Seems like this hottest anchor of Telugu small screen it taking a giant leap now. Already her amazing looks from Nagarjuna’s “Soggade Chinni Nayana” have raised the bar. She’s looking just amazing in the film for her gorgeousness and also liveliness. Much before she scores with this debut flick in that ‘maradalu’ role, anchor Anasuya is making sure that her presence will be maximised.

For a saree brand named ‘Teja Sarees’, now Anasuya will be seen as a hot brand ambassador endorsing the bridal outfits created by this designer wear makers. As you present you that picture exclusively, you can feel that hotness around folks. Not to compare with any other heroines, but Anasuya is one special lady who is making her presence felt even before her stint on silver screen gets applause. Along with Anasuya, her Jabardasth junior is also turned an ambassador for the same brand.

On films front, Anasuya has done a cute role in “Soggade Chinni Nayana”, while she will be seen as leading lady, as independent heroine, in Adivi Sesh’s film “Kshanam”.

Much delayed historical drama, Rudhramadevi is finally hitting the screens on 9th of this month. However, this is just a Telugu version; Tamil and Hindi versions will see lights a week later means on 16th. While pending in post production work is one of the reasons, non- availability of theaters due to Vijay’s Puli presence is other factor causing the delay in Tamil.

Rudhramadevi promotions are going on grandly with Allu Arjun is also taking part in them along with other co-stars Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati and director-producer Gunasekhar. This is dream project for Gunasekhar who spent all his money and brain to make this gigantic film. Not compromised on anything, he took time to release the film. Gunasekhar literally supervised all the post production works for better output. Still, it was unfortunate for him missing simultaneous release in Tamil and other versions.

In fact, Rudhramadevi is to cash on many positive aspects. This is best and golden phase for Telugu cinema. While Baahubali stunned international markets, few other Telugu films released post this Rajamouli directorial also performed exceptionally well such as Srimanthudu, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy, Subramanyam For Sale etc.

Considerably, Telugu cinema market enlarged in Tamil, Hindi, overseas and other regions. Films like Rudhrama devi will surely do wonders at box office if they get at least average to above average reports. Fortunately, Rudhramadevi will have 3D format release on same day. It will be a new experience for Telugu spectators watching a historical movie in 3D format.

Young hero Akhil Akkineni is all set to make his grand debut on silver screen with “Akhil” on October 22nd. On this eve, the youngster explains that cinema is not about making money but it’s an art form that couldn’t have any logical value.

“For many people, cinema is some kind of business, but for me it’s an art. Like a painting on a canvas, cinema is a 2 hour long art we create on screen. People will have different opinions, but still an art form will have both appreciation and criticism”, says Akhil. He feels that films require investment and they have to be recovered, but there’s no guarantee that ‘business’ is the only criteria all the time.

Akhil has an example to illustrate this. “If you make coke in a factory, all the bottles should have the same taste. But for films, every film should have different taste, it’s not like Coke. So, there’s no guarantee that this much investment and ingredients, will bring that much success”, he avers.

Probably Akhil is the youngest hero who has such grip on film business and could differentiate between art and it’s business quite simply. Simply put, his grandfather is a legendary actor and businessman who established Annapurna Studio, while his dad is known for restaurants, racing teams and TV channel apart from running the family owned film-studio.

It is going to be tough luck for the debutant Akhil Akkineni at the box office. Andhra Pradesh government had announced the Dussehra holidays from October 12th to 22nd which means Akhil will not have the holiday advantage except for the first day. The first movie of the Akkineni scion will only have the usual advantage of the weekend on its 3rd and fourth day.

On the other side, Gunasekhar’s Rudhrama Devi and Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee will benefit maximum from this holidays. Dussehra is a major festival for Telangana people than Andhra people and so the government there may announce more holidays which may benefit Akhil.

New girl, Sayesha Saighal is romancing Akhil in this film. Mass Masala director VV Vinayak is trying his level best to give a sensational debut to Akhil. Accordingly there expectations and hype are skyrocketing as the movie release nears. Thaman and Anoop Rubens together composed the music.

As the release date draws closer, Mega Power Star Ram Charan is working harder and harder for his Bruce Lee. The shooting of the last song in the film began yesterday and in the evening, after the day’s shoot, Charan is dubbing for the film. He already completed the first half dubbing and the second half work is in progress.

The makers have already booked a slot with the censor on 12th of this month. The last minute post production works are also happening simultaneously. If they could not finish the first copy works by then, they will complete the censor with the rough copy.

Every thing is set for a grand release on October 16th as Dussehra Special. Rakul Preet Singh is romancing Ram Charan for the first time in this film in which he plays a stuntman. Chiranjeevi’s cameo in the movie makes it more rosy. The prerelease business of the film is just extraordinary.
