Police Under Pressure To Catch A Ghost

We already reported about the UP Police’s hunt to chase the thief who stole the buffaloes of a UP Minister and recently, the state’s Governor himself ordered the UP Police to catch the thief who stole the hens of a ruling party leader. After buffaloes and hens, the UP Police are now under pressure to catch a ghost.

Apparently, the residents of Allahabad spotted a ghost at the Sant Nirankari Railway Crossing. This news immediately spread like wildfire and created a chaos on social media and even on WhatsApp. Terrified with the ghost news, the residents are scared to enter that area and abandoned it completely.

In a quick response to this chaos, the SSP ordered the Kidhgunge Police to enquire the matter and also to intensify the night patrolling in the ghost area. The police are suspecting that this ghost rumor could be a brainchild of robber gangs who planned to terrorise the residents and loot them at nights.

Under the direction of Vasu Mantena, this youngster wants to prove his mettle and continue the legacy of his mother, who is touted as one of the best actress Tollywood has ever produced.

Already Shreyan impressed people a lot with his good looks and none other than Telangana CM hailed him as Tollywood’s Amitabh. Height is fine, but what matters is the weight he could envelop into his onscreen debut tomorrow.

Sweety Anushka who is currently shooting for her Size Zero is expected to wrap up the movie shooting very soon. The actress had put up some weight for the movie and she will be losing it gradually.

Sweety will be joining the shooting of Nagarjuna – Karthi bilingual movie in August. The actress will be pairing up with Nagarjuna in this film. Nagarjuna and Anushka are said to be a hit pair. They have teamed up in six movies in the past like Don, Thakita Thakita, Panchakshari, Kedi, Ragada and Damarukam.

This will be the seventh combination film for them. The bilingual film is inspired from a french movie, ‘The Intouchables’ which is comedy movie and involves a relationship between a paralysis patient and his caregiver.

Nagarjuna plays the patient while Karthi will be his care taker. Vamshi Paidipalli is the director. Shruti Hassan is playing a little cameo in the movie.

Prince Pledges To Donate Rs 2.03 lakh Crore

Saudi Arabia’s Prince Alwaleed bin Talal pledged to donate his entire wealth to the tune of Rs 2.03 lakh crore (Rs 203489,44,000/$32 billion) for Charity.

Mr.Alwaleed wishes to use the Fortune to Develop Communities, Offer Assistance to Disaster Relief, Building bridges for Foster Cultural understanding, Empower Woman, Increase the efficiency of Youth and creating a better World.

The Prince, however, made it clear allocation of funds will be as per a well devised-plan and there isn’t even a specific time frame to complete the whole process. Alwaleed claimed he would head the Board Of Trustees which have the powers to spend the wealth and the flow of funds for charity will continue even after his death.

Alwaleed bin Talal is currently the Richest Arab in the World. He is the nephew of Saudi king Abdullah who died on January 23rd this year.

Giving strength to the reports that Nallapureddy Prasannakumar Reddy will quit the party sooner, Shutters have been brought down for YSR Congress Nellore District Office.

Reportedly, Prasannakumar Reddy explained to Jagan about his financial position while taking up the responsibility of YCP Nellore District President. It was then Yuva Neta promised to take care of financial aspects but he never kept his promise. Total Expenditure of the Party Office is Rs 1 lakh per month including Rent (Rs 40,000), Electricity Bill and Salaries of Staff.

Two days ago, Prasannakumar Reddy met Jagan to convey he could no longer continue in the post. However, Jagan insisted him not to take any such hasty decisions. But, This counselling didn’t help the cause in any way.

Scoring some high profile hits like Ghajini in Bollywood, Asin shot to fame as the 100 crore club lady. Even Bollywood’s most ravishing starlets like Kareena and Priyanka have felt jealous of this south lady. Somehow our Sivamani and Lakshmi Narasimha siren failed to cash on that craze like how Sridevi and Jayapradha did in Hindi tinsel town after migrating from south.

Rs 4.5 lakh crore Investments In Modi’s Dream

Digital India is one of the dream projects of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. While Centre allotted Rs 1.3 lakh crore for the ambitious project, Leading Industrialists in the country have come forward to support the initiative with an investment of Rs 4.5 lakh crore.

Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani announced investment of Rs 2.5 lakh crore for Digital India programme. Aditya Birla Group’s Chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla pledged investment of $7 billion over the next 5 years in Smart Cities development and electronics manufacturing.

Sunil Bharti Mittal declared Bharti Airtel will be investing Rs 1 lakh crore in the five years from now. Vedanta Resources chairman Anil Agarwal promised investments of Rs 40,000 crore to establish an LCD Manufacturing plant which creates 50,000 jobs.

Wipro chairman Azim Premji, Tata Group chairman Cyrus Mistry and Anil Ambani of Reliance Group were other Corporate Leaders present for the launch of Digital India. As per the estimates, Over 18 lakh jobs will be created over the next 10 years solely because of Digital India.

Digital India mission brings Broadband Connectivity to 2.5 lakh villages and transforms the country into a digitally-empowered knowledge economy. Digital Locker, National Scholarship Portal, E-education and E-heath are given high priority.

Nagarjuna On Month-Long European Trip

Actors Akkineni Nagarjuna and Karthi, along with co-star Tamannah Bhatia, will soon leave on a month-long European trip to shoot important portions from their upcoming yet-untitled Tamil-Telugu bilingual.

The major schedule of the film will be commencing this weekend in Europe. For the first time, a South Indian film is going to be shot in the stunning locales of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, a statement from the PVP Cinema production house said.

The statement further added that the shooting will shift to Paris and Lyon in France after Belgrade and conclude in the beautiful city of Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.

In this schedule, Nagarjuna, Karthi and Tamannah will also participate in some high-octane action sequences.

According to director Vamsi Paidipally, the car chase sequence that is going to be filmed on the streets of Paris will set a new benchmark for action sequences in Indian films.

How Much Ramoji Rao Invested In Baahubali?

Eenadu, the largest circulated Telugu daily, is allotting a huge space to Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’ on daily basis.

Not a single day goes without one lengthy interview of cast or the crew of ‘Baahubali’. Or at least some tidbits related to the movie appear.

Such wide coverage was not even given to media baron Ramoji Rao’s own movies made on Usha Kiron Movies banner. Then why is Eenadu favouring Rajamouli so much? What is its interest in this film?

It is reliably learnt that Ramoji Rao indeed funded the movie in a big way. Trade experts in the film industry say it was Ramoji Rao’s initial financial backup that moved the film.

Money to the tune of 60 percent of budget was financed by Ramoji Rao on behalf of his film city, they said.

Some others say he financed about Rs 60 Crores. The figures might not be accurate but almost everyone in the industry vouch that the media baron has backed this movie.

Rajamouli on his part had agreed to film his movie entirely in Ramoji Film City. Shooting this film for two years on a large scale helped the studio immensely as it gave huge drift to the workforce. So it is win win for Ramoji and Rajamouli.

Amala’s New Role In The Akkineni Family

Even after making her Tollywood comeback with Sekhar Kammula’s Life Is Beautiful and appearing in a blink and miss role in Manam, the gorgeous yesteryear’s heroine Amala Akkineni seems to be in no mood to sign up more films. The actress recently appeared in the disastrous Bollywood film, Hamari Adhuri Kahani.

And now, the multifaceted lady has become the honorary director of Annapurna International School of Film and Media (AISFM), a film school instituted by her husband and actor, Nagarjuna. Speaking to a leading national news daily, Amala said that AISFM imparts is students with hands-on experience thanks to their own film studio.

With her eyes set for excellence, Amala’s main aim for the film school is to get further accreditation and in the meanwhile, she is looking forward to exchange programmes with foreign universities. Apart from this, Amala will also continue to associate with the Blue Cross, a 23 years old animal welfare organisation, as its chairperson.
