India’s first and biggest historical stereoscopic 3D film Rudrama Devi still running strong in USA and getting ready to touch $1 million mark by this week end. It’s already did about $850k for the first week. As lot of family audience, ladies are watching this movie, we are reducing ticket prices for 2D to $10 and 3D to $12 in most of the locations (exceptions may apply).

Also in some locations it is standard price which is below $10 in morning and afternoon shows. Also added more 3D shows this week as people liking this movie more in 3D. We are still running in more than 70 locations in 2nd week also.

Rudrama Devi is a real story of warrior Queen Rani Rudrama Devi who succeeded her father at the age of 14 and ruled Kakathiya Dynasty in 1260 AD. Anushka Shetty played the lead role as Rani Rudrama Devi followed by Rana and other several senior actors and actress like Prakash Raj, Krishnam Raju, Suman, Ajay, Baba Sehgal, Nitya Menon, Catherine Tresa and Hamsa Nandini.

According to them, when quizzed about adopting villages, Charan said, “Already dad has adopted a village earlier. I’ve also lent a hand for that. In the future, we will adopt more villages. As of now I’m focusing only on films. All other businesses are being looked up by my wife”.

Insiders revealed that Charan has never said he is averse to adopt villages or not a millionaire to adopt one. How could he say that he’s not a millionaire anyway, though he might take his time to adopt some more villages?

RTC X Roads is termed as cinema center and halls here are considered as main theaters. Although multiplexes are dominating single screens off late, the charisma of RTC X Roads is everlasting. Multiplexes rarely screen a film for 100 days. But a film screened for 100 days in X Roads is called as a super hit. And these days, it is a big accomplishment indeed.

Ace director SS Rajamouli’s masterwork Baahubali is successfully completing its 100 days run in several theaters by tomorrow. The film is replaced by Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee- The Fighter from its main theater Sudarshan 35 MM from today. However, Baahubali has set a benchmark in RTC X Roads. The Prabhas, Rana, Anushka and Tamannah starrer movie raked over Rs 2 crores gross which is a sensational achievement. In fact, Baahubali is the first movie in the X roads history to cross 2cr gross mark.

Baahubali will be aired in small screens for Dasara in MAA TV and Hindi Television premiere in Sony Max will also for the festival. It may be recalled that, MazhavilManorama TV telecasted Baahubali Malayalam Premier on 4th of this month has garnered all time TRPs. Likewise, Telugu and Hindi versions are also expected to get record TRPs.

Meanwhile, Rajamouli is busy with set work for Baahubali: The Conclusion. Buzz is that, the star maker would make third installment for Baahubali!
