Jagan is planning to contest 2019 Telangana elections on his own and take on TRS. Jagan is planning to fight it out alone but the question is will KCR allow it to happen.
YSR Spirit entered in KCR’s soul?
T-TDP firebrand MLA Revanth Reddy who is out on bail from Jail in Cash for Votes scam is increasing his attacks on Telangana CM KCR.
He said former CM YS.Rajasekhar Reddy’s spirit entered into KCR’s soul. This shocking allegation surprised everyone. Revanth Reddy speaking to scribes along with MLA S.Rajender Reddy at his house in Kodangal said KVP.Ramachandra Rao is regarded as former CM YS.Rajasekhar Reddy’s spirit.
He said the spirt entered into Telangana CM KCR’s soul and that was the reason KCR’s sons are meeting him in Delhi. He questioned whether or not KCR meet KVP in Gachchibowli in a secret manner.
Revanth Reddy was responding to Harish Rao’s allegations that AP CM Chandrababu Naidu opposed Palamuru Ettipotala project and wrote letter to Union Government. Revanth took serious note of it and made clear that TDP is not against it and their only demand is to have all party meet and complete all pending projects.
Balayya’s helping hand to Rajamouli
SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali had made every one proud back in the Telugu States with the humongous success it attained. Besides the cast and crew of the film, actor and Hindupur MLA, Nandamuri Balakrishna also played a very crucial role in the movie success.
It is said that when Hyderabad Police had refused the permission for the audio launch event in Hyderabad, the makers approached the ruling party MLA through Bellary Sai, the Krishna distributor of Baahubali and Legend Producer.
On Balayya’s insistence, the movie unit had got the permission for a big fat audio launch event in Tirupati. After the movie release, Joint Collectors of East Godavari, Krishna and some districts of Ceeded objected to the midnight shows and early morning benefit shows of the movie, it was then Balayya interfered once again and got the permissions. So Balayya also played his part in Baahubali’s success.
SC’s Notice To Political Parties In India
The Supreme Court of India has issued notices to six political parties of India asking them to respond on why they should not be treated as public authority. The SC has also sought responses from the centre and the Election Commission, also the largest political outfits in the country, BJP and congress to respond on a petition to oversee all regional and national political parties as public authorities and to being them under the Right to Information Act (RTI).
Reacting on a plea filed by an NGO named The Association for Democratic Reforms, the SC has also sought a direction that the political parties should be asked to reveal all their donations of amounts even below Rs 20,000. Former AAP leader and popular lawyer Prashant Bhushan took the NGO’s case and argued that political parties were public authorities and must be amenable to the RTI Act.
As per the law, political parties do not have to pay income tax for donations under 20,000. In its petition, the NGO stated that these political parties receive crores of donations from the private bodies and trusts and they do not reveal any information. The NGO also sought declaration of all the information regarding the donors making donations to these parties.
Baahubali Advantage: Theaters Strike called off in Kerala
SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali had got a life line in Kerala after the theaters strike is called off from today. Due to a ego conflict between the Malayalam distributor of the movie and Theaters Federation, the federation went on a strike.
Due to the shut down of major number of theaters, the movie could only release in around 60 theaters in Kerala on its release day causing a big loss to the distributor. However the federation split within themselves for some reason and the strike is now called off.
The movie will be screened in 136 theaters from today. Given that Saturday and Sunday are holidays, the movie is expected to do well there.
The movie has got decent hype there as the distributor, Global United Media had done some good promotion there. The distributor had even unveiled the biggest poster of the movie in the World creating a Guinness record.
Baahubali is now the biggest opener in Indian Cinema!
Forget about the shattering of records in Telugu Cinema for a while, SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali had pulled off a wonder. The movie is the biggest opener in Indian Cinema in terms of distributor share beating all the films of Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan and Rajinikanth.
When we consider the gross, the movie is the second biggest grosser in Indian Cinema only after Shah Rukh Khan’s Happy New Year. The movie had made every Telugu person proud as it garnered the attention of the entire country.
Baahubali with 5 Crore Net on its release day is the biggest hit in South Dubbed movies in Bollywood. Shankar’s I is the previous best which collected 1.75 Crore Nett. The movie even got much better talk and reviews in Hindi than the regional media in Telugu.
Government to acquire famous Educational Institution?
As per the latest reports, the Telangana government is all set to acquire the state’s most popular educational institution, Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology (CBIT). The reports further say that huge corruption leading to the misuse of crores of rupees and complaints on the organization of the society are the primary reason behind the government’s move.
CBIT was formed on the basis of the Societies Act. For the last few years, discrepancies in the college’s lands and the misuse of funds have been making the headlines and even the society was split into two coteries under the leaderships of Malakonda Reddy and BN Reddy. After numerous mutual allegations, the society’s administration came to a compromise.
Meanwhile, the employees’ associations have been alleging misuse of crores of rupees. Following these conflicts, the Telangana government has reportedly decided to step into save the institution. Apparently, TRS MP Konda Viswesawara Reddy has been denied membership in the CBIT’s administrative council, even though his father was the founder of CBIT.
Since the institute was formed under the Societies Act, the T government is mulling over whether to acquire it directly or through a special officer.

Explaining her horror, Sapna posted saying, “One Christmas Eve in Chicago, I walked out of a bar alone late at night in a short dress and red lipstick. I was 24 and had been drinking, when from a dumpster a group of guys walked upto me and put a gun to my head asking me to give them blow jobs, eventually leading to gang rape.”
However, Sapna’ spirit was not shattered with that incident and in her words, “I remember walking home, showering and pushing this incident to the back of my mind for years and never letting it break my spirit – I still wear short dresses and the brightest red on my lips.” Sapna’s post was taken up by a Facebook page called Human of Bombay, where she was showered with immense support and the post itself went viral, with nearly 79,000 likes and 8000 shares.
