Allu Arjun wins appreciations of the great Indian Captain
India’s First World Cup winning captain, Kapil Dev was bowled over by the performance of our Allu Arjun. He reportedly met Allu Arjun at some event and posed for pictures with the actor and his wife, Sneha. The Stylish Star himself shared this details and pictures in Twitter.
Sharing the details Allu Arjun tweeted “Met Our Great Indian Captain Kapil Dev Garu ! What a simple humble Gentle man with a great sense of humour !”. He went on to add, “I was surprised when he told me he watches the dubbed South Movies on set max ! He complimented my work in racegurram ! What an Honour!”
Race Gurram is the first ticket of Allu Arjun to stardom. It was his first film to collect 50 Crore share. He recently repeated the feat with S/O Satyamurthy and that makes him the first hero in Telugu to have two 50 Crore share films and only hero to have two back to back 50 Crore share films.
Bruce Lee Introduction song done!
Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee team had completed the shooting of the Introduction song of the film on Wednesday. The other unit of the film completed shooting Chiranjeevi’s cameo in the film. The last song shoot will begin from October 3rd. Jani Master will be composing steps for this song.
The makers are planning to complete the shooting part by October 4th and the entire shoot by October 10th. They have also booked a slot for censor on October 12th. They will finish the censor formalities that day with rough copy if the first copy is not ready. .
The audio launch of the film will be happening on October 2nd in Hyderabad. The makers are planning the audio release event in a variety format like never before. So far they have released a song and teaser, and they have got good applause. Thaman had composed tunes for this movie. Srinu Vaitla is the director.
Soggade Chinni Nayana for Sankranthi
King Nagarjuna’s Soggade Chinni Nayana may not release in December as planned earlier. The team had identified some flaws in the film and are going for reshoots. The movie shoot may now extend till this month or long. And so the December release may become difficult.
The makers are now thinking on the lines to release the movie for Sankranthi. Final decision over this is yet to be taken. The recently released first look teaser had garnered extraordinary response from the audience. Nagarjuna will be seen in a dual role after a long time. This is the first time he will be seen as father and son in a film.
Ramya Krishna will be romancing the Senior while Lavanya Tripathi will be seen along side the Junior. A new comer Kalyan Krishna is wielding megaphone for this project. Nagarjuna bagged a very precious hit with Manam after a long time and so he is very careful in his career going further since his retirement is nearing. And so he is taking extra care on this project.
Puli Telugu Release cancelled today
The Tamil version of Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay’s Puli is finally release across the globe. The shows in some areas of Tamil Nadu and Overseas already began a short while ago. But the Telugu Version of the movie is not releasing today. The exact reason for the cancellation is not known.
The distributors have confirmed that the movie is not releasing today and the theaters have stopped the bookings for today. Theaters have already started giving refunds for the tickets which were already booked. Teh Telugu version is likely to release today and will have a clash with Shivam at the box office.
Puli had seen a prerelease business of 7.1 Crore in Andhra Pradesh and Nizam which is very good considering Vijay’s market here. They have also charted good release but now the advantage is gone. A clash with Shivam is likely to be detrimental for the film now.
Brahmotsavam in for a long schedule!
Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Brahmotsavam team recently finished their first and short schedule in which they have canned a family song involving 21 artistes. The makers are now bracing up for a long schedule in Ramoji film city. The schedule will begin from 5th of this month.
The makers are planning to chart non stop schedules till the shooting is complete. The movie will be releasing on March 25th, 2016 as Summer special. The film will be most likely the first star release in Summer. Samantha, Kajal Aggarwal and Pranitha are playing the female leads in this film.
Srikanth Addala who delivered a super hit to Mahesh with Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu is hoping to recreate the magic once again. Potluri Vara Prasad will be producing the film on his PVP Cinemas banner. Mickey J Meyer is the music composer.
Puli to have a smooth release in Telugu
Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay’s Puli team had faced all sorts of trouble before their movie release. IT raids a day before the movie release on producers and cast of the film suffocated them and tightened the finances. As a result the financial issues were not cleared hampering the movie release for Overseas Premieres and early morning benefit shows.
Vijay sprung in to the action late night and is in the process of clearing the finances with the help of a financier. The movie is expected to release by the time of Noon Shows according to the Kollywood sources. If that happens, Telugu release will be relatively smooth as only few multiplex shows before 11 AM will be disturbed.
The movie touted to be socio-fantasy thriller had seen the worldwide prerelease business of the Telugu version alone be around 7 Crore which is very good considering Vijay’s market here. Puli also got very good release in both the Telugu states and the openings are also expected to be good.
