Jagan Committing One More Mistake?

Share

jagan5-320x295

The YSRCP Chief YS Jagan seems to be working on a masterplan to counter attack the AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu with his only trump card to push Babu to a corner, the special status issue. As per the buzz in the political circles, Jagan is contemplating resigning from his MLA post demanding special status.

“Along with Jagan, all the YSRCP MLAs and MPs are also set for mass resignations,” say the sources. However, several legislative leaders are also worried about their chances of winning in the by-polls. They are not sure if they can capitalize on the special status issue since a majority of the people has already come to terms with the centre’s U-turn in the special status promise.

Also, Jagan’s hunger strike demanding special status also did not incite any fervor among the people. In past too, YSRCP’s protests regarding loan waiver, students fees reimbursement and land pooling failed to make any impact on the people and the TDP government, pushing the YSRCP leaders into further apprehensions.

Apart from the past setbacks, Jagan is still reeling under the severe criticism he has been facing for his absence at the Amaravati inaugural ceremony. With Chandrababu’s archrival KCR attending the event, Jagan has been cornered. Jagan desperately needs an elixir to revive his party’s strengths in countering Chandrababu.

KCR’s Lunch At Krishna’s House for Tollywood

Ever since the formation of separate Telangana and forming the new government, CM KCR has been working in tandem with the Telugu film industry and its development. KCR already visited the Ramoji Film City and expressed his support to the Om City entertainment theme park proposed by Ramoji Rao. The CM is also mulling over setting up a Hollywood film studio in nearly 2000 acres near Rachakonda on the outskirts of Hyderabad.

Now, as per our close sources, KCR will visit Superstar Krishna’s residence and interact with several Tollywood bigwigs over lunch in the first week of November. This move by KCR will be observed keenly by film and political circles as KCR’s counterpart and AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu is working on developing the film industry on the beach road in Visakhapatnam.

Film industry adds its glamor and charm to the cultural vibrancy of Hyderabad and if a majority of Tollywood biggies either shift or extend their studios and production houses in Vizag, Hyderabad will lose its shine to an extent. Not only this, shifting or extension of the film industry in AP means the Telangana state losing crores of income through taxes and other revenues.

Will KCR request the participation of Tollywood biggies in his dream project, the new film city, in this luncheon? A press meet with KCR along with Tollywood’s bigwigs is also expected to be held in this regard.

The big buzz all these days is that Ram Charan’s will be saying hi to Telugu audiences yet again this Diwali. He’s said to be dubbing for the Telugu version of Salman Khan’s latest movie “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo”. That excited mega fans quite heavily, as they are sulking in the bad result delivered by “Bruce Lee”.

However when Rajshri Productions, the makers of Salman’s film has released the trailer of Telugu version, it’s a shock for everyone. “Prema Leela”, the Telugu dubbed version, didn’t featured Ram Charan’s voice for Salman Khan. Are the makers deliberately not leaking Ram Charan’s voice to hold the kick for people who come to theatres?

Some reports say, Ram Charan hasn’t felt comfortable dubbing for the movie after wrapping up two reels. He conveyed the same to Salman and took a call. But sources close to Charan still maintain that he has given the voice for the film and it could be heard in theatres.

Writers Turning Lazy For Brahmanandam

Share

brahmi

Big ticket films like S/o Satyamurthy, Dochay, Pandaga Chesko and recently Bruce Lee – All of them has Comedy King Brahmandam playing a crucial role in the second half for comedy department. Earlier Brahmi’s acts would look like as if he’s the second hero of the movie, but now, they are mediocre and disappointing.

Rather blaming Brahmi for failing to click, it’s high time people realise that it’s his writers who are failing. When a role is written perfectly for him, each dialogue blasting like a cracker and director extracting the best of his expressions, definitely he will click. But these days our writers are feeling that a mere splash of Brahmi will make audiences laugh hilariously, and they became quite lazy in writing perfect rib-tickling scenes for him.

Brahmi could be as hilarious as he could be of writing and directing clicks, but otherwise he couldn’t help much. Gone are the days where mere appearance will do magic. Audiences are now more demanding, so writers should leave their laziness immediately.

An Advise To Mahesh Babu Of Mega Family

kanche7 (1)

Ever since Varun Tej made his entry into tinsel town as a hero, his height and looks got huge compliments. He is often referred as Mahesh Babu from Mega family for that reason. But what’s this Mahesh Babu doing now?

From Chiranjeevi to Mahesh Babu, first of all these heroes established themselves in industry with commercial films and then proved their acting prowess. Later they picked up few art films to showcase their mettle, and their stardom helped such flicks survive.

Without creating such stardom first, Varun Tej is however picking artistic and semi-commercial films. Both Mukunda and Kanche fall in similar row and fans are wondered what is this guy trying to prove. ‘Even Pawan Kalyan has proved with commercial films first and later changed his choices’, a fan commented.

Anyway, Puri Jagan’s ‘Ma Amma Mahalakshmi’ (Loafer) might satisfy the urge of mega fans to watch Varun Tej as a commercial hero. But a honest advise from fans to this youngster is, ‘cement your position first as a commercial hero and then pick all these experiments’.

Otherwise at some point of time later, producers might get scared to invest on Varun Tej as his artistic experimental films don’t yield profits. Even through commercial films, one could show variation and stand class apart. Ask Baabai Pawan, he will tell more about it.
