Chiranjeevi Doing Small Role For Free?

Megastar Chiranjeevi, who has agreed to do a small role in Ram Charan’s new film, has not yet quoted the remuneration for it, sources informed us.

Since it is not their own production, rumors started that Chiru charged a remuneration of Rs 5 crores for the small role but our sources said that this is untrue. Producer Danayya is not handling this, it is Ram Charan who made his father to agree to do the role.

The unit members feel Chiru would not be quoting any price for this role as it would be not good for the position he holds in the industry.

Chiranjeevi didn’t charge anything for Magadheera too in which he did 5 minutes role. Meanwhile, the movie’s writer Kona Venkat says that Chiru being part of this movie is a mere rumor.

Megastar Calls Kangana Talented, Wonderful

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has praised actress Kangana Ranaut and has called the “Queen” actress “talented and wonderful”.

The “Shamitabh” actor, who will share screen space with Kangana in a Rajkumar Hirani-directed commercial, posted on Twitter: “At work at last with the wonder called Kangana Ranaut… She be so good… And talented and wonderful.”

The 72-year-old, who had earlier sent her flowers and a note praising her performance in “Queen”, even posted a photograph of himself with the actress.Also praising director Rajkumar Hirani, Big B wrote: “And the other wonder Raju Hirani on set in making!”

Big B, who is seen sporting a fake full beard look for the advertisement, said even though sticking a beard is a “curse”, the “end result and the camera makes it believable”.

Hyderabadi Hotties Oppose KCR’s Decision

The protests against the Telangana CM KCR’s decision to demolish the century old historic Osmania General Hospital have been intensified. Joining the angry Hyderabadis in their #SaveOGH fight, are film stars and art and heritage connoisseurs, who have been showing their strong dissent over the government’s decision to renovate the hospital by demolishing the decapitated blocks.

Bollywood beauties with Hyderabadi roots, Dia Mirza and Aditi Rao Hydari, have been voicing against KCR’s plans to raze down the heritage building. Expressing her support, Aditi Rao tweeted, “We really need to stop this..” She then tagged Dia Mirza and Sania Mirza asking them, “can we do something? #SaveOGH”.

Dia responded to Aditi’s concerns and said, ” Why why would be we ever want to destroy our heritage? Such an iconic monument must be restored and cherished.” Today, reacting to Telangana Deputy CM’s comments that we should be ready to even destroy Charminar if needed, Dia continued her support and said, “NO NO NO these can’t possibly be the thoughts of the state!!! Can someone please stop this?”

The Osmania General Hospital was built in 1908 on the backs of Music River by the favors architect Vincent Jerome Esch at a cost of Rs. 20 lakhs in those days.

Will Rajamouli Reverse Formula For Mahesh?

Both Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu have confirmed that there is a provision for them to work together after the completion of their in-hand assignments. It is Jakkanna who first revealed that he has to do a film for the Superstar as they both signed together a producer already. And then Mahesh too confirmed that a story should be worked out first before he’s ready to join Rajamouli’s board. There’s a stumbling block however, for this film to happen.

Superstar is the type who works with any director only if he gets convinced with the story. He won’t give assurance to any director until he gets the story presented to him. If the story is fine, then a newcomer like Srikanth Addala or Koratala Siva will also get a chance. Both did their second films with Superstar only. Coming to Rajamouli, he’s the person who cooks a story without having any hero in them mind. Or he popularly says these days, “I’ll write a story first and then think about the hero. If it fits Salman, then I’ll approach him or if it fits Sunil, I’ll approach him”. In that case, when will Rajamouli get a story or idea in his brain, which could really fit Mahesh. Or will Mahesh do Rajamouli’s film for whatever the story he comes up with?

It’s Rajamouli who should change his work formula and now tailor a story keeping Mahesh Babu in the mind. Then only Superstar will be giving nod to him, because not all these mass-subjects carved out by the director of Baahubali will suit this numero uno hero. Let’s see what happens.

In a recent scoop, several wife swapping pages have been unearthed on Facebook in India. Most of these groups are administered by shady, unidentified people, and thousands of couples with a tinge of sexual adventurous streak are registering themselves for some ‘fun time’ with other’s partners.

Wife swapping is exchanging of wives for sexual pleasures, usually with the consent of wives, who too are looking for romantic adventures. Facebook groups like Swingers INN, Wife Swap etc are paving ways to couples with their lust quotient high, and this momentary fun is leading to grave consequences like troubles in relationships, extramarital affairs and even divorces.

No Peddamma, Chinnamma, Its Speakeramma!

If reports are to be believed, then the Congress high command is expected to make former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar contest as the party candidate for Warangal Lok Sabha seat as part of the forthcoming by-elections. There are media reports that the party high command instructed Warangal District Congress Committee to pass a resolution in this regard.

The resolution would be requesting Meira Kumar to contest the MP by-elections from Warangal seat. Once the resolution is sent to the high command, after the candidature being discussed at the TPCC meet in a day or two, political equations are expected to change swiftly.

As the daughter of former Deputy PM Babu Jagjivan Ram, Meira Kumar is a woman and hence, many of her political rivals would think twice before attacking her. Moreover she is actually from Madiga community,which is a dominant force in Warangal region.

Most importantly Meira Kumar enjoys the credibility of playing a crucial role in getting the AP Reorganisation Bill-2014 clearing in Lok Sabha in a controversial atmosphere, which resulted in forming the Telangana State. Telangana voters have rejected the parties of Soniamma and Chinnamma (BJP’s Sushma Swaraj) last year and now finally we have to see if they would approve speakeramma.

Will demolish Charminar too if needed: TS Deputy CM

The brazen attitude of some of the TRS leaders has now put the glory of attaining statehood in shame. As if the directionless comments from them is not enough, this time it is the turn of Telangana’s Deputy CM Mohammed Ali who stated that they will even demolish Charminar if required.

He made these comments over reports that several opposition parties as well as NGO’s and cultural organizations are up in arms over the decision to demolish existing building of Osmania General Hospital near Afzalgunj. This comment has resulted in angry reactions from all quarters.

It has to be remembered that during the statehood movement, these leaders lamented that Andhra leaders never paid heed to Telangana culture and icons. Now, if not literally implying such a thing, the attitude by ruling government that no one can question them shows the feudalistic mindset.

Mohammed Ali added that people are important and not buildings and said that if need be, they will demolish any structure they like. It is high time TRS government realize that people are watching them very closely and when ready, they will strike with their most potent weapon, i.e. votes.
