Subrahmanyam for Sale gets a Release date!
Mega scion Sai Dharam Tej’s next offering, Subrahmanyam for Sale shooting is progressing fast towards its end. The makers have shot the film in stunning locales including Manhattan, the costliest place on the Earth to live in.
They are extremely confident of the product in hand and are planning to release the movie on August 28th. This is the third venture in Sai Dharam Tej’s career. This film is important for both Sai Dharam Tej and Harish Shankar after having delivered duds (Rey for Sai Dharam Tej and Ramayya Vasthavayya for Harish Shankar) in their last outings.
This is one of the first scripts penned by Harish Shankar early in his career. Regina Cassandra is playing the female lead beside Sai Dharam Tej in this film. Rao Ramesh, Naga Babu and Kota Srinivasa Rao will be seen in important roles.
Dil Raju is producing the film under his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Mickey J.Meyer is composing the music.
Lion 50 days Centers list
Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Lion is completing its 50 days run at the box office on 7th of this month. The movie had achieved this feat in three direct centers – Adoni, Kadiri and Chilakaluripeta much to the delight of the fans.
The movie had opened with a disappointing talk and bad reviews, every one expected it to perish on the second day itself. But the movie surprised even the trade experts by holding well and garnered around 19 Crore.
But the movie is still not a break-even and is considered as a flop film. However Nandamuri fans will take that as the actor in recent times is known for blockbusters or disasters.
Decent performance despite disappointing talk is good take away for them. On the other side, they are eagerly waiting for the actor’s 99th project, Dictator.

Dictator is the 99th film in Balakrishna’s career. The movie will start rolling from July 20th after Balayya comes back from his US tour. rivas who garnered a super success with Loukyam will be wielding megaphone for this project.
The script is said to be based on Mafia backdrop. Famous writers duo – Kona Venkat and Gopimohan will be working for the first time with Balayya.
Don’t Thrust My Beliefs Via Films: Kamal Haasan
Actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan, whose latest Tamil release “Papanasam” is slated for release on Friday in cinemas, says he usually doesn’t like to thrust his beliefs in his films but if necessary, he’d do it subtly.
“Ever since the promos of ‘Papanasam’ were released, I’ve been asked why I appear with vibhuti for the role despite being an atheist. Agreed I’m an atheist, but my personal views are different from cinema. I don’t like to thrust my personal beliefs via my films,” Haasan told IANS.
“If I have to include my personal views via cinema, I’d do it subtly,” he said and added that he’d never glorify caste on screen.
Haasan plays a cable operator in the film, which is the official remake of Malayalam hit “Drishyam”.
The film is about a man protecting his family from external threats, especially his daughters. It also throws light on sexual harassment.
Kamal, who has two daughters, Shruti Haasan and Akshara Haasan, in real life, says he always feels threatened in this intolerant country.
“It doesn’t matter even if I have sons, I’d still feel threatened. It’s not easy to raise children in this intolerant country,” he said.
Directed by Jeetu Joseph, the film also features Kamal’s partner Gauthami alongside him in an important role.
Bunny’s Special interest on that flop heroine!
Telugu film industry is a land of sentiments particularly star heroes give much importance to them. This sentiment is very particular about heroines. If a girl is encountered by 2-3 flops, she is branded as Flop heroine and no body will touch such girls.

It seems that TRS President KCR was decided to implement “Operation Akarsh” in the state. Vote-to-Note or Phone Tapping affect, KCR is looking towards Congress leaving TDP for the time being. KCR seeks to eliminate the opposition from the state in next coming 10 years. After taking break for one month, KCR’s Operation Akarsh is going to be implemented against Congress.
TRS targets former prominent Congress leaders in Telangana. Former PCC Chief DS resigned to Congress and wrote letter to Sonia on the reasons for his leaving Congress. DS was criticized Babu indirectly in that letter for giving troubles to KCR.
He might join in TRS on July 6thalong with other leaders in the Telangana. KCR gave assurance to DS on MLC to his son through local bodies and Rajya Sabha Ticket to him in 2016. There are rumors that Danam will also follow DS. Some of the leaders in Congress have more worried on political future of their sons.
