TDP head Chandra Babu Naidu has just announced his party’s central committee and his son Nara Lokesh is the new general secretary.

Well, while many saw something like this coming, Balakrishna hasn’t been given any post within the committee. In fact, this has disappointed his fans as they have been waiting for something big for Balakrishna.

Now, Balayya himself has never openly wanted anything, but his fans have been pretty eager to see him in some role.

But talk from within TDP is that Balayya had categorically mentioned that he did not want any post in the committee as his fans would not be happy with anything less substantial.

It is said that he had made it clear to Chandra Babu that he was not expecting to be a part of the central committee. On the other hand, Babu did give a nominal post to Harikrishna who has been kept aside for quite some time.

And some of his fans feel that Balayya is least bothered as his brother-in-law is the chairman of the central committee and his son-in-law is the general secretary. So why bother after all?

No more confusion about Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie. While Puri Jagannadh is still hopeful of directing Chiru’s 150th movie, the megastar has moved on from him and has given his nod to another top Telugu director.

The megastar has already fixed the story and director for his comeback film that will be formally launched next month with Ram Charan acting as producer.

The super hit Tamil movie Kathi will be remade with megastar Chiranjeevi. Sources close to A. R. Murugadoss say he has not only sold the rights to Charan but also promised to help in changing the scenes to suit the image of megastar. Murugadoss will be penning screenplay for this movie.

Vinayak might helm the project since he remade Murugadoss’s Ramana with Chiranjeevi as Tagore successfully. If not Vinayak, the story will be given to another top director. But the remake has been confirmed.

The official announcement will come after Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee hits the screens on 16th October. Charan will be producing the movie on Ram Charan Entertainments banner.
