After Mega & Nandamuri, Bandla Eyes Akkinenis

Started off with comedian roles, Bandla Ganesh surprised everyone when he produced severalâ€‹ big-ticket films with top stars like Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and NTR. The actor cum producer also has the trademark habit of blowing trumpets of the star heroes he works with.

While everyone including the fans know about Bandla’s loyalty towards the Mega family, he leaves no chance to sing NTR’s praises whenever an opportunity arises. But, looks like the “blockbuster” producer has now cast his eyes on yet another filmy fmaily after the Mega and the Nandamuris.

Just a while ago, Bandla Ganesh stated that he will soon produce a film with Akhil Akkineni. This indeed is a surprising revelation and a sudden shift of loyalties from the actor cum producer. Already, there are enough rumors about Akhil’s second film in Sreenu Vaitla’s direction.

Will Bandla grab this project considering his closeness with Sreenu Vaitla who directed his Baadshah? After burying himself deep into financial crunch and legal suits, Bandla surely needs one big film and Akhil’s film could just be that.

Vishal Sweeps Clean in Nadigar Sangam Elections

The day has come finally revealing the results of controversial Nadigar Sangam elections. After lot of heated war of words and campaigning, Vishal’s Pandavar ani emerged as winner with a total sweep against Sarath Kumar’s team.

With clean sweep of 5-0, Vishal is all set to take charge as new General secretary, Nasser as President and Karthi as treasurer respectively. In the category of Vice President, Simbu and Vijayakumar competed from Sarath Kumar’s team, but the winners are from Pandavar ani again, Karunaas and Ponvannan.

A little earlier, Telugu film chamber elections too witnessed heat from both sides Rajendra Prasad and Jayasudha, ofcourse everything went cool and calm after elections. We have to see how Sarath Kumar team reacts on this result after all the blame game before polling.

Chandrababu Invites KCR To Amaravati

This evening saw a rare sight of two moons (Chandrulu) meeting each other in a cordial rendezvous. Keeping the statement which he made a couple of days ago, the AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu met his arch rival and Telangana CM KCR and gave him the invitation card along with Tirupati laddu and requested him to attend the Amaravati stone laying ceremony which will take place on the occasion of Vijaya Dasami on 22nd October.

Even more endearing was that KCR hugged Chandrababu as soon as he stepped out of his car and heartiy welcomed him into his camp office. Both the CMs spoke for nearly 45 minutes. Senior TDP leaders Errabelli and L Ramana accompanied Chandrababu while Telangana Deputy CM Mahaboob Ali and ministers KTR and Jagadeesh Reddy took part in the meeting.

This is the first time in 8 months that both the Telugu CMs met with each other after their last meeting with the Governor early this year. KCR responded positively to Babu’s invitation but it is still doubtful whether the TRS supremo will make it to the foundation stone laying ceremony.

The Telangana CM will be participating in two important programs on the 22nd, presenting of double bedroomed houses to poor peaople in Secunderabad and inaugurating the Yadadri developmental works. There are also discussions that KCR may postpone these programs to attend Amaravati. In case of his absence, KTR or the Deputy CM may attend the event on behalf of the T-government.

Chandrababu Donates 20 Lakhs On His Grandson’s Name

AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu and his family donated 20 lakhs to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) towards the Nitya Annadanam on his grandson Nara Devansh’s name. Chandrababu’s gesture was on the occasion of Devansh’s annaprasanam ceremony which took place at Tirumala devasthanam this morning.

During the Annaprasanam ritual, Devansh reportedly touched Bhagavadgeeta, much to the amusement of the family members. Balayya was said to be in his high enthusiasm during the entire ceremony. After the Annaprasanam, the Chandrababu family, along with Lokesh and Brahmani, served food to the devotees at the Nitya Annadanam chamber.

Nara Lokesh married Balayya’s daughter Nara Brahmini in 2007. The couple welcomed their first child, Nara Devansh, in March this year.
