Why Gunasekhar Left Rudhrama to Air?
The initial disappointing talk generated for ‘Bruce Lee’ is considered as a savior for ‘Rudhramadevi’ because audience are left with no other alternative movie to watch if Ramcharan is neglected for weekend. First three to four days of ‘Bruce Lee’ at Box Office could have been a golden time for Gunasekhar to revive ‘Rudhramadevi’ by pegging up promotions. In fact, Guna had innovative promotional techniques which he thought of implementing during the production works.
After few rounds of press meets, there is a big dilemma crept into ‘Rudhramadevi’ release date and there began the downfall of audience excitement with postponements carried on. Amidst confusion, ‘Rudhramadevi’ had finally hit the screens to divided response in first two to three days but stabilized in no time due to historic quotient, Anushka factor. Fortunately, collections for the movie are said to be stable even now.
A little of aggression from Gunasekhar as shown by Krish, Omkar announcing their respective movies release dates soon after hearing the ‘Bruce Lee’ negative talk on day one would have done big wonders for ‘Rudhramadevi.’ In contrast, Guna left the fate of his dream project to air and prayed on luck to survive.
Mega Cousins Supporting Niharika !
Mega Power Star Ram Charan and Mega Prince Varun extended their support to their sister Niharika’s film debut as a heroine. The interviews of both the stars were published in today’s newspapers and both the stars expressed similar opinion of the film debut of Niharrika.
“If she decides to do films, who we are to stop her? We encourage her film debut and will explain the difficulties to be faced by her in this profession. Actresses like Manchu Lakshmi and Supriya have come from reputed families of the industry. There is nothing wrong her taking the decision of doing movies,” says Ram Charan.
Speaking about the debut of his sister into movies Varun Tej said, ” The decision was not taken overnight. It was there in her mind for a long time and she discussed it with us. As a brother I fully support her and so are my family members.”
Suriya clarifies about acting in Baahubali-2
Whole country is looking at SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus movie, Baahubali-2. Rajamouli and his team is busy finalizing the script of the movie. There are rumours that Tamil Actor Suriya will be playing a crucial role in the second part.
However Suriya in an interview to a National Newspaper confirmed that he is not a part of the project. “I was not approached for the movie until now and I am not a part of it”, Suriya confirmed himself.
40% of the movie shooting is already complete. The movie shooting is likely to resume in December and the movie will see the light only for Dussehra 2016. The makers are planning to spend more money on the visual effects to make sure they give a very good experience to audience.
Prabhas to start gymming for Baahubali-2
SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus film Baahubali is a historical hit and all eyes are on the second part. The movie shooting is already 40% complete along with the first part shoot. The shooting of the rest will begin in December.
Prabhas will very soon start his workouts for the movie. “I’ll start gymming soon. I weighed around 95 kg in the first part, I have to maintain it and look muscular too”, Prabhas said in an interview. Currently the pre-production works of the movie are going on.
It is said that the movie is planned for Dussehra 2016 release which means the ace director will get less than an year for the completion of the rest of the shoot and the post production. The makers are planning to spend more money on the visual effects to make sure they give a very good experience to audience.
Akhil coming for Diwali?
Couple of days ago we have got a news that Akhil may be releasing in December around Christmas season. But now it is said that Akkineni fans need not wait till then. Sources say that the makers are planning to release the movie on November 11th as Diwali special.
They are of the opinion delaying the film for such long time will kill the interest of the audience on the film and so are in favour of releasing in November. We are said that the Graphics work problem which postponed the movie release, is likely to be solved by the end of this month.
The official announcement regarding the release date will be given very soon. Akhil had missed a golden opportunity with losing Dussehra release especially as Bruce Lee is heading towards a big flop.
NTR – Koratala film gets a muhurath date!
Young Tiger NTR’s next under the direction of Koratala Siva will have its launch on 25th of this month. The muhurtham is set at 10.45 AM that day and it will take place at the Producers’ office in Jubilee Hills.
NTR will be shooting for Nannaku Prematho that day and may not attend the event. The film will start rolling only after the release of Nannaku Prematho in January. Koratala Siva is currently the most in demand director as his first two films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu are big blockbusters.
Srimanthudu had amassed 85.2 Crore share in its complete run making the film as the second biggest hit of all time in Telugu Cinema only after Baahubali. Mytri Film Makers who turned producers with Srimanthudu will be producing this film as well. Yerineni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar (Thammudu) and CVM (Mohan) are the producers.
CBN Should Have Done It with Pawan !
Power Star Pawan Kalyan in his recent interaction with media, humbly said protocol would not permit AP CM Chandrababu Naidu to meet him personally to invite him for the Amaravati’s Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony. “But then, does the protocol permit CBN meeting the media baron and industrialist Ramoji Rao?,” a question from a Janasena activist.
Mega fans were unhappy with the kind of gesture shown by CBN towards their favourite hero. Janasena activists staged a dharna in the city of Tirupathi today demanding Chandrababu Naidu to invite Pawan Kalyan personally for Amaravati’s foundation laying ceremony.
As we know, Pawan kalyan extended his support to the TDP government during general elections, 2014. Had Pawan Kalyan not supported, TDP would have faced a defeat in the elections battle as the difference of voting percentage of the TDP and the YCP was less than 2% then. That’s why, it’s not an exaggeration to say Pawan Kalyan should be given prime importance than any other powerful and eminent personalities by CBN.
Nannaku Prematho to sneak in a little schedule in Hyderabad
Earlier they have said the entire shooting of NTR’s Nannaku Prematho will be complete with the upcoming Spain schedule. But now there seem to be a change in the plan. The movie will have a one week schedule in Hyderabad starting from 24th of this month.
The Spain schedule of the movie will begin from November 1st. The Spain schedule will go on for 20 days. Entire shooting part of the movie will be completed by the end of the Spain schedule. The movie is on track for Sankranthi release. The makers are planning to release the first look teaser of the film for Dussehra.
Rakul Preet Singh is romancing NTR for the first time in her career. BVSN Prasad is producing the film under his Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra Banner. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. Young Tiger NTR will be called Abhiram in his next, Nannaku Prematho. Rumours say the actor may be seen as an Interpol Officer in the movie.
Ram Charan to join a Script Writing Course!
Do not jump in to a conclusion that Ram Charan is turning in to a director. He just wants to improve his story judgmental skills by taking up the course. The actor feels that the recent flop result of Bruce Lee has got something to his bad judgement of stories and so arrived at this decision.
Ram Charan will begin the shooting of his next, Thani Oruvan remake only in December. So he wants to complete this course in November and December. He is also reportedly committed to dub for Salman Khan’s Prem Rathan Dhan Payo releasing for Diwali.
Besides these, the actor had already announced that he will be going to Kerala for Ayurveda treatment. This is for the small niggles he picked up during the shooting of Bruce Lee. Even though, the next project will begin only in December, Charan have his hands full.
Varun Tej in Foot Steps of Pawan Kalyan !
Varun Tej is one hero from Mega family traveling in the foot-steps of Babai Pawan Kalyan. The young guy seems to be in no hurry to acquire Mega Stardom like Ramcharan or Allu Arjun. Instead of pleasing Mega Fans with run-of-the-mill commercial scripts, Varun has been selective so far with first two films.
‘Mukunda’ is a different love story with indifferent treatment while ‘Kanche’ set in World War 2 backdrop is a true and safe experiment with highly intellectual brain Krish handled it. For the first time, Varun is going out and out commercial with his third and fourth assignments ‘Loafer’ (tentative title) from Puri Jagannath and fourth project to be directed by Veeru Potla.
Yes, Varun signed one more film under Veeru Potla direction which will kick start by end of this year to be produced by Nallamalapu Bujji. Till date, Veeru succeeded both as a writer and as a director, ‘Ragada, Bindaas’ showed his power. An out and out commercial script is already locked for Varun and with these two films, one more hero from Mega family is going to rise as a new star.
Rajasekhar, Jeevitha Forcing Him!
Off late Rajashekar and Jeevitha have not only taken a break from politics, they are also unseen in cinema focus. Soon after the dismal result for own production venture ‘Gaddam Gang,’ they never looked comfortable because of huge money lost on this remake. If reports are to be believed, Jeevitha Rajashekar might soon begin a new project to be directed by none other than Teja.
Rajashekar still have those bright chances of clicking big at Box Office if a film of right choice is made. Powerful police characters with reasonably good screenplay and script can work the magic. What made them to knock the doors of Teja is still not known but reports say, Teja had a powerful script prepared for one of the top heroes during his best of form.
Rajashekar is hell-bent to act in a movie and is under severe pressure to restart a new innings. Initially Teja was reported to be unresponsive for the proposal but soon after ‘Hora Hori’ wash-out, he too needs some hero and a producer to move on. Let us see, whether Teja will remain only as a writer for this film giving direction duty to Jeevitha?
