Trisha And Sharma – The Clock Is Ticking
“Lion” made two things clear. One is about dusky siren Trisha Krishnan and the other one is regarding composer Mani Sharma. Both these super stars of Tollywood are not shining now, but trying their best to make a comeback. Guess, what’s going wrong again and again.
Unable to reinvent herself, Trisha is getting resorted to similar histrionics and acting style all the time. Only if the director or writer writes a well etched character for her, she is looking interesting on screen. Else, her charms are failing to click. Apart from her monotonous acting, her looks are also hitting hard. With fat accumulating at unwanted places and her face looking pale, no doubt her age is taking a toll. Until she pulls off a miracle, it will be tough to bounce into big league.
Mani Sharma is disappointing again and again and people are forgetting the wonderful music created by him in the past. As he is delivering poor songs and mediocre background score sometimes, who’s gonna remember the best work done by him when he is at peaks? No doubt, he is spoiling his reputation himself. As the clock is ticking towards ‘time up’ limit, these two needs to undertake immediate repairs.
Siva Goes Missing In Tollywood!!
As the name Ram Gopal Varma got permanently inscribed into Telugu film history in gold, the world got awestruck with “Siva”. That’s the magic of his debut flick which made King Nagarjuna a super-duper hero.
Earlier this blockbuster film’s digitalised latest version was supposed to hit screens on May 1st, and then it got postponed to May 15th. Much to anyone’s amusement, “Siva” is not heading for a release this summer. Probably the arrival of big films in a row might have forced Nagarjuna to hold the release. However, there is no information about the postponement and that is worrying RGV’s fans who are waiting from a time.
Currently there is no update about the new date, but it seems like the film will not make it to theatres in summer. We have still a couple of big releases like Pandaga Chesko and Kick 2 hitting the cinemas this month. Let’s see if Nag will announce another date for his cult classic.
Allari Naresh Turns Singer for James Bond
Actor Allari Naresh is the latest hero to join the bandwagon of actors-turned-singers. Naresh has lent his voice for a peppy pub song in his next movie James Bond. Apparently, Naresh tested his hand at singing, a day after he got engaged. Ironically the lyrics of the song has a message that he’s against to marriage and advises others to not to tie the knot and spoil their life.
“Money Cinemalo Kota Cheppithe Vinaledu…Manmadhudu Cinemalo Nagarjuna Cheppina Vinaledu..Vaddu Vaddu Marriage…Jindagi Motham Damage,” sings Naresh with awe. Naresh’s close friend, actor Nani unveild the song during the music launch of the film.
Newcomer Sai Kishore, who assisted director Sreenu Vaitla, is making his debut while Anil Sunkara is producing the film under AK Entertainment banner. Music director Sai Karthik has rendered tunes for this flick. Makers are planning to release the film by the end of May or in the first week of June.
Weddings Bells For Taapsee!!!
Even our heroine Taaspee Pannu is excited by the headline. Because there is some truth associated with it. Our curly haired seductress isn’t getting married, but she’s going to ring wedding bells for others who are willing to spend a bomb. Here goes the story.
So many times, our Delhi siren expressed displeasure for choosing a career that wont give her long run. This hot lady has left a lucrative software job and landed in films. That’s why Taapsee has now started a new business as an alternative career. That business is nothing but wedding planning and event management.
Along with her sister Shagun and best friend Farah Parvaresh, Taapsee is starting this company. Though she may not get time to take part in the business due to her film commitments, Taapsee will be taking part in major decision making of the company. Good luck girl!!
Jagan gives two year extension to Chandrababu
AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is going ahead with his own style of maximum governance slogan and also maximum publicity. In fact, more or less Chandrababu’s USP is his publicity which has always fetched him equal dividends and also brickbats from critics. Naidu is unassailable for now with good number of MLA’s.
Sources say that the war between Jagan and Naidu is only growing wide with each day and there is no possibility of truce between both leaders. Again, Naidu has been trying to pass the image that it is Jagan who is unnecessarily constructing Pattiseema project for his political gains in Godavari districts.
Jagan had interestingly predicted a while ago that Naidu cannot survive for more than two years and in another two years, Naidu will have to face the heat of people and leave his CM post. It has been his propaganda that Chandrababu cannot stick to his post unlike his earlier tenures in undivided AP.
But now Jagan has been saying in Anantapur district that people should be ready to face another 4 yrs of hardship under Chandrababu and that he is all set for a strong comeback as CM. Well, Jagan seems to have given Naidu two more years extension. Interestingly, Jagan asked people to bear Kiran for three more years in 2011 but he didn’t make a comeback!
HE is the man behind Rajendra Prasad surprising win
The controversial elections of the Movie Artists Association has finally ended up with shocking results pushing the biggies to the floor and the couter part takes the upper hand. Rajendra Prasad won in the elections defeating Jayasudha. However, majority of the posts were won by the Jayasudha panel.
Now, the discussion once again came on screen about how did Rajendra Prasad win when all the biggies supported Jayasudha excepting the Mega camp. Kadamabari Kiran revealed the fact that there was mysterious man behind Rajendra Prasad win and he is none other than Telangana Chief Minister K Chadrasekhar Rao.
During a felicitation program held at Ravindra Bharati, Kiran said “We won in MAA elections only with the support of Chief Minister KCR. Even Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav stood by our side. Underdogs won against Favourites in these elections.” He also added that KCR is very supportive in the industry matters. But why did KCR support Rajendra Prasad? Was Chandrababu supporting Jayasudha then?
Sexy Chowdary’s Too Hot Comedy
Proper casting always works out movies at box office. Now that a girl is need to be shown as a ruthless gangster, Allari Naresh has made her look crafted in a way that masses will go drooling. We are talking about his upcoming film “James Bond” where heroine Sakshi Chowdary is flexing her ‘hot’ muscles as a gangster.
This being a comedy flick that is said to be inspired from Korean comedy flick “My wife is a gangster”, Allari Naresh is expected to witness a riveting comeback. From some time, this talented hero is not having hits in his career. Going by the first look posters, we could say that this sexy Chowdary is too hot for a comedy film.
Say it hanging a gun holder to her curvaceous thigh or walking on those sandy beaches in deep-neck blouses, Sakshi is here to kill. This hot lady debuted with Manchu Manoj’s Potugaadu where she enthralled everyone with her glamor in songs. Seems like she is here to stay.
Balayya Is The Real Lion
They say that Lion is the king of jungle. It never bothers whether it has support from his allies or not continues to rule its territory. It’s the same with our very own Nandamuri Balakrishna. This morning, we reported that Balayya had to travel all night from Vijayawada to Hyderabad just to attend Lion’s first show at a single screen in Kukatpally along with his diehard fans.
Needless to say, Balayya’s presence got thousands of his fans excited and they all kept cheering throughout the film’s screening and thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Balayya’s rare appearance at his film’s screening gave the film much needed boost in the form of positive reviews and fans and critics could not stop raving Balayya’s performance.
However, many Nandamuri fans are visibly unhappy that both the film’s leading heroines, Trisha and Radhika Apte are nowhere to be seen when the film needed them the most. Many felt that the actresses should step out and promote the film along with Balayya, who’s waging a lone battle.
Balayya fans are also discussing that Trisha is avoiding promotions only to avoid media’s glare about her recent breakup with her fiance. On the other hand, Radhika Apte spoiled her chances to be in the good book of Balayya fans and the entire film industry in general with her irresponsible comments a month ago, which will not let her participate in any of the promotional activities. We will have to wait and see how Balayya alone can pull the film towards the shores of success.
