IT Raids On Bruce Lee Team
Income Tax officials have conducted raids on Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee- The Fighter film unit. As per reports, the raids are happening at homes of director Sreenu Vaitla, producer DVV Danayya, music director SS Thaman and few others. Raids are in progress on other celebrities also such as producer-distributor Dil Raju, who is releasing Bruce Lee in Nizam area (bought the rights for 12.85 crores).
The raids come a day ahead of the release Bruce Lee, which has been made at an estimated cost of Rs. 60 crore. The film has made around Rs 70 crore+ business which includes theatrical rights, satellite rights, audio rights and other business. The IT sleuths are checking whether there was any black money pumped on this high budget entertainer.
Film celebrities have become prime focus for IT officials in recent times. Few days ago, they launched raids on Tamil actor Vijay, during Puli release. The taxmen also raided the houses of actresses Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Nayanthara and producers PT Selva Kumar and Shibu Thameens and financier Ramesh of Puli on the same day.
Due to sudden raids, Puli release got delayed for two shows. However, the raids on Bruce Lee team will not affect its release as all finances are already cleared.
Don’t Invite Me For Amaravati Inauguration – Jagan
Just a day after his discharge from the hospital after a week-long hunger strike demanding special status to Andhra Pradesh, the YSRCP President YS Jagan unleashed yet another attack on his arch-rival and AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu. This afternoon, Jagan wrote an open letter to Chandrababu asking him ‘not to invite him’ for the Amaravati foundation stone-laying ceremony.
Jagan further requested Babu not to invite him and again complain about his absence at the grand event. Explaining the reasons behind his decision of not attending the Amaravati ceremony, Jagan said,
1. I am not attending the ceremony because of your failure in responding to my protests and complaints regarding your forceful acquisition of multi-yielding crops from the farmers in the capital region.
2. Why are the sections 30 and 144 being implemented in the capital region for the last one year even after your claims that the people in the region are happy?
3. I am not attending the inaugural ceremony because of your dictatorial ways that even opposed the courts, people and even the National Green Tribunal.
4. I am not attending the ceremony in a protest against your tyranny while acquiring the assigned lands of poor people in the capital region.
5. I am not attending the ceremony and not supporting your corruption while you give away the lands of poor people to foreign and Singaporean companies on a quid-pro basis for commissions and bribes.
6. Centre had given us Rs. 1,850 crores for construction of ring road and to develop infrastructure in the capital region. The centre had even promised to sanction more funds as per requirements after submitting the bills. when we have all the support from the centre, what was the need to utilize the services of private companies from Singapore and other countries?
7. People should be given the choice to decide freely whether they want to sell off their lands or keep them to themselves after the development of their lands with the construction of High Court, Secretariat and Assembly in the government lands. I am not opposing your own real estate businesses and hence decided not to attend the ceremony in a protest against your corruption as you are exploiting the lands of poor farmers.
8. You have acquired hundreds of acres of lands in the capital region under the names of your benamis but grabbed the lands of the poor farmers.
9. I have decided not to attend the ceremony in a protest against the wastage of valuable people’s money to the tune of Rs. 400 crores for the sake of just one day event.
Finally, Jagan concluded saying that he is not against capital construction and accused Chandrababu of laying the foundation stone not for the people’s capital of AP but for his illegal earning through this real estate business and to divert lakhs of crores of rupees to foreign companies. Jagan said that he is boycotting the ceremony on behalf of the people who are being exploited by Babu’s dictatorial ways.
What Made Bunny React Twice?
All the time who stands up for any comment or criticism on Mega family. No two thoughts about it. But it seems mega fans are forcing him to talk about “Bruce Lee”, and they did it not just once but twice, if reports are to be believed.
After Dasari Narayana Rao has demanded postponement of Bruce Lee by making some sarcastic comments, it’s Bunny who has first responded. But they say, fans pressurised him to respond as he’s a major part in “Rudhramadevi” and also he’s very close to Charan. Then our stylish star has tweeted his statement to make things clear. But fans are not happy with the tweet.
Though web and print media have covered that news, electronic media didn’t cared for it. For that reason, they have forced him to come up with a video byte. Already we have seen the video released by Allu Arjun saying, ‘It’s unfair to ask Bruce Lee for postponement, also it’s unfair to hold Chiru’s comeback by a week’.
But why are mega fans taking this “Bruce Lee” postponement news so seriously that they have forced Bunny to respond for next time? Though the film doesn’t get postponed, no one is bothered seriously, because everyone know how hard Charan and Vaitla worked to meet release date.
Loafer Release Plan
Mega Prince Varun Tej’s next has completed its shooting part. The post production works are also happening simultaneously. Earlier the movie was titled Loafer and now the makers are considering to change it as ‘Maa Amma Seetha Maa Lakshmi’.
The official announcement regarding the title change will come very soon. Latest update is that the makers are planning to release the film in the first week of December. Varun Tej’s other film, Kanche is being planned for November 6th release.
Posani Krishna Murali and Revathi are playing the parents of Varun Tej in the film. The actor will be seen as a robber who reforms later. Bollywood model Disha Patani is playing the female lead in the film and it marks her Telugu debut. Sunil Kashyap is the music composer.
Mahesh – Murugudoss to go on floors!
Our readers are aware that Superstar Mahesh Babu is going to act in a film directed by Top Tamil director, AR Murugudoss very soon. With the super success of Ghajini in all the languages it is made, Murugudoss is a national brand now.
Mahesh was impressed with a line narrated by ARM and gave green signal for the project. He will come back with the bound script to get the project confirmed. This film will go on floors in April-2016 after the release of Brahmotsavam.
Senior Producer Dil Raju is likely to produce the movie. Murugudoss may make this film simultaneously in Tamil with some other hero. More details of this project will be out very soon.
Anushka To Lose It All In The US
After delivering two period dramas Baahubali and Rudhramadevi, Anushka Shetty is gearing up for the shoot of her much awaited Baahubali sequel, Baahubali: The Conclusion. However, Anushka might take sometime before joining the shoot as she will reportedly undergo a weight loss therapy.
Buzz is that Anushka Shetty would enroll for the weight loss treatment in the United States. It’s heard that Anushka has a significant role in the Baahubali sequel where she needs to look ultra glamorous and hence she is concentrating on losing weight and look fit as soon as possible.
Anushka has gained over 20 kilos for her forthcoming film Size Zero which is slated for release in November. Reports have it that Anushka was supposed to leave for US early this month for the weight loss therapy, however, she couldn’t make it as she was stuck with the release, promotions of her latest film Rudhramadevi.
Meanwhile, director SS Rajamouli has began work on the Baahubali: The Conclusion from Tuesday. Rajamouli met his technical crew at RFC and discussed plan for the sets. The film’s shoot is expected to start next week while Anushka is likely to join in November.
Zaheer Khan Bids Adieu To Cricket
India’s one of the leading pace men Zaheer Khan announced his retirement from international cricket on Thursday (October 15). “As I was training for the upcoming season, it dawned on me that my shoulder may not last the rigours of bowling nearly 18 overs a day and that’s when I knew it was time,” declared Zaheer in a statement.
Zaheer, 37, said he will continue playing domestic cricket for one season before calling it quits from all forms at the end of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2016. “I look forward to signing off my last season in domestic cricket at the conclusion of IPL season 9.”
Zaheer made his Test debut against Bangladesh in 2000 and ODI debut against Kenya during the ICC KnockOut Trophy in the same year. Zaheer has taken 311 wickets in 92 Tests at an average of just over 32 runs per wicket. He has taken 282 ODI wickets at an average of just over 29 runs per wicket taking 4 wickets in a match 6 times.
Zaheer’s international wickets tally will close with 610 international scalps in 309 games between 2000 and 2014, behind only Anil Kumble (956), Harbhajan (706) and Kapil Dev (687).

Prabhas Made His Young Fan Famous
Diehard fans of Tollywood stars usually meet their favorite stars during public events like audio launches and success meets and sometimes even at the shooting spots. However, there are also several unfortunate fans who are helpless and cannot move due to their physical disabilities.
In one such case, a young boy named P Sai Kumar, a diehard fan of Young Rebel Star Prabhas was thrilled to meet his favorite recently. Sai Kumar, a normal young boy like many other boys of his age, met with a horrific accident 5 years ago and he is now immovable and mostly wheelchair bound.
Sai Kumar had been longing to meet Prabhas from a long time and upon knowing his condition, Prabhas himself went and met Sai Kumar at his residence in Khairatabad on the 10th of this month. Prabhas spent quality time with Sai and even took selfies with him and his family members.
Not stopping here, Prabahs even gave Sai his personal number and asked him to call him anytime if necessary. Furthermore, Prabhas even thrilled Sai when he offered him to take him to see the shooting of Baahubali 2.
