No Place For Hrithik Or Akshay In Baahubali
With Baahubali emerging as India’s one of the biggest blockbusters, SS Rajamouli is the most-sought-after director now in India. Bollywood is literally chasing after Jakkanna. According to reports, top Bollywood producers and production houses are leaving no stone unturned to woo Rajamouli. Apparently, they’re offering him a staggering amounts of remunerations to which Rajamouli is not budging and fastened up his pre-production works of Baahubali The Conclusion.
If reports are to be believed, Bollywood wants Rajamouli to do Baahubali sequel with Hrithik Roshan or Akshay Kumar. But Rajamouli is said to be not tempted and he is preferring Prabhas over them. Karan Johar, who distributed the dubbed version of Baahubali and made a fortune out of it, offered Rajamouli Rs 20 Crore to direct a straight Hindi film.
The list also includes the likes of UTV’s Siddharth Roy Kapur (husband of Vidya Balan), Eros Entertainment’s Sunil Lulla, Sajid Nadiadwala, Madhu Mantena (who bought remake rights of Magadheera) and the list goes on and on.However, Rajamouli stuck to same actor and committed to make the sequel with Prabhas.
Another Hottie Joined Shankarabharanam
Remember actress Diksha Panth? The girl who sizzled as Matha in Pawan Kalyan-Venkatesh starrer Gopala Gopala? Well, she is finally getting few notable roles alongside young heroes. Model-turned-actress Diksha has been struggling to get roles but finally she seems to have struck a chord as she managing to get handful of offers.
Diksha has been signed on to play a second female lead in Nikhil’s forthcoming film. While Nandita Das play Nikhil’s romantic interest, Diksha essays the role of a NRI girl. Currently, the film’s shooting is going on at brisk pace. Titled Shankarabharanam, the youthful romance is being directed by newcomer Uday.
The film’s story was written by popular writer Kona Venkat who himself is producing the film. Kona turned with producer Geethanjali which set the cash registers ringing in. Actress Anjali will also be seen in Shankarabharanam, albeit in a guest appearance.
Eega Sequel after Baahubali-2
He is employing the similar tactics for his next film too. The expectations will skyrocketing for the next film after Baahubali-2. He can not risk a star project with those expectations. And so the ace director is planning to make a sequel to Eega after Baahubali-2. This will mean that the proposed project with Mahesh Babu will be postponed further.
Baahubali-2 shooting is already 40% complete. The rest of the shooting will resume from September 15th. We are said that the makers are planning Sankranthi 2016 release for the second part. Again that will depend on Rajamouli’s pace with the shooting and the post production works. The pre-production works of the movie began already.
Telangana leads fight against IS

Many youth are getting attracted towards ISIS and India has become a soft target once again. Union Government headed by PM Modi took serious note of it and already Home Ministry issued statement asking state governments to take steps to stop youth from getting attracted towards ISIS.
Home Ministry found that around 25 youngsters have been attracted towards ISIS and this is increasing the threat perception as ISIS warned of strikes against India. In the meantime it is coming out that the newly formed state of Telangana is leading from the front in India’s fight against ISIS.

If Necessary, Will Demolish Charminar
Telangana Deputy CM Mahmood Ali landed himself in a major controversy. While defending Telangana government and CM KCR’s decision to demolish 150-year-old Osmania General Hospital (OGH), Mohammad Ali stated that “if Charminar becomes old and weak, even it has to be demolished” These comments have stirred up a row in the areas of Old city in Hyderabad as they haven’t gone down well with several residents of the area who have been identified with historic monument Charminar for ages.
“It’s not fair to spend Rs 100 Crore of public exchequer on ancient structures to make them into museums? Do people need medical treatment or museum?” Mahmood Ali didn’t stop there. Going ahead, he raised the issue of historic Charminar and invited the flak. “Probably after 200 or 400 or 500 years, even Charminar has to be demolished.”
Justifying the government’s decision to demolish OGH, Ali said, “We’re going to build new hospital with Rs 100 Crore and the name will be the same. We’re not changing its name. So what’s the problem? How could we put the lives of people at risk?”
Meanwhile, several civic organisations are gearing up to protest the government’s move to demolish Osmania General Hospital. On Tuesday, civic activists led by city historian Sajjad Shahid will be holding a silent protest in front of the Osmania General Hospital against the move.
NTR Asks About My Savings
There are directors like Puri Jagan in Tollywood, who write the story of their next while filming their flick in hand. And then by the time the present movie releases, he starts the shooting of his next too. Director Koratala Siva however says that he wants to eat one at a time.
“I need a story that could give me no sleep for an year. For that I need to wait for my present film to release. And then take some good break. Then find something interesting to be made as a story. Then only I could talk about my next film”, says Koratala Siva.
With rumours abundant in Film Nagar that he’s teaming up with Jr NTR, the director revealed that he’s quite close to the Nandamuri hero but hasn’t committed for a film with him. “Jr NTR is like my good friend. I worked with him for Brindavanam as a writer; since then we’re good buddies. Whenever I meet him, he asks about I’m saving any money or not. I’ve narrated him few stories, but nothing materialised so far”, he adds.
If there is such a closeness between NTR and Siva, where they discuss about money and personal stuff, then such celebs always come up with interesting projects. May not be immediately, but film with NTR is a near possibility and even Koratala voiced similar opinion.

Telangana Govt in Deep Trouble?
The admission of phone tapping by Telangana government and subsequently by the telecom service providers has come in handy for the AP government to up its ante against. AP CM Chandrababu Naidu said to have decided to put Telangana government in spot for its alleged “illegal practice” of tapping phones of higher officials, leaders of AP government.
According to reports, AP government has submitted a list of names of All India Service officers from Telangana state (2 IAS officers and 2 IPS officers) involved with phone tapping along with substantial evidence to the Union Home Ministry 10 days ago. It stated that the victims of phone tapping were CM Chandrababu Naidu, his son and TDP workers fund coordinator Nara Lokesh, Officer-incharge TD Janardhan Rao, TDP MPs CM Ramesh, Garikapati Mohan Rao and seven MLAs including Revanth Reddy, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, party nominated MLC Vem Narender Reddy.
This is not all. Mr Naidu directed AP Intelligence chief to prepare a comprehensive note on the phone tapping episode. Reports have it that once the note is ready, TDP Union Ministers Ashok Gajapathi Raju and Sujana Chowdary would directly meet Rajnath Singh and seek a direct action against those involved in the phone tapping of leaders of neighbouring state. In fact, in a high-level meeting he conducted with senior ministers in Vijayawada, Chandrababu Naidu said to have expressed his confidence that Centre would take serious action against the Telangana government. Looks like, Telangana government is in deep trouble.
