It is critics who generally play cricket with director Rajamouli. They throw yorkers at him if they find content plagiarized. Their bouncers hit him high if songs are poor. In swingers are thrown at excessive violence shown and bodyline bowling is most opt to upset the film’s prospects. But still Rajamouli hits a six all the time. This time however we have an art-director objecting the bowling action of this ace director.

An art director from Malayalam circuits, Manu Jagadh, has accused that Rajamouli hasn’t given him due credit despite using his creative services. He claimed that he was hired as ‘Art Director’ but he was credited as ‘Chief Art Assistant’ that too in the end credits. Already Manu Jagadh has worked as Art Director for a dozen of films in Malyalam and getting credited as Art Assistant is a terrible mistake, feel cine experts.

‘Sabu Cyril – an encyclopedia in art direction, a respected personality and under whom I was trained approximately for 10 years; really proud to be one of his student. Yes, I now too go with the statement that I Got Cheated, for i was called for this movie as the Art Director and Sabu sir being the production designer , but been designated as chief art asst in the movie Baahubali on which I felt I got cheated by de-promoting by career level which I had achieved upon my 20 years of vigorous hard work’, said Manu Jagadh, in an official statement.

One wonders if Rajamouli hasn’t credited his teammate properly or someone who has to take care of the credits-list overlooked the work. Going by the concept sketches and final renderings in the movie, we have to accept that much of movie’s jewellery and parts of Mahismathi Kingdom are original imaginative ideas of Art Director Manu Jagadh. Will Rajamouli say something about the issue?

At last, the curtains are down for the title of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming flick. Until now, the film was popular as Gabbar Singh 2 but the film’s unit never confirmed this or any title. As per the latest buzz that is so strong, Sardar has been chosen by the film’s unit as the title.

Sardar is rumored to be set in the notorious Chambal valley backdrop and the film once again features Pawan in the most intense and entertaining character. For the film, Pawan even grew a saint-like beard and has been hitting the gym. This new look should suit him in gaining more perfection towards his character as Sardar.

The unit members have already finished a short first schedule in Pune and the second schedule will kickstart next week in Hyderabad, contrary to the earlier reports that Pawan will leave for Gujarat to participate in the shoot. Meanwhile, the suspense over the film’s heroine is still on and the unit members have not issued any official note in this regard.

Samantha is cruising to big heights these days. The stunning beauty after conquering big milestones in Telugu, off late had shifted her concentration to other industries. She has a handful of projects in Tamil along with big stars to stamp her authority there.

On the other side, there are indications that she will very soon also make her Bollywood foray. She may be starred opposite Dhanush in VIP2 Hindi remake which will be directed by Anand Rai.

The couple acted together in the Tamil version of VIP2 Due to her other state commitments, Samantha had consciously decreased her Telugu projects off late.

With each passing day, Baahubali is getting bigger and  bigger. Even after two-weeks of successful run, SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali continues to hit the headlines and ring in new records. Setting a new record, Baahubali has now entered the Guinness Book of World Records. Global United Media, which distributed the film in Malayalam, erected world’s largest movie poster and thus entered the Guinness Book of World Records. With 4,793.65 square meters, it turns out to be the world’s largest movie poster.

Guinness World Records has corroborated the same and posted it on its website sharing the world’s largest poster of Baahubali on its page. It wrote, ‘The largest poster has an area of 4,793.65 m²(51,598.21 ft²) and was achieved by Global United Media Company Pvt Ltd (India) in Kochi, India, on 27 June 2015.’

SS Rajamouli and his team are naturally on cloud nine who are already basking in the stupendous success of the film which said to have collected over Rs 300 Crore. Sharing the news, Rajamouli thanked the film’s Malayalam partner for achieveing this feat. He wrote, ‘Now it is officially awarded by Guinness World Records.. Congratulations to Mr. Prem Menon and his team at Global United Media, Malayalam partners of Baahubali.’

Tollywood’s Most Successful director, SS Rajamouli had just delivered India’s Biggest blockbuster with Baahubali. The movie had shattered all the existing records in Indian Cinema and some of his records are even tough for Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Entire country is eagerly waiting for the next project of SS Rajamouli.

SS Rajamouli was totally silent about his future commitments and is saying that he is fully occupied with Baahubali-2, will be announcing the next project only after the release and run of Baahubali-2. However Superstar Mahesh Babu had made an interesting statement about the project. In a media interview, the actor revealed that he will be doing SSR movie after Baahubali-2.

After the super success of Baahubali’s Tamil version, the makers of Srimanthudu are now planning to have a Tamil release for their movie. They have started the dubbing works of the film in Tamil and are planning a simultaneous release of both the versions on August 7th.

We are not sure if there are any takers of the movie in Tamil Nadu. In case there are no takers, then the producers will opt for their own release in Tamil Nadu. The Telugu version of the movie will also release in Tamil Nadu along with the Telugu version for the Telugu audience present there in huge numbers.

The last minute post production works of Srimanthudu are going on at brisk pace. The first copy of the movie is expected by the end of this week. The movie will be placed for censor in Hyderabad on July 30th/31st.
