recommended my name to co-producer Shabinaa Khan for the film. Mahesh also tweeted about Kanche, after the film’s teaser got released. Likewise, Charan, Bunny, NTR and Rajamouli also phoned me to praise the teaser.”

Krish is hoping to make a film with Mahesh Babu sometime in the future. The director has also revealed of preparing a script for Ram Charan. “I have already completed first half and will narrate the story to Charan after finishing the second half,” informs Krish.

About Kanche, Krish affirmed, “I could make the film that has huge span with a star hero. Rather enhancement in budget, it didn’t seem a favorable thought for me. I could see honesty and integrity in Varun Tej who has shapely physique to play a soldier. Varun performed beyond my expectations. Kanche will attract all kinds of audiences.”

Interim, Kanche, the first Indian World War Film is set for grand release on October 22nd on the auspicious day of Dasara.

Buzz always says, Megastar Chiranjeevi is the mighty-shield for many films coming up from the mega camp. Sometime back, any film a director insists to make with a mega hero should be first narrated to Chiru. Now a days, the mighty hero is said to be listening to the stories of only Ram Charan’s projects.

Even though Chiru is pouring his whole of experience to select sensible scripts for Charan, somehow they ended as routine commercial films only. Anyway, we are hearing that Charan has given call 3 times himself till date, to select a story, without his father’s intervention. They are Toofan (Zanjeer 2.0), Orange and now Bruce Lee.

With all these three movies spelling out similar result, one wonders what is happening with Charan’s judgemental skills. Probably he should watch more films of others, more films from other tinsel towns, such that he could judge a script well. Otherwise, he couldn’t differentiate between what is new, what is confusing and what is pale.

“Bruce Lee” has some good points, but problem is that Sreenu Vaitla diluted them with his forced routine screenplay. When the film is about stuntman, there is nothing related to him shown throughout. At least, the makers shouldn’t have publicised it as a stuntman’s story then. Charan should be able to judge these minute mistakes too, which result in major disasters.

Just in case if you are wondering ‘mega menalludu’ is doing any surprise role in ‘mavayya’ Pawan Kalyan’s “Sardaar Gabbar Singh”, then here goes the clarity.

The other day Saidharam and his director  Anil Ravipudi have dropped by the sets of “Sardaar” and posed for the cameras when Ram Charan too visited Pawan Kalyan. But what raised curiosity is, both Pawan and Saidharam are dressed in similar khaki outfits. That helped rumours mushroom that menalludu is actually part of Pawan Kalyan’s movie. But there is nothing such.

“Actually Rashi Khanna is a police officer in ‘Supreme’ movie. To tease her, even Saidharam dresses like one. While we are canning that scene, we’ve come to know that Pawan sir is shooting nearby. So, both Teju and Anil dropped there to meet him”, says a source in the unit.

So, there is nothing like Pawan and his menalludu appearing on screen together. No khaki connection at all!!

Famous Stage Artist and cine comedian, Kallu Chidambaram breathed his last this morning in a private hospital of Vishakapatnam. He is a native of Akkayyapalem in Vishakapatnam district. His first film was Kallu which later became his surname.

He managed to get a Nandi award with his debut film itself. He did a great service to stage plays by starting an all technicians group with 1600 artistes. His finances became worse then which prompted him to go to films.

He made his filmy debut in 1989 and so far acted in more than 300 films. Kondaveeti Donga, Chanti, Money, Govindha Govindha. Ammoru etc are his famous films. May his soul rest in peace!

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee showed no improvement even on Sunday. The figures on the third day are slightly less than that of second day figures in some areas which is alarming.

The litmus test for the movie will start from today and it will be slow till Wednesday. The festival advantage from 22nd to 25th should be saving the movie if the film is not totally out of the race then.

A 27 year-old Hindi TV actor named Vishal Thakkar has been booked for allegedly raping his 26 year-old co-star several times on pretext of marriage. An FIR has been lodged by the actress alleging that the actor raped her repeatedly and also beat her badly.

Apparently, both the actors have been close friends and they were in a live in relationship from the last few months. After Vishal started to abuse her in front of everyone, the actress left their home and started staying at her college hostel. Vishal used to visit the actress at her hostel and threaten her on several occasions.

Vishal is popular for his superhit TV serials like Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Geet Hui Sabse Parayi, Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, Crime Patrol and several blink and miss roles in movies like Chandni Bar and Tango Charlie. An FIR under IPC sections 376 (rape), 506, 323 &  509, 420 has been filed. There cops are yet to arrest Vishal.
