Rajini In A Role In Keeping With His Age?
When it comes to south Indian heroes, the golden rule is that none of them prefer to age gracefully. They believe in playing young roles where they could even go to college and dance around with heroines who are good enough to be their granddaughters.
Well, in a way, that could be both their strength and weakness. The same tradition has been followed for many decades and the scenario continues even now.
So it is not uncommon to see a man well into his 50s playing a bachelor and wooing a young heroine. Or the heroine falls for him and goes about wooing him. And Rajinikanth is one among the heroes who fit this bill.
However, it is now being said that Rajinikanth will now be seen in a role that suits his age finally.
Talk in Tamil industry is that Rajinikanth will now be seen in a role in keeping with his age. Like Amitabh Bachchan who made a painful transition when he realized that it was no longer to play the lover boy, Rajini too is said to be making the much-needed change with Tirupathi.
After the disastrous Linga where he drew flak for trying to play a part which did not suit his age, Rajini is said to have taken this decision.

Elated with the huge response for Lion at the Box Office, Nata Simha Nandamuri Balakrishna announced a good news to his fans. Balayya said that his son Mokshagna will be making his debut in 2017. It looks like Balakrishna will introduce his son in his 100th flick and the make his debut after his 100th.
He confirmed the entry of Mokshagna into movies and revealed the fact that the director or the story is not yet decided. He said “We are planning to introduce Mokshagna in 2017. However, neither story nor a director are finalised. As he is youth, maybe we will go for an youthful story but as of now there is no such discussion happening.”
Amidst all these, the rumors about VV Vinayak directing Moksha and Boyapati Srinu on the list are now cancelled. So, who do you think will Balayya give this chance? He also revealed that the storyline should be youthful and not massy.
Lion First Weekend Collections
Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Lion had collected more than 13 Crore Share in Andhra Pradesh and Nizam in its First weekend of its release. The movie despite very negative talk and reviews, surprisingly did very well.
There are little hiccups like last minute financial issues on the first day and some crucial IPL matches on Saturday, Sunday and heavy rains, other wise the figures would have been even better.
