Buzz: Chiru Not Interested In 150th Film?
All these days it is believe that Megastar Chiranjeevi is longing to come back to films and finish the landmark 150th project at the earliest. There are no two thoughts about it. Even Ram Charan announced the Puri Jagan is the blessed director for the mega project and made the announcement. A hypothetical theory however suggests that Chiru is not even interested in this landmark flick.
Nearly two months have passed away already since Ram Charan publicly announced that Puri Jagan will be directing his dad’s 150th film. What spooks movie lovers is Chiranjeevi is still in the same old kind of chubby physique and looks no way preparing his body for the movie. He hasn’t got his slim look yet, neither is he working on facial muscles.
Even after two months after announcing the film, if Chiranjeevi is not focusing on his fitness for the movie, what does it implies? Should we borrow the idea that he is not keen on acting in 150th flick? Or how much time more he needs to kick start his new movie that marks return to screen after a long hiatus. Previously Chiru appeared in a full length role in 2007 released Shankar Dada Zindabad and then in a cameo in 2009’s Magadheera.
It was supposed to be last year’s December for Chiranjeevi’s new film to roll out, but almost 6 months are gone in the New Year 2015 and still there is nothing solid that fans could rave about. If any other reason is holding back the Matinee Idol from wearing make-up again, its better he reveals it.
KCR Skips Governor’s Banquet For President
Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Tuesday stayed away from the state banquet hosted by the governor in honour of President Pranab Mukherjee.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari, and ministers from the two states attended the banquet hosted by Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan at Raj Bhavan.
KCR, as Telangana chief minister is popularly known, along with the governor, had received the president when he arrived here on Monday on southern sojourn for 10 days.
According to official sources, KCR was indisposed and had cancelled all his appointments on Tuesday.
However, at a time when the Telugu states are engaged in a bitter tussle over various issues, the Telangana CM apparently wanted to avoid any meeting with Naidu.
Narasimhan, who is governor of both the states, and Naidu met the president separately at Rashtrapati Nilayam earlier in the day.
Naidu has been pressing the central government to hand over law and order powers to governor in Hyderabad, the joint capital but KCR is strongly opposed to any such move.
KCR had called Naidu a “thief” following leak of an audio tape of Naidu’s alleged telephonic conversation with Telangana’s nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson.
Naidu’s Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader A. Revanth Reddy was arrested on May 31 while he was handing over Rs.50 lakh to Stephenson to induce him to vote for TDP-BJP candidate in Telangana legislative council elections.
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Telangana is reportedly planning to issue a notice to Naidu in the case.
The relations between the two Telugu states hit rock bottom after Naidu alleged that Telangana government is tapping his phone. He had complained to the central government, sought a probe into the phone-tapping and also implementation of section 8 of Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, which vests special powers in governor in maintaining law and order in Hyderabad.
Revanth Reddy’s wife emotional words about Revanth!
Bringing cheers to Revanth Reddy’s family after a conditional bail was granted today, the family has taken an emotional end. Revanth Reddy’s wife Geetha and daughter Nymisha Reddy hugged each other and expressed their happiness! It is known that the T-TDP firebrand leader Revanth Reddy was caught red-handedly by the ACB while bribing the nominated TRS MLA Stepheson.
Amidst all these, the earlier scheduled engagement ceremony of Revanth Reddy’s daughter was not so much lively as Revanth was granted a six hour bail on the day which made the family members really sad. However, Chandrababu and the party men stood strong and supported the family.
Now after the High Court granted bail to Revanth Reddy brought smiles to the family again and boost to the Telangana TDP cadre. Speaking on the occasion, Revanth’s wife Geetha said that Revanth is a very soft hearted person even though he looks so tough. She expressed confidence that Revanth will still work against his opponents.
Recalling the tough situation the family faced during his jail term, Geetha said that this kind of political situation was expected but not this intensity!
KCR To Net A Very Big Congress Fish?
After ruining TDP’s immediate chances of a comeback in Telangana with his witch hunt, now Telangana CM KCR seems to be going after Congress. The stunning news is that senior Congress leader and ex PCC chief D Srinivas may join the pink bandwagon of TRS soon. In fact, today a section of media had been reporting the same though his name wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
There has been news from last few days that DS has been extremely unhappy being in Congress and is getting ready to join TRS. However, the reports have mentioned that this is a Congress biggie and incidentally it is D Srinivas who is the only such big leader right now in Nizamabad.
Although former minister Sudarshan Reddy is also considered as another prominent member, his name hasn’t come up recently in such matters. AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh reportedly refused to meet D Srinivas during his recent trip to the city.
The reason being that Srinivas had suspected that it was Digvijay who was the reason behind him not being considered for the lone MLC seat. Therefore, now Srinivas is reportedly keen on joining the TRS. While TRS MLA Bajireddy Goverdhan Reddy is reportedly opposing his entry very strongly into TRS, TRS sources say once KCR decides it as final, naturally nothing else matters.

‘Drinking Alcohol Is Fundamental Right – MP
A Cabinet Minister treats alcohol consumption as a fundamental right and a status symbol. Babulal Gaur, Minister for Home in Madhya Pradesh, was asked by the media persons about his opinion on the extension of time for liquor sale from 10 pm to 11:30 pm.
He then replied drinking alcohol is a fundamental right, a social status symbol and sale of liquor will no way increase the crime rate. On a finishing note, He advised people not to over-drink as it might lead to crime.
The 85-Year-Old Politico and Controversies go hand-in-hand. Earlier, He made headlines by saying fewer rapes happen in South as women in Tamil Nadu wear full clothes. In 2014, He was in news for the remark ‘sometimes rape is right and sometimes it is wrong’.
In another instance, Gaur told a party leader’s wife that he would teach her how to drape a dhoti in private when she asked him how he manages to keep the dhoti in place without using a belt or zip.
Will BJP yet again distance itself from the objectionable remarks of its Leader? Isn’t this a new low in Politics? Modi’s mann-ki-baat!
Gopala Gopala Girl Wasn’t Drunk That Night
Film stars getting caught in drunk and drive cases is nothing new in Tollywood. In the past, several popular celebs were caught in the late night inspections and while some were fined for breaking the law, driving license of some other celebs was revoked. Couple of days ago, several media houses carried reports of a ‘fashion designer’ getting caught in a weekend drive at Jubilee Hills.
However, as per the latest scoop, the so called fashion designer was none other than the hot model turned actress, Deeksha Panth. Deeksha is a well known face in Tollywood for her prominent roles in films like Naga Chaitanya’s Oka Laila Kosam and Pawan-Venky’s multistarrer, Gopala Gopala, in which she acted as the arrogant sadhvi.
In a further twist, it has been revealed that Deeksha was not at all drunk at the time of the breathe analyzer test. Deeksha was on her way home with her friends and she was at the wheel. The starlet was stopped for a routine check up by the traffic cops and she was let off after she tested negative.
