Superstar Mahesh Babu is a hard core fan of universal hero Kamal Haasan. The actor himself proclaimed this several times. Apparently, this might be the reason for Mahesh Babu showing keen interest on Kamal’s daughter Shruti Haasan. Significantly, she has turned lucky one time for Mahesh. The Mahesh-Shruti duo has acted together in couple of films- Aagadu and Srimanthudu.

While Shruti was seen performing on a special number in Sreenu Vaitla’s directorial that bombed at the box office, she played a full length role in Koratala Siva’s directorial that turned out as career best hit in Mahesh’s career.

Now, Shruti is likely to pair opposite Mahesh for the third time in the actor’s next film with Tamil director AR Murugadoss. For this film that will go on floors sometime next year, the makers are considering Shruti’s name and Mahesh also has no qualms in casting the seductress. In fact, we should call Shruti as lucky girl since she is acting in hat trick of films with Mahesh Babu.

Interim, Mahesh Babu is working for Brahmotsavam in Srikanth Addala’s direction. On the other hand, Shruti Haasan has handful projects in Tamil, Hindi and few projects are in discussion stages in Telugu.

Hero Ram Charan and seductress Kajal have acted together in four movies already, including Magadheera, Nayak, Yevadu and Govindudu Andarivadele. But we have another Kajal who is paired up with Cherry earlier.

Apparently there is this 4 minutes cameo of Megastar Chiranjeevi in “Bruce Lee” which will be unveiled to the world in less than few hours. In this short cameo, he will be seen riding a horse along with his son Ram Charan.

While Chiru picked up a white horse to ride, Charan will be seen with the horse he has shown to us in Magadheera movie. Name of that horse is Kajal, and it’s Cherry’s personal horse. He raises that animal with all the care at this stable located on the outskirts of the city.

This will be the second time his Kajal is making appearance on silver screen. That’s the thing we are talking about. Well, hope Kajal brings similar luck of Magadheera to “Bruce Lee” also.

After working nonstop for four months for Bruce Lee, Ram Charan is now super busy with the film’s promotions. Ahead of the movie release, Charan is bundle of nerves. Yet he is composed and confident of the film’s verdict. Since his dad-Mega Star Chiranjeevi is donning grease paint after six years, though for a cameo presence, Bruce Lee is special film for Charan. Naturally, huge hype has surrounded the film.

About Bruce Lee

The title might sound like an action movie, but Bruce Lee is all about a family. It banks on the brother-sister bonding. Karthi fights for the ambition of his sister. I play a fighter. Karthi is a boy-next-door and he fights for his family. The film has been titled so keeping my fans in mind. We started the shoot in June and wrapped up film in Sep and releasing it now (Oct). This is perhaps my fastest made film yet conceived well.

Reunion of Kona, Vaitla

Kona, Srinu garu makes for a good combo. Together they can do wonders. We believe that no one is above cinema. Cinema reunited all of us. Definitely, the duo’s collaboration fetched Bruce Lee a lot.

On Rakul Preet Singh

Rakul is good actress. She is apt for Bruce Lee. I think she’ll soon make it very big on par with other star heroines.

On Action Episodes

I underwent a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) training in Bangkok as part of preparation for the film. It’s just a regular training to prepare myself for action sequences.

Highlights of Bruce Lee

Of Course, the unique selling point (USP) of Bruce Lee is Mega Star Chiranjeevi. He has done a fabulous job. If I’m not his son, I’d have spoken more about him and his presence. His presence is going to take us through great experience.

The comedy by Brahmaji (Blockbuster Brahmaji) and Brahmanandam (Suzuki Subramanyam) will tickle your funny bone. Especially Brahmaji’s role in the first half of the film is a laugh riot and must-watch.

Magadheera vs Bruce Lee. On Comparisons.

Interestingly both has Dad (Chiranjeevi) in guest appearance. But during Bruce Lee I got opportunity to see Dad closely on the sets, observe him and discuss with him. Meantime, I too evolved as an actor, star. Working with dad for Bruce Lee is the best thing happened to me during the film. He’s working hard like before. He looks far younger than how he looked in his previous films.

Things are shaping up. Very soon, I’ll make an announcement. It will be produced under Konidela Production House.

Upcoming Films

I’ll start working on the Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan from mid-December. After this, I’ll team up with director Gautam Menon for an action romance. My film under Pawan Kalyan Creative Works banner is in scripting phase. Details will be announced by the production house.

Release Sentiments

Personally, I don’t have any sentiments. People around me are citing many sentiments. I wish they work well in favour of the film. (Laughs, signs off)

Telangana state has won CNBC-TV18 ‘Promising State of the Year’ Award. The Jury for the India Business Leader Awards (IBLA) has collectively chosen Telangana for the award. Dilip Shanghvi, Shikha Sharma, Sanjay Nayar, Cyril Shroff and V.G. Siddhartha were the members of the jury committee led by Uday Kotak.

Shereen Bhan, the Managing Editor of CNBC-TV18, mentioned that the awards endorse IBLA pledge to applauding entrepreneurs and business leaders who break new ground, not just in development, scale, and market headship, but also do so with reliability, honesty and dedication to all allies.

It is also mentioned in the letter that the jury believed that the Telangana state has clearly outdo each of the criteria and manifested the outstanding qualities that the jury seeks, in the recipient of this award.

After making the announcement about this on CNBC-TV18, stories on Chief Minister’s leadership achievements and the success of CM journey were telecasted.

CNBC-TV18 managing director also made a request to Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao to join them at the India Business Leader Awards ceremony, to be held in Mumbai soon. KCR expressed his pleasure for choosing Telangana for the award and thanked the jury.

Bruce Lee-The Fighter, the film that shows Megastar Chiranjeevi in a cameo role for 4 minutes is hitting the screens worldwide tomorrow with several premiere shows tonight at various places. The film is competition for Allu Arjun’s Rudhramadevi, although the stylish star is waiting eagerly to watch megastar on screen shows craze on the project.

Just few hours before the film arrives to theaters, makers have unveiled Chiranjeevi’s first look in the film. Even though Chieranjeevi’s face is not clearly visible due to back pose, whatever shown in the picture is enough to uphold the pre release tensions.

Boss Is Back caption is justified as Chiranjeevi is looking strikingly youngish, like in his last movie Shankar Dada MBBS.With request from son Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi sported grown beard in the film. Clock is tickling for Boss’s comeback to cinema.

After storming the world with the film’s first part, Baahubali The Beginning, SS Rajamouli is gearing up to shoot the second part of the film, Baahubali The Conclusion. Already, expectations have touched the sky on the second part and Baahubali makers have been flooded with huge offers from all areas, including Bollywood.

Here’s an interesting update. As per the ongoing buzz, Rajamouli is also considering the extension of Baahubali beyond The Conclusion and buzz says that Jakkanna is simultaneously working on the script of Baahubali 3. Apparently, Rajamouli is being forced by Bollywood distributors to change the second part’s script in such a way that it will leave scope for the third part.

But will a perfectionist like Jakkanna bow down to these pressures and agree to Bollywood suggestions? Marketwise, it is indeed a huge advantage if Baahubali becomes a franchise and extends to the 3rd version. But whether the dramatic interest in the story will remain intact until the third part without losing its steam is the main question.

And if the third part indeed materializes, all the major actors in the film, including Prabhas, will have to devote a big chunk of their career to the project, after already giving their 3 years. Let’s wait for the official word from the horse’s mouth.
